Excellent Chinese food at a really reasonable price - genuinely of the best meals we had whilst travelling through France. Great wine selection by the glass and a huge range by the bottle with some top-end local producers. A great option in Dijon if you’re craving something other than French bistro food. Fresh cold chicken noodle salad and pork & shrimp dumplings was part of the set menu and really good value. Paired with a nice wine recommended by the owner.

I’ve been there several times. At first just to buy from the very refined wine and champagne selection. I lately discovered that the food is marvelous. You have a small choice of well seasoned Chinese food. It’s not too salty. Very fresh and very good ! Highly recommend both to drink and eat.

Wow what a beautiful evening we had here. The atmosphere is warm, inviting and intimate. We were shown a selection of four wines by the glass, of which we tried two and they were beautiful. The food is simple but beautifully balanced - I think we tried almost everything on the menu and I couldn’t fault a dish. We felt very welcomed and enjoyed every minute of our meal.

It is the best Chinese tea shop you can find in Dijon. All served in original way and you can have best experience if you are curious about Chinese tea culture. Also owner has the background of wine, she knows how to present her products in a more approachable way to foreigners. Cool place to go for a chill!

Really wonderful food. We had the three vegetarian snacks, salade, tofu and courgette. The salad was stir fried lettuce in a sweet savory soy based sauce; the tofu was tossed in sesame oil with green onion; and the courgette was salty and spicy with white pepper. Extremely refreshing. The wines were lovely too, and it was so nice to sit outside in the sun on the quiet street with a glass of Chardonnay. The owners are very kind and love to talk about wine. I wish I could have gone many more times!

Wow, what a wonderful place. Inside it smells of umami, if one can say that. It has a very charming interior with a mix of France and Asia. But, most of all, the dumplings were perfectly seasoned.

One of my favorite places in Dijon. This intimate wine and tea shop is run by a very nice young sommelier and her husband, he prepares very good Chinese dishes. I really liked the noodle and dumpling dishes. The sommelier selects bottles of white, red, rosé and orange wines to serve by the glass at very reasonable prices. Every wine I tried was excellent. She offers a large selection of wines by the bottle, as well. I especially like to sit at one of the few outside tables, as Rue Monge is a great street for people watching. Also, I recommend an excellent orange wine. Be sure to ask the sommelier about the techniques used to make this style of wine.

I don’t usually post reviews but I couldn’t resist. This restaurant was a highlight to our trip to Dijon. This is definitely a hidden gem in Dijon. We just had a meal at a 2-starred restaurant a few hours before and the tasting and the food was as satisfying or more.

Wonderful experience in a small wine cafe. We tried three different small plates as well as noodles and desserts. Very fresh and delicious, and the owner suggested a lovely white Burgundy wine to pair with our meal. There are not only wines, but a variety of teas to enjoy as well. Warm and friendly atmosphere, highly recommend!

This place completely stole our hearts! The noodles were some of the best we’ve ever had, perfectly cooked, full of flavor and paired with the freshest vegetables. The light sparkling wine was the perfect choice for a hot day and the homemade ice cream was pure magic. We loved this place so much that we came back three times in just two days, blissfully ignoring every Michelin recommendation.

What a pleasant surprise! Amazing wine selection, with several great ones available by the glass for a more than reasonable price. Don't get me started on the food... it is rare I visit a place where I think all the dishes I try are a solid 10/10, but this place DELIVERED. From the more "simple" braised lettuce to the noodle dishes, it was all outstanding. This place deserves more hype, I could come back to Dijon just to eat here!

C'est une cave magnifique avec une ambiance très sympa ! Ici on a un grand choix des vins du monde et du thé chinois, pour découvrir ces deux grandes cultures culinaires. Les plats sont excellents, et la sélection de bouteilles en libre-service est vraiment appréciable. Le rapport qualité-prix est top ! La seule petite suggestion serait de rendre le lieu un peu plus chaleureux.

Les raviolis sont très bons. Pour les personnes sensibles, notez que les nouilles sont pimentées, malgré que ce ne soit pas précisé sur la carte. Les prix sont très abordables pour la taille des plats. Je rejoins un commentaire qui suggérait de redécorer/rénover pour rendre le lieux un peu plus chaleureux, c’est assez impersonnel actuellement. Le point que j’ai beaucoup moins apprécié concerne les toiles d’araignées et araignées dans les bordures de mur, et n’y en a pas qu’une seule. C’est la première fois que je vois ça dans un restaurant.

Disclaimer: came to this place with very high expectations after reading reviews, doing research, and reaching out to the owners to facilitate a visit. My partner and I were visiting from a vacation in Paris for two days and all the photos, reviews and communications suggested an exceptional experience. This is where it ended…. We waited and were successfully ignored for 10 minutes to be recognized and seated at a half empty restaurant. We were seated outside and a gentle rain turned into torrential rain. However, the beautiful umbrellas offered a romantic cover. Unfortunately the server had zero interest in venturing anywhere where water might exist. Whether in our glass or from the sky…. After 15-20 minutes, the rain subsided and we were provided the courtesy of ordering. When we asked the server about how best to approach the menu, they had zero — and I repeat zero — knowledge about the food, even when prompted and we had selected the preferred wines from a limited list of 6 wines they offered by the glass this specific evening. Beyond the color and region, they had no information or commentary. (side note: the wines were excellent!). Wine glasses were always empty unless you went inside to request. At one point, server came to our table, ignored the empty wine glasses and nonexistent food to take menu off our table for another party inside. A separate time, again ignoring the empty glasses and no food status, took the display (located right next to us) of 6 bottles of wine by the glass away. Each time with an awkward embarrassed laugh. Food…. Nonexistent for 45+ minutes, all came at once, no explanations, and certainly zero wine to pair at this point (Note: we ordered the three course wine/snack pairing). Even when prompted, the wine came long after the food was completed. We received 5 of 6 “snacks” and 2 of the 3 wines, quickly insisted on paying, left, and will never be back. Food was solid. Wine was excellent. Service was nonexistent, and for a retail/wine bistro that claims education, the education was hiding at a hole-in-the-wall pizza by the slice shop next door (Apparently, also 4.9 Google rating by the way! Very seriously considered going about 45mins into this). To be honest, I felt bad for the server. They clearly didn’t have the training, education, or awareness to be successful. Not an issue of bad attitude, simply nonexistent training/management. This is NOT: a 4.9 excellent wine bistro in the wine capitol of France. This IS: a happy accident if none of the true stellar restaurants of Dijon are open or as a snack before you go to one of them.

The pictures and the reviews here do not match our own personal experience. The taste profile was the same throughout the dishes. The portions are very small and suit a light snack not a meal. And for the final bill we felt expensive. The menu does not state the wine measurement. It should give this. I am not sure it is 12.5 cl. It looked 9 or 10 cl and expensive by the glass. Prices should also be discussed when suggesting a choice as being sold the most expensive glass at 12€ without being informed, makes for a frustrating feeling. Would not return.
