I had an extremely disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. I placed an order online, but when I arrived to pick it up, I was told my order had already been given away to someone else. I never received my food, yet it was marked as completed. What made the situation even worse was the response from management. Instead of trying to resolve the issue or make it right, the manager refused to help and said it “wasn’t his fault” because he had just walked in. That is completely unacceptable. As a customer, I don’t care who is on shift — the business should take responsibility and fix mistakes, not pass blame. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this location, which makes it even more frustrating. It feels like customers are being taken advantage of and left without their orders or their money. There is a serious lack of accountability and customer care here. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this location. Based on my experience, there seems to be no system in place to protect customers when something goes wrong, and no willingness from staff to make things right.

Placed a mobile order and was waiting for almost 20 min and still hadn' gotten my meal I asked and was told they are still working on it...

Always something wrong. I'll visit Weslaco or Edinburg locations from now on. It's worth it to get the order correct. The customer service is also terrible.

Got a Deluxe Mccrispy meal it taste awful. The chicken looks like it was cooked since the morning bacon didn’t even smell like bacon.

I’ve lived in elsa for 2 years and til this day this location never fails to make me not want to eat because of how dirty the restaurant is. What got me to even write this review was how I could clearly see how grimy and dirty the back is when I went to the drive-through, not only when I paid, but also when I received my food both areas left me not wanting to eat at all !

You usually know what you’ll get when you order from McDonald’s right? I was in shock when I saw my breakfast sandwich…it even smelled burned. The egg looked as if it had been smashed and thrown back in the bun. So disappointed!

I’m not a type of person to write reviews, But I feel like I should say this why is it every time I order something on the mobile app and receive my food there’s always something missing this has happened to me 4x time already and it’s getting me upset and there’s times where it’s genuinely dead but yet they still manage to forget my stuff please keep your employees in check because this is unacceptable customer service. I know for a fact you would get upset as well

Rude as hell. I was waiting for nearly 15 minutes for just fried doing curbside. Then when finally someone comes out I’m asking him about the status of my order and he rudely responded to me.by saying “we’re going in order of who got here” so I respond “yes I get that and I got here before that car and about 4 cars that got here after me have left” to which he responds “yes he just got a coffee” when I just got fries, and if you’re gunna use the logic about order then I should of gotten my fries 4 cars ago making me stupid as hell when he can’t even do his own damn math. Anyways super rude I left didn’t event get my friends definitely never going there again!

Needs more employees. Also give the current employees a raise so they can enjoy doing their job and get better at it. It is a very stressful environment and it changes employees for the worse. Maybe with a raise they are somewhat friendly to show customer appreciation.

I went today like at 3:50pm I order two combos one doble qarter ponder and a happy meal and a chicken deluxe. , we thought the fries were from the store . They were hot but taste likethey don't even have any taste I don't eat them , and I told the lady where I order ,what happen with the fries? They are very unflavored to tell you the truth it's when I buy frozen fries from heb from the heb brand and doit at my house. I don't know what happen today with that fries,she told me that it was weird because they were hot, I say yes they were hot but the taste was very different ☹️, I go very often. I also order the new mcflurry s'mores and a cone , and they take long to make it because I noted the lady was giving the paychecks to the employes they were like 5 coming to picking up the check at that time.

The review of the place is honest I can give. Every time I order I see the amazing employees work and take orders just the fact of the management and the food n drinks are barely good enough. The service makes up for everything though.

So ridiculous went to pick up breakfast today, and there was a guy at the window with glasses . He sent me to number 1, and I got my coffee, but they never brought us our breakfast .We were sitting there for a good 15 minutes, and I have no idea why they took so long when there wasn't any cars in the drive thru and when I went to go show him my receipt, he acted like it was my fault that they forgot and he's so rude. It's always the breakfast they slack on.

The food is average for McDonald's and their staff is friendly, what sucks is that they don't even let you get your own soda or ice refills! People don't forget what McDonald's use to be, affordable and SELF SERVICE DRINKS, NOT ANYMORE!!! now with their new high prices you might as well go to a sit down restaurant, you'll get way better food, quicker refills and better service. I paid almost $20 for two shrunken in size McRibs combos!! You used to get a combo and pay one dollar more for an extra sandwich! How did we go from a good deal to a rotten deal in a year's time??? Here's their latest trick, the Fish Sandwich by itself up until today's visit (022724) was $3.99 regular price so I looked at the menu inside and the raised price is now $4.19 and now the "special price" on the marquee outside says $3.99 !! So McDonalds management really thinks everyone is so stupid that they're not going to notice the price hike once again!! Really people LET'S ALL QUIT GOING TO MCDONALDS and see what happens, let's trick them now!!!

Went McDonald’s in Elsa. Bacon Quater pound and double quarter pound were both raw. Not the first time this has happened. Payed $24 for our food and it wasn’t even edible.
