This is the place all things Dunkin! Fast as fast can be. Open long hours & they serve our well paid WPD/ PD who never tip these poor hard working ladies and gentlemen So tip extra help make up the cops free rides!
A useful location conveniently located inside the shopping center with a drive through. Great for a quick lunch or breakfast.
Best maple frosted donut I've ever had! Service was friendly as well.
This place was very clean, fresh coffee & great service.
Went to this Dunkin' Donuts for the first time the other day as a meeting spot for my sister who I had never met before. We met inside the restraunt and ordered some food and drinks while we were there. Everything was delicious and made perfectly! It was such a great meeting spot too! The woman behind the counter was a newer employee who was still getting used to everything so it took a little time but none of us minded. If you want quick service you generally would go through the drive thru, not inside. She forgot to add a couple things/give us some of the stuff we ordered so I had to go back up to the counter, but I really didn't mind and completely understand since she was new there. There were a bunch of different tables to choose from. We sat in an area that had a smaller table that my children say at, and a bigger table with stools that the adults sat at. The bigger table also had built in charging circles for phones to sit on and charge while you're there, which I thought was a pretty cool feature. They have only one bathroom there so there would sometimes be someone in there at times when people had to use the bathroom and a mini line would start. But it was clean and well stocked in there. Overall, this is a pretty great Dunkin' Donuts. And I'm glad that this is the meeting place that I chose to meet my sister at. It had a great energy to it and was pretty relaxing and laid back. I highly recommend it. Though again, if you're looking for fast service; Drive thru is always the way to go.
placed a very large order through the drive thru for a car full of people and the lady was very nice and patient with me every step of the way. They got every piece right AND got it out to us quickly. I would give them 10 stars if I could one of the best Dunkin’ experiences I’ve had.
Was confused when the app let me order a cold brew coffee and it was out of stock and the person offered to make a regular iced coffee but was confused when we asked for a refund for the price difference and said she didn't know how to do that. Ended up settling on a free donut.
Edit: In the weeks since I posted this, the staff has definitely made an effort to be more friendly. I've gotten "thank you"s and "have a good day"s more often than not, and it's been noticeably more pleasant. Changing my review from two stars to four. This is my first negative review (I don't like leaving them... what if someone was having an off day?) But it's been almost three months of not-great experiences... Legitimately the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a Dunks. It's the same three ladies every morning; one of them is alright sometimes, but the one with the glasses is outright rude. The first couple mornings I stopped there, I was convinced that I'd done something to offend her, based on the look she gave me/her tone. She never smiles, never says "thank you" or "you're welcome" or "have a nice day" ... just kinda stares until you feel awkward and drive away... I moved to the area a few months ago and this is the closest Dunks - but I'm considering leaving 40 minutes earlier every day to hit up the Brunswick location instead.
Pretty average Dunkin’ experience, with nothing really negative to say aside from the frozen caramel coffee I got was a bit more bitter than I’m used to. Inside was relatively clean, and wait time was fairly average. It’s in a shopping center so there is plenty of parking and they do have a drive through as well if you don’t want to go inside. The bathrooms were relatively clean but inside seating was pretty limited, and because most people are just coming in and out - if you’re trying to just sit inside it can feel chaotic. Overall I would come again if I were in the area.
Drive through service is slow like every other Dunkin I know. Normal Dunkin fare. Everything seemed fresh.
Consistency is key, and they missed the mark. Two of us ordered the same drink, just different sizes, yet ended up with entirely different tasting drinks... and it was super strange that only one of the two got whipped cream? It was good enough to get us caffeine while traveling, but didn't taste that great. Bummer.
It’s a 50/50 for my experiences here. I either get friendly, lovely people or employees that sound so irritated that you leave wondering what you did wrong. After saying thank you, your lucky if you get a ‘your welcome’, usually just ‘yep ok move up’ or just ‘ok’ heaven forbid you sell a coffee with basic people skills. The other half of visits are great, friendly service, positive employees that make you leave with a smile. After reading other reviews I’m glad it’s not just me. The tip jar says *gratitude* - for a reason we just avoid bad service and cold breakfast sandwiches by going to the one in Yarmouth or coffee by design.
Dunkin is a part of our daily lives, and this Dunkin is our regular stop. Recently it has been chronically understaffed. The staff who are regulars are working extremely hard, almost running. But customers have become used to long waits on occasion. Yesterday we went to pick up a mobile order and the door was locked. Customers were told to go through the drive through which was 30 cars deep with upset people. We could see the order sitting on the counter, people should have been allowed inside to collect their orders which is what other Dunkin’s do when staff doesn’t show. Not having a half hour to wait, we had to abandon it. Strong suggestion is to work harder to staff up or we will all be forced to find an alternative.
Food is a hit or miss. Always seem they are out of something try to give alternative but when friends are lactose an tolerant doesn't help much. Staff has there days when the are friendly or days when they are in front of customers talk crap
It ain't what it used to be. Used to be simple good coffee and a tasty donut served with a smile. Now it's none of those things. Mostly very young adults working there who seem pretty stressed out. Waited 7 minutes, after ordering, for a cup of coffee. It wasn't a fancy coffee, just regular with cream. I was in the store, not the drive thru. With staff that young, I blame management on the service issues.
Extremely slow! We stood there for a while to be served. Cold brewed coffee wasn’t worth the time that we wasted waiting for it.
Don't bother ordering a Large Hot Chocolate. You'll end up with a Medium amount in an overcharged Large cup.
This was my favorite Dunkin until today. I can’t give the persons name who ruined it for me because she refused to give it to me and hung up on me. - I called because I had been thru the drive thru and got 2 frozen coffees. When I got home (40 minutes from Dunkin) I tasted them and realized that something was wrong with it. There was no flavor. Just tasted like watered down frozen milk. Mistakes happen…. But it’s not cheap so I called. She responded that well I made that and nothing was wrong with it and said “ so I’m confused… what do you want it to taste like?” I could see where this was going so I asked to speak to someone else - she said no that I could speak to her. She then said “ok, so what do you want me to do about it?” I asked for her manager- wasn’t going to get anywhere with her and was honestly caught off guard at her behavior over something as trivial as a coffee. She was not going to be helpful so I decided I would call back later. I asked for her name and she said “oh no, you are not getting that “ and hung up on me. So disappointed. This was my go to spot but I don’t want to subject myself to people like that over coffee. I’m still dumbfounded that someone would become so enraged at the mention of her not making our coffee correct.
Went inside ordered a drink and a sandwich in the morning the girl making the sandwich puts her gloves on then wiped down the counter turns registere on gets pans ect. Ready then makes the sandwiches DID NOT CHANGE HER GLOVES this was in Freeport Maine I already paid for my stuff not sure if I'll eat it tho.
Went there at 6:30am, all the lights where off and there were two employees walking around inside. Door where locked and they were not answering drive through. No signs were posted. Horrible management!
***UPDATE***(1 year later) Haven't been back for about a year and you guessed it... still extremely rude staff and the old lady acted like I was wasting my time asking about a mobile order that was not on the pickup counter. It was ready just not reachable from the pickup area for some reason. Rolled her eyes and grunted. Manager needs to crack down but probably too desperate to not lose staff. Sad. Hands down the rudest employees at this location. The customer service is very poor. Hit or miss if the drive thru or inside lobby is open. No one appears interested in working anymore and I honestly cannot tip the employees like I had. How hard is it to be kind when you are literally fullfilling 1 coffee order? I've given this location far too many chances and am willing to drive further for better service. Too bad.
Apparently business cannot hire any responsible, hard working, or hygienic individuals. They are slow, forget to turn on the menu sign in the store and for the drive thru, even though they have been open for 3 hours and let you sit there for minutes at a time waiting for service. You shouldn't have to say "Hello" six times at the drive thru to get someone to take your order. The trip inside the store to actually get someone to take our more than $20.00 breakfast order was even a worse experience then the drive thru. The employees look like they rolled out of bed, grabbed their dirty uniforms off the floor and ran to work. Would be nice to have employees take a little pride in themselves and the business they work for and represent. The other family in the store eating would have appreciated their food be cooked properly. All being considered, the unapologetic, negative attitudes from the employees when asked why the menus were not turned on and the orders were not cooked properly sealed the deal for the one star ratings.
I’ve had issues in the past with Dunkin and stopped going for a while. I thought I would give it a try again, but this was a mistake. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel and this is what I got. Any other time I have got this item, my food has never looked like this. I was the only person in line this morning so they definitely could’ve taken their time and made the bagel correctly. Will for sure not be coming back!!
The workers are extremely rude and unpleasant. Its a hit an miss with your order
Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. As a bonus, the coffee was terrible.
I'm so tired of giving this place chances. Major lack in training of employees and management in busy situations. We left after waiting 15 minutes with no service in the dinning room. They ONLY focused on drive thru. Last time they over charged us for our order. When I brought it to their attention I was told there was no way to refund the $3.53 I was overcharged because there wasnt a manager available. They wouldn't at least try and make it right. I tried to get a donut or something for exchange of the difference and was told it wasnt possible. SHOP LOCAL! Much better quality coffee and cheaper prices.
Food is good majorly of the time, only thing I've noticed it sometimes they miscount on the donut holes and in the past its never been a problem they've never made a huge deal out of it, but the past couple times we've gone the customer service is really poor we noticed the same lady there both times and theres never any greeting, the one time recently that their was donut holes missing she pretty much accused us of trying to steal with what she said, the looks, and attitude and the looks wasnt just coming from her it was another employee that gives looks too. And last time we went there was no greeting, I was left at the ordering window just sitting there until I said something to see if someone was there. And yes these times I did let write dunkin on both occasions, and they added points to my account but Im sort of doubting at this point if customer service will get better...Wish there was another dunkin near by.
Literally the worst location I’ve ever been to. Been there twice never will I ever go back again it’s not common to get ketchup when you get hashbrowns? It’s always something nasty attitude, nasty atmosphere.
This place sucks we are 0 for 5 every time we have came out is were out of syrup we're out of ice we can't make this it's every single time if someone could please inform me of an active time this place is capable of making drinks that's be cool
EVERY SINGLE time I come through here they never have what I order. I place an online order and it notifies me that its ready but when I get to the drive thru window they tell me they dont have or can't make what I ordered. I literally only order what is on the menu. Nothing special so I dont understand why this is a reoccurring thing. Absolutely ridiculous
Giving one star because I don’t have a choice. There is so much going on at this Dunkin and probably one of the worst ones I’ve gone too. But I will just list a few of the things I’ve seen/ dealt with within the last few visits. 1.) Not only are they dressed in crop tops, and just unprofessional but they leave out their personal food and drinks in areas they are serving people. 2.)They are very very rude and want to argue with you about orders you place on the mobil app and able to pull up exactly what you order to show them what they did wrong. 3.) Even ordering ahead of time you will still be there waiting a good 10-15 minutes when no one else is there. 4.) They will refuse to refund you, and they will argue with their own employees calling them inappropriate names right in-front of you and your kids. 5.) The coffee never tastes right, it is either watered down or burnt. 6.) They will try to handle money and then go to grab donuts with out gloves or washing their hands. 🤢 Even after reporting it to corporate twice now they still seem to be getting worse and worse. Weather they all be trained again including their manager or they just flat out get new management and all new employees something needs to change. Because I know I am not the only one who will no longer be going to this Dunkin again until I hear that it’s gotten better. 🤷🏽♀️
All the 1 stars are very telling that a horrible experience is the norm. Stopped in Freeport on our road trip, got our order wrong and acted pissed at us when we pointed it out (we apologized to have to ask for the right item) only to get our final drink - a hot latte - handed to us and it was ice cold. I’m pregnant and so we needed to stop for food & decaf coffee to make sure I ate, complete waste of money and time and the most rotten experience and attitude ever.
mobile order, got to the window and got just my food and she tried to shoo me away. i said i have a drink also. she’s running around questioning where my drink was to the others. then tells me i don’t have one for you. my food bag said 2 items total and had to show her my phone for them to make it and make it not how i ordered, just to get me out quick. slow down and take your time. also different staff every time.
My family and I went here for a couple coffees and donuts for the kids and coffee didn’t taste like coffee at all. It’s as if they watered it down and haven’t brewed any coffee in hours. We waited about 15 minutes inside as 2 employees looked at us and were cleaning acting as if we should just leave. 1 of the donuts was stale and we threw that away. And my kids went to use the girls bathroom and there was pee everywhere and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. On top of all of this were the flies that were easily in the 20s flying around the inside. I will never be back to this Dunkin worst experience I’ve had in a very long time.
My husband and I ordered two coffees. First impression, rude people who make you feel bad for ordering there 😂 Like you’re the problem and they got better things to do than do their job that they are there for. They didn’t know what the heck the coffees were that were literally on their menu. When we pulled up to get our coffees they handed us the wrong drinks, and then were really confused when we said what we got. They thought a plain iced coffee was a mocha. I said a mocha is like a latte, hoping that would strike a cord and it didn’t really. I have worked as a barista before and have an espresso machine at home that would pull shots ways better than whatever they made. I was about ready to go in there and show them how to make a darn mocha. Anyways, don’t go here. They suck.
What I ordered: a large peppermint white mocha, iced. What I got: a small plain iced coffee. I told them what I ordered and that they got it wrong and they handed me a small peppermint iced coffee. I paid for a large and got a small. I just gave up after that. Overall, the employees seemed like they had absolutely no clue what was happening, the girl taking our order didn't recognize the item my wife was ordering off their menu. They were incredibly rude about the whole thing, and seemed like they wanted to blame us for their ignorance. Wasn't the worst coffee I've ever had but it might have been the worst service I've ever received. Definitely in the top 10. Save yourself a trip and go somewhere else
This review is for the owner(s) of this location. I've had no issue with any specific employee. Your store is consistently inconsistent. I never know if I'll be getting a good cup of coffee or not. I'd say 1 in every 3 visits my order is wrong. Something is forgotten or I'm given the wrong item(s). Today, I went to go get breakfast, and after waiting in a full drive thru line I was told "no food today, we're understaffed". That's unacceptable. Perhaps pay your employees more so that they stay or you can attract new ones. You can't say you don't have the money to do so after two coffees cost me over $10 this morning. If it wasn't for my wife wanting Dunkin's so often, I'd never return. I'd suggest making some needed changes.
