We went on Christmas day. They were very busy. 10 cars in drive thru. 5 people in line inside. I was very surprised at how fast they handled us. I was in and out faster than I expected. The young lady in dark nike sweater was directing the flow very well. The whole crew was working like a fine tuned machine. Thanks

Quick service, even if its a little backed up, the wait isn't so bad. Love their salad..I appreciate drive thru employee, think his name is Mike. He looks like a manager or lead but could be wrong. He seems a lil quiet and reserved but gets the job done. Thanks for helping me this morning.

Oh my goodness, I finally tried the chili cheese curly fries! They were excellent! I had a Berry Sprite (cranberry). It's a great place to have breakfast, lunch or dinner, it's kid friendly, kids menu, handicap accessible restrooms and parking. They serve breakfast all day long! 🌯🥞🍳☕ It's a wonderful place to eat with thir loved ones.

Sue loves the tacos, we get them at least once, most of time, twice a week while we're down here. Not much to em, but this JIB does a good job with them. Use the app to order, it'll save you a bit.

Look I'm not being paid for this, I actually like visiting Jack's because they still serve breakfast food unlike others stop at 11am... I mean it's still am. Quick service and I never have to wait long, the drive is superb and friendly smiles goes along way. Got to give them 5 star's for it

Love that it's open 24/7. After a big shift at works it helps to have a good restaurant open in late hours. I love the variety of foods in the menu. Also, I enjoy the fact that there's always a menu before you get to the speaker to decide what you would like to order.

Im vegan my dad n i...i order 4 hashbrowns and 2 kids meals no meat add all the veggies...i use the receipt alway to get 2 for the price of 1 jumbos jax no meat n no mayo...i add the hashbrowns to the burgers. Ive done this in houston chinatown on samhouston exit...u could do this in all jacks in texas. God bless jacks way

5/5 great food. Cutely packaged. HOT. And delicious. Those bacon cheese curly fries are amazing 5/5 for the manager walking around and picking up trash and asking how our food was. 5/5 for the girl cleaning the tables to make sure it was clean. 4/5 because the girl taking our order was new and didn’t know where anything was on the register to place our order. But I understand, we were all new at a work place once. Then came a girl from the back loaded with boxes to refill the condiments tray and she was the seasoned cashier. She helped the new girl find everything and repeated our order and helped us find a mistake. It was fixed prior to paying.

The service is good compared to other jack in the box. The lady who helped me made me feel welcomed by doing some small talk. They assign you a number so they brought me the food and everything was correct and neatly placed. The restaurant is clean, the food was presentable.

I used to dislike this place as a kid but as I grew up it redeemed itself. The staff is nice, fast, and concise. If you haven't had the curly fries I would recommend it.

Always fast service and hot food. I don't understand why they are always hosing down the drive thru. It just makes a mess of my car. It's kind of a Mexico thing. Unnecessary.

They seem to always have an issue on getting order right in drive through.? And if you ask for ice tea, ask them to put extra ice. The last 3 visits, all I got was tea with about a handful of ice. They concentrate on speed of order and nothing else

The food was amazing and I give that 5 stars, the dinning area was nice and clean and I give that 5 stars but the soda machine area was dirty. The carpet located in front of soda machine was all filthy and sticky. As we stood there to fill up our drinks, my shoes got stuck to the carpet.

Took 15 minutes to make 5 sausage breakfast Jack's and 5 hash browns. I was also only one in line. 3 stars for it being good. Would have been 5 had it been fast food

Pros-The food is always served hot or warm and quick Cons- been here plenty of times and have yet to find this place clean even once. The chairs have grease on the backrest and the restrooms need to be checked at Least every 2 hours. They should have someone on top of those details and this restaurant would have more clients. It's in a very central place for the whole town. Mr Jack please don't let your customers go down the road to the other burger places.

This was my first visit to a Jack In the Box. The restaurant was fine. No shakes were available due to broken ice cream machine. The burger meat was kind of yucky in my opinion. I've had way better elsewhere.

Drive thru window lady was awesome. But the fried egg was browned almost blackened. The other sausage, scrambled egg was put in box but not together. Atmosphere? It's a drive thru none.

They got the order wrong and then they didn't give me my receipt so then I went to t to them what happened. They wanted the receipt to give me my stuff, even though I had barely left the window. They didn't want to give me what was missing cause I had no receipt.

Had not been to this location in years. And after ordering their new ribeye burger and getting the same kind of patty that was in my friends jumbo jack it'll be years before I return. On the plus side, they have a new drink jack splash I believe it was which was very refreshing. Hence the second star.

Visited last week. Very unpleasant dinning experience (around 8-9pm). The following day i called to speak to mgr, but phone never got answered. I drove to the location, as my dissatisfaction the prior day had been very bad. Spoke to mgr, he was great and understanding. Will update review if i go again and hopefully experience is better.

Always tell us to park in the front when we go through the drive-thru. Can be the smallest order but will still send us to parking space number 1. Not to mention how long it takes to make it. They don't have enough workers to prevent their customers from waiting.

hit n miss...depends on workers at time..1st visite several mths back was awesome, perfect cust svc, super clean everything even bathrooms..this last one, they were all a huge group of confused women it seems, bathrooms were gross and when i returned my burger for having meat in it(yeah, i asked for it without as i dont eat beef)"and please dont just remove the patty" they took it back and just removed the patty..its NOT difficult to see leftover beef pieces on green lettuce people...youd think theyd make sure to be more careful as places have been sued for said veg. diet issues but no..

I order from the breakfast menu which comes with the mini pancakes and egg with sausage and let me tell you the presentation is awful! Only like half a egg is in there with undercooked yoke! Literally looks like if they threw my eggs to the floor and put it back in the box! And I hardly mostly never do ratings but this one really got to me!

Got my order wrong yet again! Ordered the new double meat western combo, got the fish sandwich combo. Time before that ordered the western combo also and got a regular jumbo jack burger. Drive through. I guess I'm not meant to have that double meat combo.

Worst experience ever, placed my order at 1 am. Received my order at 2:20 am. My order was wrong so I came back to fix it. Didn’t get home until 3 am. Was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant/ fast food place.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered a pair of sourdough grilled chicken sandwiches. To my displeasure one of the chicken patties was burned. Completely overcooked and was day and night compared to the other sandwich. When I attempted to reach the restaurant when I was already home when I noticed, I had no luck dialing thru. I kept getting a mailbox is not setup at this number. Needless to say I will not return to this site. Your phone line should always be open and not go straight to an unset mailbox. Also retrain your cooks to help them distinguish a cooked patty versus a burned patty.

The workers forgot how to take care of the people dinning in. They take care of the drive thru like trained robots and forget your inside waiting for food. I had to get up three times to ask them for my food. Bad inside service.

Thumbs down. . . Oil really needs to be changed . Fries , fish , poppers came out dark brown and hella oily. Proper procedures need to be taken into consideration. First time that our meals werent enjoyed by any of us at all. 👎👎 Drink was on point tho' so 1 star for the drink.

HORRIBLE in nearly every way. Upon arrival, used sink to wash my hands. No paper towels. Mirror was designed for midgets only. Ordered breakfast platter. Coffee, eggs, bacon, and potatoes tasted awful. Pancakes were acceptable. Had to ask for cream since customers are not trusted sufficiently to put some out for us. Never will patronize this chain again. This was my first and last visit.

I have had bad customer service in the past but today was way beyond that. Lady taking my order could not hear me. When I raised my voice to accommodate her needs, I get asked if I was trying to be funny or rude. That it was very busy and for me to be trying to be rude. Very bad customer service i ordered on drive thru and the cashier didn't give me the receipt. My order was wrong, I had to call and to find out their phone doesn't even work, i had to go back and then the person who helped me asked to see my receipt. I then had to explain to them the cashier didnt give me the receipt, its like they do it on purpose. I go sometimes and they havent given me the receipt. I have to ask them for it. Such a shame of place.

This place has always been good. Lately they have been bad. The last three times I've been here it's been really bad. The vegetables are old and soggy. The bread is hard and old. The fires taste like they have been sitting for a long time. Everything taste old and like they need to change the cooking oil. I'm staying away from here. They lost a customer. UPDATE CALLED AND SPOKE TO THE MANAGER SHE WAS SUPER RUDE AND SAID I WAS LYING.

Service: after being ignored for 5 min up front. I noticed a front line Cook take off hat with glove, scratch his hair vigorously and put cap back on. Using the same glove to wrap burgers. Bad managment: Notified “manager”. Didn’t bat an eye. He didn’t care to seem like it was an issue.

If I can give this place 0 stars I would. I had went sometime last week and me and my mom wanted to try there new cheesy burger, so we dined in and when we go out food it was cold and wasn’t even made right. So we wanted it fresh and they messed it up again. So in total they messed up me and my moms order 4 times, and they were using the same bread just wiping the stuff off the buns. And asked the “manager” to get a refund and she told us no cause it was half eaten which it wasn’t we just took one bite and it was messed up. So I got my money back and left very disappointed, the cook was bad also. It’s not hard to ask for certain things on a burger.

They completely messed up our drive-thru order. We asked for Loaded Tiny Tacos and got regular tiny tacos, I asked for a Coke Zero and they gave me an Orange Fanta, my wife asked for an ultimate cheeseburger and got one with bacon, and her Sprite tasted like plain carbonated water.

They made me pull forward into the parking lot. I didn't mind because I figured I would get some fresh food. Complete opposite. French fries we're dry and dead. The chicken in my chicken sandwich tasted like it had been laying around for a while. It seems they were more worried about their timer than my experience. Never again.

So my Wife had gone to get some lunch all good until she gets to the window. She asked for a Ranch and the lady helping said “ok .56 cents” she said ok and paid but when she was given the bags she had checked just to be sure she got what she had ordered. Everything looked good EXCEPT for no Ranch so she asked if she could have the missing ranch. The Lady started arguing with my Wife that she had put in there. There is no reason to lie she said it’s not there and asked the lady if she wanted to check instead of giving my wife a ranch and saying ok sorry because the customer is always right the lady takes the bags and checked. My Wife asked to talk to the Manager(Plot Twist) the lady at the window was the Manager! Didn’t get her name but all that was uncalled for wouldn't recommend going to that Jack in the Box! If you really want it go off 1015 or in Donna but stay away from the one on Texas Blvd. Hope this Manger sees this and knows that it’s unfair to treat customers like this I’m sure there’s been other!

Well going late at night is the worst. Three times now bad service, like they don't want to be there. Out of most items asked for with a no don't have it or out of that. If they do have it and it is a combo your burger is hot and your fries are cold or vice versa. Never again. Will just drive a little bit more and go to Whataburger.

WHAT HAS HAPPENED TO THIS JACK IN THE BOX!!! One of my favorite things to eat at Jack in the box is the stuffed jalapeños.. so I order them a lot or should I say used to. They used to come out fresh nice brown color crunchy now they are cold, burned, soggy.. horrible!!!! And you seems like the employees don’t know what Fresh curly fries means. I got the opposite of that cold, had a horrible taste to them like old very old.. The burgers have gone downhill!!!! What is going on here!!! Management really needs to change this ASAP!! False advertising. I asked for Large Oreo Shake for the advertised $4.69 and they charged me $5.19. Manager was incompetent and said the old fashioned shakes were $4.69. Then why are they in the opposite place?! Also the new $5.49 combo has lettuce and tomato advertised, yet they charge 10 cents extra for each. The drink machines were out of several syrup, like original Coca Cola, the medium lids and straws were all missing. Messy tables with nobody to clean them. The workers are cool, but the management sucks. Fix your stuff please.

Place is filthy idk why the workers don't like to keep the place clean. Fountain drink machine has been broken and outdated for months I asked them when they would fix it and apparently they don't know. Slow service it took them 20 min to give me my order for breakfast.
