I started going to this Waba Grill pretty recently when passing through the area, and I gotta say, it's my favorite one to go to! By far the cleanest one, my food is served quickly with the correct portions, and all in all I could tell people work efficiently around here. The last few times I went, I was served by Jaime and Alex; I've had different vibes from different workers across different locations, but I feel I get the best vibes when coming here and when I've been served by these two! 5/5 would recommend pulling up if you're in the area.

Went to waba for a Togo order and the process was quick. Great service and good food. Normally get their chicken veggie bowl. I also like that they have prepackaged sauces now.

we ordered the family meal deal with chicken and it was really worth the price. i was debating between purchasing individual bowls but i'm glad we went with this choice. it was my first time eating at a waba grill so i suggest asking them about their available deals as they also have daily deals for bowls. i'll be returning soon to try the steak or the salmon.

This place has a lot of takeout and delivery orders but we stayed and ate. We had some dinner here. We ordered the beef and veggies bowl. It was delicious. Make sure to put either the soy sauce or chili sauce on top.

The food at WaBa Grill is typically good at any of their locations (from my experiences anyway), and this specific location continues the quality standards! The service at this specific location has been really good for my several visits. Other places have varied but this location has always been pleasant. This location has always been clean, service has always been fast, and never a long wait to order. Thumbs up to the mgmt for making this WaBa Grill one of the better all-around locations!

As much as I love WaBa Grill and as nice as the staff is, I really can't give this location a higher rating. They always seem to be understaffed, the condiment bar isn't well stocked and they don't offer almonds (other WaBas do) and tonite they were out of croutons. But the food is very good and as I said, the staff is always very nice.

The food at this location is hit and miss. Some days the food is great. Other days not so good. Like today, the white meat chicken was way over cooked, hard and dry. So was the steak. On other days just as it should be.

It wad more important for her to address his needs than finish my order, with respect. This is my second time coming to this location and received poor service. Also, the salmon was bland, dry, and overcooked. I'm glad that I ordered a mini bowl, which was decent. I will not return to this location.

I went to pick up my food ghe other day, and was very unhappy happy. I ordered steak with brown rice, there was very little amount of meat, wheres as othe locations put way more meat to cover the bowl. The amount of meat maybe was 1/3 of the amount that other waba locations. I verbalized my concern and the employee's response was that is how much we give. It's a joke, I turned the order. Don't go to that location, employees are very rude.

The associates couldn't refund the money because they don't know how to do it! They told me the manager Christina would be there the next day and refund my money. Today I wasted another trip to the restaurant as the manager again wasn't there and that I could meet her tomorrow. They wanted me to give them the receipt and they would refund my money. I told them NO that this was the only way I had proof of purchase. I don't blame the kids working there as they are only doing what they are told by the horrible management. I like eating at Waba Grill but I will NEVER order food from there again! It's ridiculous that they don't train the associates to return money to a paying customer. Putting this in Yelp too! Remember it's Christina the managers fault, they asked for my number so they could call me but wouldn't give me her number! Cowards! P.S. had to give it one star to post but they don't even deserve that!
