The chicken is great quality white meat vs the other places at the mall. Definitely beats panda express prices for a plate and drink.

Amazing customer service by Roberto and Juan. They attended to my order fast and created a very welcoming experience.

The cashier Juan almost always helps me when I come by, I pay and wait less than 5 minutes every time I order. It’s a good spot and the food is always delicious.

Very friendly staff have seen them several times love the energy that they give amazing food all in all 10 out of 10

Props to the positive Hispanic guy his energy reel me to try Sweet N Sour Chicken & Shrimp w/ lo mein. For once I stopped eating to their competition (stir fry) to try Kumori Express & the employees made it a great experience.

Good food here.. the menu needs to be revamped. Ordered shrimp "bowl" but it waa covered in teriyaki sauce.. i had no clue i was ordering chicken teriyaki. Reason i put quotes on bowl is cause nowhere on the menu does it say this is the bowl ect.. that is all. Also ordered the firecracker jalapeno was good but not the same as a normal kumori.

I usually go as a last ditch effort for Asian cuisine, was craving the firecracker appetizer and onigiri, everything was good but the only thing I was craving, the firecracker tasted SO SOUR. I’ve had it multiple times and it had never tasted like that. the man who took my order was very helpful but when it came to speak to the manager he basically said I’d have to pay again and he wouldn’t replace anything even though I spent close to $30 because it didn’t show VISIBLE signs of spoilage, as if it SHOWS if it was the taste that was bad. Overall the last time I dine in here, try stir fry for better deals and only get the sushi here nothing else is worth it and expect not to be compensated in any way if the food isn’t to your expectations they really don’t care

Overall the restaurant was okay. It is not like the traditional Kumori experience, possibly not even the same food grade. The food was mediocre at best. I’d gotten a good variety of food including the fuzu shrimp with white rice, the sunomono salad and a spicy tuna onigiri. The shrimp was DRENCHED in sauce that was overly sweet. The sunomono salad just tasted like plain sliced cucumbers instead of having that distinguishable sweetness from traditional rice vinegar and sugar combinations. The onigiri was tasted okay but the rice was somewhat dry. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t come back here or recommend it to others. Save your money or go to the actual kumori restaurant instead.

This place left a sour taste in my mouth. Literally. I was trying to get a one item plate. The man was insistent on getting 2 proteins. I ended up paying more because of it. The breading on the chicken was falling off and it was fairly bitter for being orange chicken. The noodles were white as if no seasoning was on them. The green onions were as big as baby carrots so when you ate them they left a bitter taste. Overall the food was under seasoned. Probably won’t order from them again.

When I was waiting to order the two team members we’re talking to a man who wasn’t a customer while I was ignored for about 3-5 minutes. While the food was okay I noticed there was only two team members that I could see for the service I received there should have been more people on shift. This led to a mistake in food safety as a staple landed on my food thankfully I did not consume it. I was genuinely surprised since the box with general Tori and rice is my go-to safe to say I will never eat here again. I suggest having more people on shift to make sure customers have an excellent experience. I also suggest reviewing food safety practices as well as hygiene because if I got a staple imagine what else could your food be contaminated with.

Ordered through drive through on Feb 25th, waited like 30 mins, and still very disappointed. I paid $21 for a combo roll with 1 side. I thought at that price the sushi would be a generous size and a full 12 pieces. Well I got about 8 pieces small as hell and the side of lo mein tasted bland. Kurai sushi buffet is not only cheaper but they actually give you a better portion and aa far as quality I saw zero difference than kurai. Will never be coming back again and will continously tell everyone I know to never go back again.
