The girl making my bowl wants to get frustrated because I asked for double of the proteins and then fat shame my order at the register. “ Did you get the order noooo it’s double proteins it’s allot”! Sorry some of us like to eat! Then the cashier likes to stick her dirty fingers in my cups and then catch an attitude when I kindly requested new cups! After paying decides to give but holds back my receipt! WOW would’ve hired better associates, arrived in a great mood until THAT!

Don’t recommend coming here. First time I came here an employee took my order her name was (Dayanara ) I went 2 hours before there closing time and they didn’t have anything prepped . They didn’t have steak , lettuce , nor chips or at least that’s what the employee told me.. yet the customer after me ordered a side of chips and they got some for him from the back. Today I went again and with the same problem of them not having steak… I also work in the food industry so I know you have to have some prepped and ready , if you see your running low on something start prepping more especially if that protein is most sold. I know sometimes it happens that you get a rush and don’t have enough, but it’s routine that they never have anything prepped. Never coming here again !!

Highly dissatisfied with service! The girl behind the counter had the worst attitude and acted like every one of our request was a burden and even closing the bowl while I was in the process of asking for guacamole. They did not have any lettuce and we were advised the chips were only for online orders, even if we paid for them. Management really needs to look into improving the customer experience at this location.

Half way building my bowl and wasn't told before hand that they basically had nothing left i ended up paying 10 bucks for a bowl with rice beans and chicken. The place was so dirty and the serving area was disgusting. Food all over the place tables not cleaned. We ended just having to take it to go. Normally they have one item missing but to not have veggies, queso, mild salsa, corn or sour cream is crazy at that point close the store and say there's nothing left. This location needs to be checked it used to be so clean and taken care of but now it's so dirty.

I understand they close at 11, but having absolutely nothing available an hour before you close is unacceptable AND having the building station be filthy is horrible. The manager sucks here and they need to plan and account for people that are still coming to the restaurant and not be packing things up an hour before you close. No protein apart from chicken, no salad, and very old and unfresh looking ingredients...And there was still people coming in behind me. If I'm paying $15 a bowl, I expect better quality control. No paper towels, no hot sauces, no aguas frescas, no napkins?? Are all of the employees in there just killing time to make customers leave? At least the girl serving plates gave generous portions. Where is the management???

Super good food but the crappies customer service. We walk in at 9:15. The rude gentleman cleaning the line told us there’s no more food and there’s not gonna be no more food till tomorrow that we needed to leave. Definitely don’t recommend this trash spot.

I love coming here, but this time I did a pick up order and it’s was filled almost entirely with rice. Very disappointing especially because we paid extra for more protein. 😔

I give this location 1 star. You deserve it. Dirty, food all over the floor and tables. There were no clean tables. There was no where to sit. Thats the best part. The amount of cross contamination is a careless disregard for people that suffer severe food allergies. I saw cheese all over, sour cream everywhere. Do you know what happens when an allergen is put into a food item where it doesn’t belong, like a piece of cheese dropping onto a salad accidentally, it’s never okay to just remove the item. Keeping an area clean without cross contamination is a basic requirement. My daughter had an allergic reaction to her steak rice bowl. She only had steak and rice. After a dose of benadryl she was okay. The girl that was fixing the contaminated food was mad she was making it and tossing our plates all over. If making food have you that annoyed. Go clean the dining area. Be mad about the rice all over the floor and the fingerprints all over the window. Really disappointed. I wont be going back to this location. I will be reporting you to the health department. I will let them know the only thing you're serving is attitudes, cross contamination, a dirty dining area and allergens in food where there should be none. I will also be filing a complaint with FARE (Food Allergy Research& Education) Food allergies isn't a diet its a disease.

Disappointing experience — not the first time I placed a mobile order before noon today through the Chipotle app, but got a call saying my order was being delivered to Top Golf instead of my correct address. I decided to try again around noon through DoorDash, but the food quality was really disappointing. The carne asada in my burrito bowl was dry and stiff, making it hard to eat, and the chips with queso were greasy and overcooked — they tasted like burnt oil. Unfortunately, this isn’t my first bad experience at this location. A few months ago, when we dined in, the customer service was also terrible. I had hoped things had improved, but clearly not. I’ll be ordering from the McAllen location from now on since they consistently provide better food and service.

Placed an online order. I waited 15mins longer than the time it was supposed to be ready. The staff are definitely not eager to work or even look happy to provide customer food service. They have their gloves on and touch their faces then touch the food and utensils. The soft tortillas were all hard when we ate them. Surely they were old.... Very disappointed. You can tell the manager doesn't care about this restaurant. Def not going back to this one.

Food is ok but restaurant is filthy!! They had at least five staff members that I saw and at least one of them could’ve cleaned up tables. Every table was filthy with food on it. The floor had trash and Remnants of food everywhere. Our food was given to us on a tray that clearly was dirty. Definitely makes me question the cleanliness of the kitchen. It seems like this location is getting worse and worse about cleaning. It doesn’t take that much effort to wipe down the tables and sweep up the floor. Definitely will not be coming back. I’m surprised the health department hasn’t stepped in yet.

Love Chipotle but this location, is getting worst,, dirty, trash over filled.. No ice, no bowls lids, no sour cream..back serving area filty..dirty. Never coming back to this location, all this comes down to the management team.
