I was wanting a small burger, prefect place. I have had them before. But today the cashier taking the orders, still found time to walk around asking the people in the lobby if they needed anything . This is our first time eating at this location, we stopped on our way back from our girls volleyball game. It’s hands down the best experience I’ve had at any McDonald’s in the RGV considering we’re always getting fast food after games. Super friendly staff, QUICK service, they got everything on our order correct (it was a big order) and the place was clean! I dont come often. I was disappointed yesterday that the holiday pie is advertised on the menu but not yet in stock. I paid but then when I got to the window I was informed that they have not been stocked yet but they were required to out it on the menu. The staff was friendly and refunded the money with no problems.

Their dollar burgers are always tasting great and well seasoned. Their coffee doesn't always taste great (unless its iced) but they never disappoint my kids when it comes to happy meals! Happy kids happy momma.

Oh, and one of the fries in the medium dry was burnt. This review was made by a picky comedian, laugh, eat your Mickey D's, and move on with your day!

Service is always pretty decent, drive thru can get a bit hectic if there are more than like 5 cars. It gets difficult to find parking as well. To be fairly honest in my personal opinion, the food is either a hit or miss.

The new look of restaurant is absolutely amazing! The food is always so good burgers are good and so are the fries. Place is always clean you can get refills if you dine in. You can get salt, pepper and ketchup by yourselves. Rate this a 4/5 stars just because it's not so much seating with chairs.

I like McDonald's. I go there from time to time to get a quick bite to eat. I just wish the actual burgers matched the pictures. The burger patties look more like sausage patties. That's very disappointing. Other than that, it's a good place to go eat if you can't go home to fix yourself a good meal.

They are every rude they are always in a bad mood and they are not fast they always make you wait 10 mins for your food they have you park so their time won't run cheating they're way out if the system . But they take a long time.

All the McDonald's favorites, service is decent considering the amount of traffic this location gets. Parking space is minimal, but the drive thru when properly staffed moves the line along at a steady pace. Sidenote, when ordering at the drive thru. Make sure you have rehearsed your order in your head thoroughly. Don't make too many changes to your order either as it will only serve to confuse the employees and frustrate you when they ultimately get the order wrong. Eliminate room for error and this McDonald's will get the job done.

They forgot to put half of food on plate on 2 orders. Called and needed to go back to get my items. I had appt could not get back time I was told.

I like everything to be clean...yet I cannot act or react with indifference...Please reconsider to sweep with a small mop in between scheduled hours to maintain it clean, NOT with a WITCH broom...dust flies and specially while customers are dining in. Coach your cleanning crew to be polite. Indifference is against IMPROVEMENT. Hope and pray on my next visit this issue has a CHANGE.

I've come to this place a few times and maybe it's just my luck but the food has been mediocre or they've run out of items. Today 12-18-18 they didn't have any chicken strips. So I got charged for them. I was ok with getting something else in replacement so I got a chicken artisan sandwich. I repeated that I wanted it fresh and what happens when I get it, the lettuce and tomatoes were soggy. I guess I didn't want to go through the hassle so I just ate the chicken and fries.

This is the third consecutive time I pick up an order and it's missing something. I have called in the past to complain about this issue and they apologize and offer whatever item was missing, if I want to come by and pick it up- I DON'T. The whole point of me picking up at the window is the convenience of taking home and eating there. I do not want to go back-and-forth until my order is complete. I don't want a free meal. I want well trained employees who can fill an order and don't forget part of the order. Is there a large turn over of employees there? Please correct this issue.

Order never came out, I did not receive my food. Manager was very rude and unorganized. I am so disappointed with the service at my hometown McDonalds. It seems to be just getting worse, never a convenient moment, just stressful and mistrusted. Very sad and I want my money back for the food I NEVER received.

The times that I’ve been here through the drive through to get my order, it never fails that I always have to ask for condiments! Whether it’s ketchup, napkins, jelly, Etc. This is a fast food restaurant and automatically provide condiments. Today I ordered breakfast and I check to see if they put any ketchup or picante, not surprised that they didn’t put any. The girl at the window with glasses and a pony tail already looked like her morning was going bad. So I waited for her to open the window again and when she did I asked for condiments then she slammed the window door when she gave them to me she said “start asking for condiments” and slammed the window again. I'm not joking when I say that they take forever around 20min. All I ordered was a small coke with no ice and a large iced coffee. It's not THAT HARD TO MAKE, at least from my experience at working at the one in Donna, and to top it all they had me discussing with them that my order wasn't there and because I didn't have the receipt to proof that I payed it. The damn kiosk receipt "pay at front" receipt was RIGHT THERE ON THE LITTLE PLATFORM WHERE THE COMP SCREEN IS ON! C'mon GUUUUYS pick up the pace and stop forgetting how to work!

Finally dined in 5/8 (after everyone has been open for over a year) after their unneeded renovation & I detest the changes: --purposefully reduced seating capacity, the tables & (most) chairs are bolted to the floor so they can't be adjusted, adding to the discomfort in dining --some tables are comically small (seats 2) --removed the middle seating & left a lot of wasted space to make room for 2 self-service kiosks --removed the soda fountain & now you have to wait for an available worker & bother them to get you a new drink --speaking of drinks, this has been a problem for a while, but sodas are always under-filled by about an inch -.- --as is the problem w/other restaurants, condiments aren't available to grab & go. As w/drinks, you have to bother workers for them --my mom said the sterile decor made her feel sad lol On a brighter note, the worker who helped me out was friendly

Ghetto, Dirty, Rude, and very unprofessional! Already contacted GM about my experience but HR needs to shut this store down! Staff Goes against COVID-19 guidelines, Managers are Rude, slobs, and unprofessional with customers. Only reason it sells is cause people are cheap and it’s right off the corner of a main road.

It was 10pm lobby was full of people n the double quarter pounder wasn’t edible and got me sick throwing up all night terrible experience never again.

If I could rate no stars I would. Never add hashbrowns to orders, and when they do, they're cold. Order a Big Breakfast and its anything but big. You might as well order the breakfast from the dollar menu and you literally get more food for less.

Sad to say, McDonald's failed me today, their sign says open , 24/7, no one attended us. We were in drive thru. People were there, we waited to order...we tried getting their attention thru the intercom, nothing. We tried talking to the employees who were outside, they ignored us.. so upset, so we went to Whataburger across the street. General Manager is rude. Drive-thru is slow. They will ask you to pull forward for things like drinks and french fries. If you use coupons from the app, they will tell you the coupon reading machine is not working. Expect the food to be served cold. Overall, this location the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever visited in my entire life. They need new management.

Made two trips on two separate orders late night. Could hear crew goofing off on speaker louder than order taker. Made simple order two quarter pounders and two small fries first order and was only given one small fry...on second trip ordered two double cheese burgers only ketchup and cheese and I recovered fries from previous order... Just tried to use a coupon I received in the mail. We were rudely and impatiently greeted at the the drive through regarding a code. It was our first time using coupons at McDonald’s and were so shocked that a manager would talk to us in this manner. Why is it that a 4 piece nugget happy meal at this location is $4.79 at the drive thru window but $3.79 on the app? Why is it that a 6 piece nugget happy meal is $3.50 at the Edinburg location that is 10 miles away. This is a classic example of McDonald's taking advantage of their customers because there isn't another McDonald's within a 10 mile radius. This is ridiculous & disappointing. Gave it a 1 star only because I didn't have the option to give 0 stars.

I’m a DoorDasher And I had to drive half an hour to this McDonald’s to pick up an order. The employees had half an hour to have the order ready and nothing. I get here they didn’t even have the order ready. There’s a bunch of employees that were just goofing around and being very unprofessional. Now I have an upset customer. Thanks to these employees. Pay attention to the storage building area by the trash can while you ordering in line in the drive thru there are rats going in and out of where they store the bread for your burgers!!! I talked to the employee and told him about the rats going inside that building he said don't worry they only store bread there, the bread that they use for your burgers!!!

Dec 15 @8:25am My husband and I were here to grab breakfast and someone in the kitchen won’t stop coughing like nonstop!!! We saw 4 people in the kitchen from where we sat and there was only one person who has a mask on. I just don’t understand like everyone in there just pretend to not hear her coughing and keep working, aren’t they worried??? She shouldn’t be there and everyone in the kitchen need to wear a mask even though if they are not sick, but for the safety and cleanness!

Just had a horrible experience through the drive thru area. First the guy taking our order didn't do his job right so we had to wait while they tried fixing an order they never put in. While my wife told them in wasn't fair to wait longer for their mistake the short guy with the tight grey shirt started giving my wife attitude and seemed to be PMSn. I kept asking him to loose his attitude and he started getting more attitude and started saying he could refuse service to us so then I told my wife let's go because the short guy with the grey shirt was being very unprofessional. Nice to see how bad customer Service at McDonald's has gotten in this area

One of the staff members at this establishment was very rude and impatient and I know the fast food industry could be difficult at times but this was utterly unacceptable. The lady at the intercom was very impatient as I was ordering a simple bundle and when I asked what was inside the bundle she replied in a tone so demeaning and rude. Making it seem that it was stupid to ask what was included in the bundle and how it was prepared.

Had to repeat my order several times which wasn't too much of a big deal. But when I tried to ask the cashier a question at the pay window she closed the window, fine ok. I pull up to pick up they hand me our drinks and I try to ask the question they cut me off and just say for me to park in reserve and close the window. Waited for 25+ minutes never came. I had to go in for my order turns put they forgot my order.

Pretty incompetent night crew. I made a simple order, got to the window, mistakes were made, and ended with me just getting a coke. 20 minutes and about 8 other orders flew by before I ended up going on my way without my intended order. Ended a half decent day with an incredibly poor night.

They always take their sweet time. Second/side intercom seems to never be working or they just tend to ignore it. 3rd different time I have waited there while 4 cars pass by on the left side. Need to check my bag because they either forget to put something that's a part of my meal or get the order wrong entirely.

It's really bad service. We ordered 2 caramel frappe and an ice cream cone. They got the order wrong, at first it was fine but they made fun of the fact my mom didn't know English and the girl and the manager laughed. Didn't get her name, but she was white, brunette, skinny and brown eyes, as well as the manager. The manager was short, more on the chubbier side (no offense) and similar description.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told my order had already been given away to someone else. I never received my food, yet it was marked as completed. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or make it right, the manager refused to help and said it “wasn’t his fault” because he had just walked in. That is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I don’t care who is on shift — the business should take responsibility and fix mistakes, not pass blame. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location, which makes it even more frustrating. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of and left without their orders or their money. What got me to even write this review was how I could clearly see how grimy and dirty the back is when I went to the drive-through, not only when I paid, but also when I received my food both areas left me not wanting to eat at all !

Rude as hell. I was waiting for nearly 15 minutes for just fried doing curbside. Then when finally someone comes out I’m asking him about the status of my order and he rudely responded to me.by saying “we’re going in order of who got here” so I respond “yes I get that and I got here before that car and about 4 cars that got here after me have left” to which he responds “yes he just got a coffee” when I just got fries, and if you’re gunna use the logic about order then I should of gotten my fries 4 cars ago making me stupid as hell when he can’t even do his own damn math. I went today like at 3:50pm I order two combos one doble qarter ponder and a happy meal and a chicken deluxe. , we thought the fries were from the store . They were hot but taste likethey don't even have any taste I don't eat them , and I told the lady where I order ,what happen with the fries? They are very unflavored to tell you the truth it's when I buy frozen fries from heb from the heb brand and doit at my house. I don't know what happen today with that fries,she told me that it was weird because they were hot, I say yes they were hot but the taste was very different ☹️, I go very often. I also order the new mcflurry s'mores and a cone , and they take long to make it because I noted the lady was giving the paychecks to the employes they were like 5 coming to picking up the check at that time.

So ridiculous went to pick up breakfast today, and there was a guy at the window with glasses . He sent me to number 1, and I got my coffee, but they never brought us our breakfast .We were sitting there for a good 15 minutes, and I have no idea why they took so long when there wasn't any cars in the drive thru and when I went to go show him my receipt, he acted like it was my fault that they forgot and he's so rude.
