They where busy with a school lunch bag order but the manager had them working as a team as drive thru and inside we all got served in timely manner great job team definitely my SubWay

Just your regular sandwich store with lots of veggies and meats to choose from. The people is nice but they are too bussy to be talkative, they just ask you what you want and move on. Not a good place to stick around, just go. order your food, eat and go. Not the kind of place I would take someone to have a nice talk.

I go to this place because of convenience, I normally go to Weslaco for subway. These guys don't honor coupons on some of their top sandwiches. They lack customer service and seem to skim on their veggies. The owners/managers are more colos que espalda.

Was left at drive thru for over 20 minutes. Order was wrong. Ordered the Turkey cali club as a salad, had no bacon. Requested cucumbers, had none.

They need to throw out used food, there was soggy bread left in the container from another person's order that I assume wasnt correct or never picked up. Things like that can spoil quickly.. Over priced items yet cheap experience, even cheaper and very rude owners for both locations in Donna. If they treat customers the way they do, I can only imagine how they treat their staff.

went today for 2 philly subs and the lady on drive thru was super rude. doesn’t take much to be nice. on top of that my subs tasted weird. they had some pink clear looking onions?! those were definitely not the purple onion. i get these subs a lot as i love subway but im not coming back to this location. get that woman off drive thru.

Dine in area is set to close at 9pm Monday- Thursday according to posted lobby schedule that is POSTED on the door… why are employees telling customers lobby is closed 30 minutes prior to closing time?

worst customer service i have ever experienced in the valley!!! on 1/19/25 i went there with my wife and asked for extra jalapenos, extra bell peppers, and extra pickles. the sandwich maker wanted to charge us extra for the extra veggies, but the app does NOT charge extra for these items. so, while in the store, we placed the exact same order on the app. once their buzzer went off for a new app order that came in, the female worker looked towards the back to get confirmation from the original employee that made our sandwiches. he walks over and had his manager on the phone and the manager said they would need to take some veggies out from my sandwhich. i told the worker to keep the sandwiches and give us a full refund. they rather lose a whole sale than honor what the app says and give the extra jalapenos, banana peppers and pickles at no extra charge. the manager is Lisa and she was of no help at all. what i dont get is... if someone asks for extra veggies on the app, is the restaurant REALLY giving extra since they do not want to lose any money (like they proved today) or will they just give the REGULAR amount? also, what were they gonna do with the veggies once they plucked them out of my sandwich, throw them away, rinse them off and put them back? this is some very suspicious behavior!! again, they were ready to open up my already wrapped up and in a bag sandwich and pick veggies out of it. never going to this subway again and i eat subway 4 times a week!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. The staff was very rude and talked to you in such an aggressive tone. They took so long just so make a 6 in sandwich. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I always give people the benefit of the doubt, but I will not tolerate getting treated like that again. Do better.

I ordered curbside and there were no parking spaces for curbside so I parked behind the cars parked there temporarily thinking I wouldn't be parked long since subway sent me the alert that my food was ready, but they never came out. I went inside to tell them where I was parked, but the girl just looked at me with an annoyed face, and still no one came out. I am very disappointed at this location.

Horrible customer service. Walked in with my wife and was never greeted. Waited over 10 minutes before finally being helped or acknowledged. When it came to choosing veggies my wife was told they were out of jalapeños and I was told they were out of pickles. Employee then rudely mentioned that if I wanted pickles I'd have to wait. I told her that's fine I'll wait. 5 minutes later she comes out from the back with a new bag of pickles and jalapeños. Basically lied to us because she didn't feel like going to the back to get what we requested. Then I tried ordering a broccoli soup which was also told they were out of. Over heard them tell someone at drive thru that they were out of ham and made them settle for turkey. No napkins were placed in bag. Coupon we wanted to use wasn't valid because location made up their own rules on what sandwiches you could redeem coupons for even though coupon made no mention of it. Coupon specifically made mention of which sandwiches were excluded but this location added way more sandwiches to exclude any coupons from being used. Veggie area was a mess with almost empty trays of veggies. Employees seemed very unorganized with no customer service skills and they all seemed to have an attitude. No thank you nor have a great day. Over all worse experience ever out of any Subway I've ever been. My wife also left very upset and annoyed. Go to a different Subway and save yourself the headache. Trust me it's worth the extra drive to go to a further Subway location.

The female employee discriminated to two deaf person.. Do not ever go to Donna Subways. This is not very friendly for deaf people at all. Do your better work and something. Screw you up Donna Subway's!

Learn from my mistake and don’t order online... but if you do DO NOT PAY ONLINE! I placed an order online at this location. I got there and I was told that they did not receive my order and they had no proof that I paid it??? Even when I showed them my bank info and the confirmation number... she told me that apparently the light had gone out and that’s why my order wasn’t received.... this people seriously need to be re trained! This lady was rude and she apparently doesn’t know how to deal with difficult situations and she’s a so called MANAGER!! All she was doing was rolling her eyes as I was talking to her about the issue?!?! So apparently I paid 14$ to subway and I got NO FOOD. And all she told me was to go to the bank tomorrow (SUNDAY) to see if I can stop the transaction. Smh!!! This location needs to be RE-TRAINED

I love getting my usual sub.. But this time it left me with an ugly after taste on top of that, it seems to me like they toasted the whole sandwich instead of bread meat amd cheese... The lettuce was dry the cucumbers were extra dry and seemed old.. From me working at a subway this visit was way below standard. Very sad.

It was horrible I think I may have food poisoning, judge for yourself. And mind u i had not eatten anything up until then..Since I left pure diarrhea and it continues today with vomiting, nausea and dizziness. To top it off when I was done eating I went to bathroom to find roaches, which makes me wonder even more what I was fed.!!!!!!!!

Diana (the manager) charged me for double meat when I only got 1 portion, she made me pay for the double meat after an employee messed it up. She also had a horrible attitude definitely doesn’t deserve manager. 👎

Subway has become a bait and switch store. Their advertising coupons state that you can get any footlong. Coupons do not state any exceptions even in the fine print. You get there and they have a full list that was printed out by I assume the manager to tell you what you can't get with coupons. This is false advertising. On top of that sandwiches were poorly made and had scarcely any toppings and meat. Staff has a careless attitude. Meat at subway in general has changed for the worse. They are getting beat by other sandwiche chains. Overall it was a horrible experience. Weslaco Subway will take all coupons! No exceptions!!
