I mostly go to Tropical for their smoothies, but I’ve had the food and it’s delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and the manager is always present. He seems to be very hands on & helpful. Great place with great employees. 100% recommend.

I've visited a couple of Tropical locations. Best costumer service at both locations. Food is extremely fresh and the smoothies are amazing! As an added plus, the establishments are very clean and the ladies room was very well maintained. Overall, I'm highly impressed! To management and staff, keep up the exceptional work! IMPRESSIVE!!

The environment was weird the cashier seem like she was on the phone or using her airpods or something They got our order wrong and we had to go back before taking off It was good but weird feeling

Food was great service was not, I felt like I was being rushed to order even though there was no other people there

Good place but today I pull up at 1045 and they are closed already when they should be open till 11pm so that just a tad annoying to me.

Loved the shake...first time here but we ordered a blt quesadilla. Not expecting the cheese to fall everywhere...it was not melted at all! Disappointing

The drive thru experience involves you needing to press buttons on a gross credit card machine that the employee is physically holding onto with a stick and it's default set to give a tip. You need to press down like 3 times and then the enter button so you decline a tip while the employee is staring at you and holding the stick. This experience is no good

I got the peanut butter paradise. It was nothing but ice very disappointed.

Found metal shards in our smoothie. Purchased at 8:41:35AM 8/18/24 and found it by 9:02 AM while drinking. Came back in person and the drink was remade. We saw that the metal sponge used to clean the blenders was coming apart by the sink. The team member mentioned they would change it out. Hopefully this allows management to keep an eye on it as it could have been dangerous if ingested.

I tell him I'm here for an order and he points to where it is. I also had a coupon for sandwich, side a shake. He asked what kind of sandwich I wanted and what side. He didn't bother to ask what shake I wanted. I was telling him what kind I wanted, and he kept saying "anything else?" , before I was done talking. Me: "Peanut para...." Him: "Anything else?" Me: "Whey prote..." Him: "Anything else?" Me: "Sub splen.,.." Him: "Anything else??" A different co worker handed me the shake but Alan rudely tossed my order on the table. Didn't even say thank you or anything. Just tossed my order and walked away. And he forgot the salsa.

The employee Janeen with RED HAIR IS SO RUDE! If you don’t like working there just quit! Makes me NOT want to come back here and drive the extra time to the one on 10th st. instead! And seeing her NOT wear gloves while prepping food disgusted me 🤢

my açaí bowl was actual soup 👎 are they kept outside in the blazing texas heat? that’s the only explanation i can fathom. no creamy consistency to be found, it was thinner than a smoothie. think water. worst açaí bowl i’ve ever had to be honest.

The worker took 30+ minutes to do a single wrap, then after she was ‘done’ she noticed that she didn’t include the bacon I had ordered the wrap with. But no worries she wanted to make a new one, as if I had another 30 mins to wait for the wrap during my lunch hour. The manager just did nothing, since he was busy talking to his other employees. The time that I was there I noticed that there were a few moscas roaming the food area. Definitely not eating that wrap 🤢

The first time I went the avocado grill was awesome… every time after they taste different. I had stopped going for a minute and decided this morning to try it again.. total fail. The sandwich was super salty and I like salt on my food but I could not even continue eating after the third bite. On top of that it was not cut in half and the bread was not toasted either. Workers need to take some pride in their work and realize its not the end of the world bc they have to work.
