Absolutely no charisma, personality, or drive with the two ladies at the register. But that's for a different day. Ordered a family bundle with double side of large fries, which were by far the worse French fries I've ever had in my life. I was wondering why they took forever to get my order, as the bucket of chicken had been ready and sitting by itself for 15 minutes...I don't like to be combative or rush the employees at ANY restaurant establishment for obvious reasons. (HAVE YALL EVER SEEN THE MOVIE, "WAITING") LOL. Anyway, the fries tasted like they had been tossed in the fryer while frozen. Absolutely disgusting. Do better Popeyes, like I know you can. Thank you, E Tijerina.

I love Popeye’s chicken but this has been my 3rd time that I’m always missing something from my order. It’s very frustrating to have to go back after your home from a long day and not have your complete order in the bag. Staff are friendly but I think they need to make sure the order is complete before giving it to the customer.

Ordered chicken tenders and got something what looked like nuggets but the dont sell nuggets. The chicken too, super small for 3 pieces $5. I dont remember it being this way.

I ordered 2 chicken strips combos and 4 extra biscuits. I was charged almost $32 and when i get home i have no biscuits. Restuarant was empty inside and it was only me and another Van behind me and i was asked to pull up and wait for My order and still like that they could not get the order correct. I spoke to the Manager i think her name was Amanda and told her what poor service they have. I dont like that restuarant but my grandson and my son wanted chicken strips and i remembered the biscuits used to be so good, they were as hard as a rock. Never again. No wonder the store is always empty.

Na man i been to other Popeyes and this isn't it The chicken tasted like the chicken u get from stripes at 3pm the drink my dude put 90% ice 10% coke. I pass thru this part of cage often and I'm convinced this is a money laundry place because I never see it busy I guess I know why now

This is what a LARGE combo sandwich!!! They give me THIS MUCH fries for the LARGE combo! I don’t know whether it is the employees’ mistakes or the franchise’s portion! But this will be the reason for me to stop coming to this location. True Food Reviewer! If you have doubt about my review, you can check my profile! For this particular Popeyes store, please check your employees training again or give what the customers ORDERED!!!!
