I usually don't mind coming in for a quick bite to eat cuz why not?? Wendy's is usually not too bad. I used to mostly always get fresh food when I started going to this location. I used to work at mcdonalds in high school and can tell when foods been sitting out for too long or not. Like I get it it's there for convenience sake but if you want customers to come back to this store please try to make food fresh. There was no one there so they had really no excuse as to why they gave me a couple hour leftover food. Other than that it's convenient for them 🤷 like I get how these jobs are I really do. But if you really don't wanna work and you wanna put in minimal effort then go find a different job. These jobs are super easy and it's mind boggling how they make it seem like it's so hard. Yes there's a lot to it but easy work. Hope to see a change hopefully but I doubt it.

The employees at this store are definitely in need of some training. The drive-thru always takes forever and since there is no one going into the store you would think they would be able to focus on the drive-thru. We went through today and as always service was slow and staff was anything but friendly. I ordered a chili got home and found it to be lacking, it was 1/2 full, thick and pasty with not one bit of meat in it, before I threw it away I called in to question if they changed the recipe and was no they hadn't so i explained why I asked and all she says was oh ok I will have to check into it.

Chili was good. Chicken strips and fries were old. Restaurant was dirty. Had to clean your own table just to sit down.

Ordered a bacon egg and cheese breakfast biscuit. Biscuit was warm, but the bacon egg and cheese thrown in between was ice cold.

This place hasn't changed since the remodel. Seems the kitchen is still messed up because they can't fully cook the burgers, constantly burn the hell outta the bacon, and half cooked fries. 50 cents for each BBQ sauce? Talk about price gouging when it costs less than 3 cents when the store orders it. The employees at this location don't care about the customers. The management sucks. Thanks for asking me to give you a review on the garbage you served me tonight... Also, clean your kitchen, it's making the whole place smell like mold still...

Forgot bacon on my bacon burger and refused to replace it. Fries tasted awful I don’t even want to know how long they were sitting out. 12 dollars for such little food is ridiculous. I can get a mc value meal at MCD for 5.50 and get more food So disappointed in our local Wendy’s

Waited 10 minutes for service at the order screen, just to tell them I had a mobile order. Now currently waiting another 10+ minutes at the window. Literally only ordered 4 breakfast biscuits, and im the only customer here. If I didnt pay for my food I would've driven off already, like the multiple people that pulled up behind me and left.

So everytime we order the cobb sald it never comes with the bacon and it's part of the salad and when your paying 10$ a salad u shouldn't have to worry if it has everything on it

Done. 7 dollars for a jr cheeseburger with one piece of bacon it in a baconator wrapper. Fire the cook today. Fries tastes a week old. Enjoy the last of my money you will ever get.

Wendy’s is already pretty bad as a brand. But this one is some thing special. Same shit food you would find at any Wendy’s but imagine it’s always cold. Also they “can’t give receipts” since the renovation? Sketchy. Which leads to another issue. No receipts= they never give you what you actually order. 0/10 experience

Was the only car there this is new years eve 2024 at about 630. They forgot half my order and the half was cold as if it's been sitting out since lunch time. This wendys location fails everytime and definitely will not be giving them any more of my money.

They have gone down hill and serve very old burgers and chicken every time I try the dixon location out. When your paying $10 for a burger at 4pm and the burger is so dry it taste like it was from the 2pm you might want to ask for a fresh patty if you plan on going.
