This is a covid-19 review. All preparation are set and ready to handle full service at 50% capacity. The food is still yummy and the servers are in a good mood still. Definitely to go is still the way to go, but it was nice to sit in a restaurant again, even if it wasn't the same.

I've ordered the classic chicken Alfredo with broccoli from here more times than I can count. It's the best I've had in comparison to any other place that makes it and charges extra for the broccoli, when here, it comes with it, and its cooked perfectly. As for today, I wanted to make a special thank you to the very kind server, manager, and cook. I felt that the Alfredo came a little off, and she heard me out until she figured what was wrong and helped me understand more on how they make it. She offered different ways of remaking it, and when she did, it came out perfectly. It felt very nice to be heard, and they were kind and considerate. Thank you!! -Tabarek

Haven't been here in a while, but was pleasantly surprised by the improvement in food quality and serving size. We went on a Saturday night at 9:00 pm. It wasn't too crowded, but we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Not sure why. Our server came quickly and took our order. We got the 2 for $25 Chili lime chicken with side salads. The salads came quickly as did our food once we finished our salads. The server and another person came by at different times to check on our satisfaction. Overall a great experience this time.

I stopped by Applebee's on a Tuesday during happy hour and was pleasantly surprised! The hostess was extremely friendly and accommodating, seating me in an area where I could plug in my laptop - a huge plus for remote workers like myself. The food was delicious and affordable. I opted for the steak, broccoli, and coleslaw, which hit the spot. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality was impressive considering the price. To drink, I enjoyed two glasses of 9oz Cabernet, which paired perfectly with my meal. And for dessert, the chocolate treat was decadent and satisfying. The total bill came out to $70, including tip, which I thought was an incredible value. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, making it an ideal spot for a casual dinner or meetup. Parking was also a breeze, which is always a bonus. Overall, I'd highly recommend Applebee's for their happy hour deals and friendly service.

This is probably the best Applebee's I've been to. Such a clean location with great parking. Don't sleep on the Prime Rib Dipper, I go once a month just because I crave that sandwich so much.

The last few times I have came to this location for a meal, Chris was our server and he is great. You feel like your being served by a member of your family. He even remembers some of our life experiences that we share with him. Always a smile to share with the guests that are seated in his section. Thanks Chris for good service with a smile.

This is my mother's favorite place to eat. She is 88 years old and rarely is able to leave the house. But mention Applebee's and she perks right up and she's ready to go. The service is always good and they are always very kind to my mother. The food is excellent. We've never had anything that we were disappointed in.

Great atmosphere it's next to a college so there's a lot of college-aged people there among the normal family group. Today was there didn't seem too busy in the server wasn't as attentive but it was fine because it left less interruption when having conversation with the people I was with. Atmosphere was great

I went to Applebee's for the first time in over a decade to try their 25 cent boneless buffalo wings. I also ordered their appetizer combo, where it starts at a little over $10 for 2 appetizers and you add $3 per additional appetizers. The wings can't be compared to Wingstop or Buffalo wild wings, but they were tasty and filling. Ranch and blue cheese are an additional $0.50, while 3 celery sticks will run you an additional $0.25. The waitress was extremely accommodating during my time there, and they have an electronic iPad-like device which allows you to look at pictures of the food, call your waiter/waitress, and even pay for your bill.

The bartender Melissa is very helpful ther server was attentive and the manager took time to check on patrons!. We had happy hour appetizers and drinks which were great!

We had the two for $25 special, which included two salads, then upgraded to the steak. It was perfectly cooked and absolutely delicious. They were out of broccoli so substituted zucchini which was good. Our big mistake was ordering dessert!! I say a mistake only because we were perfectly satisfied after our delicious meal. We had the Carmel apple pie with ice cream. It was so delicious we ate every little bit. Our server Mark was very attentive, overall we had a great evening! 😄

Im a people watcher - its 11:15 pm monday night. My waitress was katie - absolutely killing it - i seen her clean the sink bring out plates, take orders serve beers, and kept my glass full, while i watched her co workers do absolutely nothing - one guy was watching the game, two other girls seemed busy but when i really noticed they where just walking back and forth never holding a dish or a drink, jeep up the great work katie - it wont go unnoticed. I haven’t been to an Applebee’s in a very long time and as we were passing through a random city called walnut on our roadtrip, my husband said let’s stop here. I will say that despite my salad being too salad dressing heavy, our server porsche was so delightful. I mean really. Great service, sweetest smile. Asked us what our plans for the day was, and really held genuine conversation. As a couple in our late 70’s many young folk don’t take the time to listen or banter with us anymore but this sweetheart did. My experience started out as a 1 star, but ended up as a 4 star. I ordered salmon medium rare, making it clear to the waiter I did not want it over cooked as I like salmon cooked so that it flakes and is not the texture of chicken. He made a note of it and said that's how he likes his salmon too. When I got my salmon it was not only the texture of chicken but of over cooked chicken. We had a good waiter so he quickly checked back to see if our food was satisfactory. Our waiter and the manager handled my complaint in a very apologetic and professional manner. I was more than happy with the prompt food replacement and how the situation was resolve to make me a happy customer! I would have given 5 stars but it took a very long time for hostess to come and acknowledge us and it took a very long time to get our food even though the restaurant was nearly empty (perhaps they had lots of to go orders?)

One star less on atmosphere bc the music is so horrible. However, AB is my go to for sports games etc. they have happy hour food, which is a big difference from their un-named competition (Chili’s). Food is always good, TV’s are sports ready, and Happy Hour.

This is one of the more popular outlet of Applebees. Service is excellent especially at the bar section. Food is good if you select carefully. We thought the spinach and artichokes dip with chips and four cheese grilled chicken penne pasta and chicken salads were good. 12 ounce ribeye was below average for the price. They have happy hour prior to 6PM with half price items. There are several TV monitors to watch sports events. Parking is plenty around the restaurant inside the strip mall.

Gilbert, our.server was very nice. Food was typical chain sit down fast food. Salsa was frozen (eww!), Food was okay. Getting refills on drinks took a minute, and when more customers and staff came in, it seemed to get worse instead of better I can only say good things about Gilbert, he was swamped with people and did his very best. for the last 3 months, ive visited 6 different locations in southern California , this one being one of them... and they all DO NOT HAVE BROCCOLI.. does applebees not carry brocoli anymore ? If so, it would be great, if u guys remove it from your menu, since it's false advertising.. other than that, I visited yesterday oct 25. Waitress only came once to drop our food. Words cannot describe the disappointment I felt when I got home with my take-out Chicken Fettichini Alfredo. Paid good money for what basically seemed like a small frozen dinner. Don't get me wrong about the chicken as it was large and tender, but tasted like tomato paste covered the top portion of the breast and there were barely any noodles. I rarely go to Applebee's because every time I do I'm disappointed, but others talk me into it so I just go along.

I ordered from here for takeout. They told me my order would be ready in 10 minutes. So i got there in 10 minutes. There was a group waiting in front of me and two people waiting behind me. After i got there, nobody came over to help us, we were all just standing there for AT LEAST 15 minutes and i was seriously about to leave when someone finally came over. Then the guys in front of me had to order before i got my food. Of course it was cold by the time they gave it to me. I just left this Applebee’s, have been coming here for around 9 years. Food is still amazing , however the table service has gone downhill. Nicole was our waitress in the Bar area 3/14/25 @ 9:10pm, we were not offered a single Refill or asked if everything was good during our visit. Yet she would spend several minutes on the tables around us having long conversations, while we were wanting refills on drinks. I come with my young boys , they were thirsty and we never got a refill offered, so I just paid and Left.

When we asked to order beer, the waitress said we were too loud and looked a bit drunk, so she couldn't provide the beer. Question: you can’t laugh out loud from being happy because you’re going to look like you’re drunk? It's frustrating to feel unfairly judged. After we lowered our voices and only ordered food, I still felt that we were being treated unfairly. As an Asian person, I felt cautious as it seemed they were not treating us nicely and were suspicious that we wouldn't pay. I asked them to check their camera, and it turned out their machine was the issue, which was ridiculous. I was completely sober and had not drunk at all. Even if my friends were drunk, they wouldn't have left without good manners. We all live in the Walnut area and the treatment we received at the restaurant was heartbreaking, especially after attending a funeral. I’m not letting them treat my friends like that.

There food taste bad and the bread i got with my soup was dry and did not meet my expectations on food and dessert and very slow service food dessert and my coke take for forever to come and the atmosphere is so dark at times and uncomfortable seating and very slow service bland food and dessert as well and an unclear service as well and the place feel bit dirty over all an terrible experience.

Rude and unwelcoming. Sat at the bar and the bartenders made no attempt to talk to me like other Applebee's. Most unfriendly and unwelcome staff ever. They talked to other people, but ignored me and they saw I came in alone. Managers were the same way. Will never come back. Felt so uncomfortable it was unreal. Just left and they need a lesson in manners. For real. Rude as hell and did not ask me to refill my drink when it was bone dry for a while. Manager was standing around staff and never said hello to anyone. Came in as a new patron..never again. Corporate should come visit and see how rude these people are and unfriendly. I was the only person of my ethnicity too. So maybe that had something to do with it. Idk..but they spoke to everyone else around me but me. So yeah, pass. Don't go here. They treat people like outsiders. Pitiful. When you are a bartender, talking to people is part of the job. Literally go to bars all the time and never seen bartenders just ignore people like that. All they did was take my order and then acted like I was not even a human being. No attempt at any small talk. None.

I went it with my family, got seated and was introduced by our waitress but I feel like the waitress could’ve been a bit nicer, she kept slamming our plates down and every time she said something she would walk away from us. She was kind of rude, not to mention the salad I order it was the balsamic chicken salad and the person who drenched the vinaigrette dressing was too much, very very sweet I couldn’t enjoy or even finish the salad, sadly dissatisfied. Never coming back again.

. My burger was tiny and over cooked. The fries were old and overly salted. The Oriental salad had 0 dressing. Had to ask for some, and got maybe an once in a ramekin. The bees is still declining, don't waste ur money. the server was a grumpy woman. Asking for anything was met with attitude.
