Our past experience at the San Juan churches was on point! Easy ordering online, I was greeted, given an accurate wait time for one of the sides, the restaurant was clean, the food was fresh and the service was quick. The managers listen to concerns and you can tell the employees are stepping up to the plate and exceeding expectations. Exactly what this location needs. Great job guys ! We appreciate it.

Ive been to the San Juan TX Church's chicken and it's been very clean. All the workers are friendly especially the the young lady named Rose. Very friendly and makes sure the order is correct- no one ones to get home with missing jalapeños!!! 🫠 My mom loves the ❤️ the drumsticks!!! Thank you all ..keep up the great work!!!

I had a rough day and was already stressed when I realized my order from Church’s Chicken was missing my biscuits. As soon as I walked in, Rose, the manager, was incredibly kind and helpful. Despite my frustration, she was empathetic and really made me feel heard. Not only did she ensure I got fresh biscuits, but she also gave me a free tea, which is one of my favorites! Her customer service was top-notch and completely turned my day around. On top of that, the chicken was delicious—fresh and crispy as always. Thanks to Rose’s outstanding service, I’ll definitely be returning to this specific Church’s Chicken location. Highly recommend!

This is one of the locations of the famous fried chicken American chain of restaurants that enjoy a privileged spot right next to a highway. It is well-mantained, well-lighted and very clean the most of the time. The staff is well-trained, fast and gentle. Diesel power generator and free parking space for a an approximate of a dozen vehicles.

Food was great, but parking is really really uncomfortable and store is small. Overall, the attendants were really kind and as fast and organized as possible. I would recommend to ask food through drive through.

The food is good and not as expensive as other fast foods places. The service was great as I was the only client, the cashier was Ultra nice.

Food is overall mid, shouldn't be expecting greatness out of fast-food. The place was overall dirty and looked nasty to sit down to eat but food was all right. It got the job done.

Two days in a row and they did not add the sauce requested. Today again no sauce and I asked for chiquen bites and got crispy tender, which are very salty.

The food was bland without putting anything extra on it the staff where just kinds there like wasn't rude but wasn't nice

Wow!!! Super slow service and bad customer service. Very funny seeing the name tags saying excellent service. Slow service must be the companys policy.

Extremely disappointed! This was my first time trying this chain and I’ll never ever make this mistake again. First, my order was missing the extra fried chicken that I added to the 3 piece combo order. The chicken is not bad, but nothing special neither. I also ordered a side of “nachos”, which I think it might be a joke as it consists in plain tortilla chips! The Mac n cheese also tastes a little plastic. The meat in the chicken sandwich is also tasteless - but they must know that, as they use tons of mayo so that’s all you can taste. The only part of my order that wasn’t a total waste were the crispy fries. But for the price spent, I’d rather eat real food instead of junk food. Also, the parking is ridiculous, because the drive-thru line is long and if you decide to park, you might not be able to leave as the drive-thu line is blocking you...

This is one of "WORST' Church's Chicken I've ever been too! The guy with glasses in the drive thru has the worst customer service I was there last night, ordered only chicken and they only put wings in the order. While I was still there I had asked him for some ketchup and he continued to ignore me then he kept making hand gestures like saying go, but I was waiting on him and asked him again and since he saw I was not moving he said they don't give condiments! Yeah right!! Avoid the worst service ever at this Church's Chicken and go else where!!

SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! they are slow as a snail and looks like they take pride of it. Service sucks. Way below the bare minimums. Only drive thru open after a certain time (thats their new game still blaming covid) the line is ENDLESS and they take forever to take orders, forever to charge you and forever to give your order. I ordered 3 chix breasts and they looked like they were serving cornish hen i swear! So small, tiny, dry. Overcooked and cold. Definitely substandard and disgusting to say the least. Will NEVER come again. You people stop giving many stars to this place. Do not be mediocre or accept their low quality service and food.

Drive thru lady was very rude. She was rushing me to place the order then we stood on the drive thru line for over 30 min to get our food. We were given the food rudely and the lady not nice at all. It was cold by the time we got it.

If you to the drive thru you will get missing items or you will be charged for items from other cars. Be carefully it is the worse church's of all.

Bad receptionist, bad service, bad, bad, bad, everithing bad. It's the first time I ever had this terrible experience in Olive Garden. I live in United States and my family and I frequently use to go to Olive Garden in many States. But Puerto Rico is a mess from beginning to end.

Waited in long line, Gave me the wrong food, I ordered a 3 piece with fries, was given some jr. Sandwich, mashed potatoes. Careless employees.

Horrible wait times, rude staff, uncomfortable parking arrangements. Waited over 40 minutes just to order in the drive through with 4 cars in front of me, after getting my order they tell me im missing my fries and to wait in the parking lot for them, after 20 more minutes of waiting i left because they still hadn’t got me my food yet. If I could give this place 0 stars i would, terrible experience

I swear the shift manager or whatever she’s called was EXTREMELY rude and even rolled her eyes when she told me it would be 10 minute wait for macaroni and cheese 🤦‍♀️ and we told her it’s fine will wait!!! Then the phone rings and she says it very loud and clear I Do NOT Answer the phones anymore and the employee said To late I answered it already, then proceeded to repeat I don’t feel like dealing with shit today! Employees seriously stand there and judge you while you’re ordering and then proceed to talk bad about customers! Never again this place should be shut down

I don't know what happened to thus church's but it's chicken don't test like church's chicken I got ten pics two side biscuits of 5 old no test chicken look like bruised black dry cold no flavor at all going ti the one in alamo it's better never going back to this one ever again

The service was terrible the lady that was attending to us was rude and just seemed to have a terrible attitude. The man making the chicken was also rude if you don't want to work then just apply for a different job. Slamming dishes and complaining to go home when you don't close for another 2 hours is completely unprofessional. I see now why it's rated the 3 stars never coming back.

It's too bad that the people that work here don't care for the customer to be happy. You walk in and the place smells like old mop water and then they don't even pay attention to you because they're too busy talking amongest each other. You ask a simple question about food and they get mad.There's a lady who looks/ acts like a man that works there and she's by far the rudest of them all.. They're chicken taste like yesterday's chicken and they will Swear that it's fresh chicken, when the chicken is cold and hard to the touch.. We no longer eat here and never will!! This place is awful.Take your money somewhere else!!!

Guess large fries means a large mashed potatoes!! Can't follow instructions and when I pull up to order at drive thru little girl rushes me doesn't pay attention at the end got my order wrong thanks for nothing of course they offer to replace the fries but at that point they can keep the money!!! Incompetent workers then I call to speak to manager and they tell me she's too busy in the the toilet tf!! Expensive for what can't even get what one orders
