There's something special about this Chick-fil-A... the flow by staff seems to be amazing and even though the lines are long, they move quickly. Staff is well trained and friendly / courteous and helpful. Food as always been spot-on... hundreds of orders from me and they're always correct!
Very nice restaurant, but only serves chicken!? Don't know if this business model will work out, please add beef! Also, they say "My pleasures" all the time, I don't know if it's a motto or something they program them with. Very good, similar to Church's 🐔 🐥. Shannon, Very good worker, the best

Chick fil A is always a welcoming place to go to and enjoy a decent meal with family. Rewards points are amazing and food tastes great. Fast service every time and accurate delivery. I love that they hire young people and give them a chance to gain experience. Love that they are closed Sundays and practice their core values.
This location is by far one of my favorite places to visit when I'm looking for some good food on the move. Definitely a go to. It's convenient. The food is always great. The prices are fair. I have never had any issues of any kind with the food. I pretty much keep to the sandwiches, but I have not been disappointed when trying other menu items. The staff is always friendly. And even though there are longer lines at times, the wait is tolerable. Will definitely keep returning.
First time here at this location, yesterday evening. Even though the line looks insane, I waited maybe less than 5 minutes for my order. All staff very friendly, especially the young gentleman that was handing out the sauces yesterday evening. I appreciate how he recommended his favorite sauce, try something new! That was awesome and very respectful! Thank you Chick-fil-A for being awesome!
I purchased the spicy honey pepper pimento chicken sandwich to go with a frosted lemonade. It was the first time I tried it. It was so delicious. Now I can't stop thinking about it.
Chick-fil-A has a reputation for excellent service and I can't say that this place is any different. Employees are nice and great at their job. They rarely get my order wrong. Only down side is that the line gets too long but the place is not to blame. Their food is just good! Overall pretty good.
This location has a Lady Employee by the name of Ms. Sylvia that works in Dinner. This Lady has Great Customer Service, she is constantly cleaning around the Restaurant and also does rounds to tables and let's customers know if they need anything. This Lady is a Perfect example of having a Great Employee and Taking care of the Business !!! Keep up the Great work Ma'am !!! I Highly Recommend this location.

Everything was excellent, as I always expect from Chick Fil-A. Delicious food, served hot, fresh, and fast. The service, as always, was exceptional. There was plenty of parking, even at noon. There are some spaces reserved for online pick up orders, but still, plenty of spaces. The ambience was positive, all was clean, and I enjoyed my visit.

Rather slow at 7PM, and the staff are really helpful. The restroom was clean, but the paper towel dispenser seemed to be faulty. It is touchless, but required to be tapped at the bottom in order to dispense paper towels. Please fix that.Aside from that, the hand sanitizer is located next to the door, which pushes outward. As a result, clean hands remain clean. Another issue with restroom was the baby changing station being inside one of the only two women stalls. Perhaps it allows more privacy, but it delays diaper changing whenever the restroom is full. The debit/credit card security chip scanners are not yet available, however.
I had the pleasure of being attended to by Vanessa at Chick-fil-A today on Black Friday, and I must say, she truly stood out. Whether she's a team leader or just an exceptional employee, her service was top-notch. Despite the hustle and bustle of Black Friday, Vanessa maintained a level of energy, enthusiasm, and professionalism that made the experience truly enjoyable. She greeted every customer with genuine excitement and handled everything quickly and efficiently. What impressed me even more was her respectful demeanor and positive attitude, which set the tone for the entire visit. It’s not every day you see such great customer service, especially on such a busy day. Additionally, another employee handed us balloons, adding to the fun and festive Black Friday spirit. Vanessa and her team made sure to acknowledge us, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touch. I will definitely return based on this fantastic experience!

This place has the absolute best employees and customer service. Excellent operations; there can get to be a long buildup in the drive-thru but they counteract it by placing multiple workers outside taking your orders and payments, this moves the line along very quickly. The food is also amazing, I recommend the number 1 with American cheese added. Delicious. *I recently started getting their chicken breakfast bowl (with jalapeño sauce), which is pictured below.

Very polite workers. Food was hot and fresh. Biggest parking lot for a fast food joint. Very busy and efficient workers. Their method on how to satisfy people fast was amazing to see. People were in and out in no time because there was no supply in employees to take orders inside and outside drive through. Great experience! More places need to implement their strategy.
I have a love hate relationship with chick fil a. On one side they make really good chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately the same company that preaches god, donates to anti lgbtq charities. I was raised god loves all. Great sandwiches but I feel like I’m selling out my morality by eating here. Not in hell yet but still grappling with this companies ideas. Eat at own risk. Staff and managers that work at chick fil are all badasses. I have never had a bad experience at one.
Food is good and staff are nice, but they can be so busy sometimes that they forget to bag all the items in the order or they bag the wrong items. In one occasion I ordered a chicken noodle soup and got a Macaroni 😕. And another time I didn't get the ice cream cups. I'm like NNNNNNNOOOOOO NOT THE ICE CREAM 😭. That's the best part, the dessert.
The people are nice, and the orders are always correct. They just lack that famous Chick Fil A speed and efficiency in the drive thru.

The food, as always, was excellent—hot, fresh, and consistent with the high quality Chick-fil-A is known for. However, the service and cleanliness standards at this location were notably below expectations for any Chick-fil-A I've been to.
I usually love Chick-fil-A but in two separate occasions they have forgotten my fries. Today I made sure they didn't forget but they forgot to put ketchup in my bag. 😒
The food is good dont get me wrong. But the fact that you ask them for extra sauce and font give you what you ask form and then they also forget to put straws for the drinks is in convenient. The lady that was handing out the food wanted me to go park at the front of the restaurant and wait for my food in that case then i would of gotten of my car and order inside. The wait time for my food was way more than normal.

Ordered 2 salads, 2 soups, 2 teas, 1 brownie and I cookie and total price for these items was 48.00! Extremely pricey! I wouldn't have minded if the food was as tasty as it used to be, but it isn't anymore. The soup was extremely salty, and the chicken on the salad was also salty. Why change a good thing when it works? I'm very disappointed in the quality of the food and service. Also, they kept us waiting at the drive thru for about 15 minutes, while all the cars behind us were getting their orders. No apologies for the wait time.
We don’t visit this location very much, but the Chick-fil-A franchise is usually on point. Although it was a bit disappointing that I had the pick up my window order, then return, walk inside and ask for the sauce I originally asked for.

I haven't been here in a while. They removed the indoor playground which is one of the main reasons I came here. The lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich were soggy and seemed old. I guess it wasn't terrible for fast food, but it's as expensive as a nicer restaurant would have been. The service was off today too, which was surprising. They even forgot part of my order. I will avoid this place next time.
Chicken patties at this location are lame, even though they kind of look the same at first sight, it is definitely not the same amount of chicken you get compared to other nearby Chick-fil-A locations, patties here are thinner so I had to eat two sandwiches in order to be satisfied. I'll try to avoid this location when craving for a nice and fat chicken sandwich. Aside from that is the same nice atmosphere you experience at all other Chick-fil-As.

5 time something like this has happened. I have never had any issues with any other chick-fil-a aside from this one. Every single time I haven’t done a curb side order something is always messed up. I’ve orders Oreo shakes and I get a chocolate. I’ve order a Cobb salad and get a vinaigrette. I’ve ordered parfait with granola and then I get the complete opposite. One time I mentioned this when I had called and one of the managers in duty gave me the entire order for free which I did appreciate it. However it’s a waist of my time and had to have to drive all the way back over there to get a corrected order that should have been correct in the first place while it was being prepared. It is very annoying on a customers end I know mistakes happen we’re human. I just think you all need to start double checking ordered before they leave the building and are handed to your customers.
Terrible experience today i love chick-fil-A but this was terrible service. We waited forever for our food while cars behind kept getting their food quick. It took 6 cars behind me to go before I got my food and the workers didn’t have any manners. They didn’t even say sorry we taking long they didn’t use MY PLEASURE. I got 2 complains. I always get 1 super small jalapeño when it's says "jalapeños" on the mobile ordering app, and even on the menu. And For 55 cents is diabolical. Anyways i usually eat that up regardless ,but today they forgot the tiny jalapeño and couldn't even enjoy the first half of my sandwich. Hope Ya'll can fix that.

This location further and further continues to disappoint me but it’s unfortunate that it’s the closest one. From wrong items to raw chicken and missing DoorDash items. I advised staff that I ordered through DoorDash, I do not want to pick up a missing item on another date 💀💀
Went buy to get a large order of fries and a drink. Just opened up my order and realized they served me atleast 5 whole fries only and 2 sauces on top to cover there mistake. The person bagging is supposed to double check as well.
I ordered through the app for pick up at the store. The ticket shows everything I ordered. The hash browns were not included. I should have checked before leaving, but I was in a hurry. I found my hash browns were missing when I got home. Why can't these places get the order right?
Don't you hate it when they tell you to pull forward after ordering 2 grilled chickens (not exaggerating), 4 cars go on their way with their orders. We get home with none of the 4 Buffalo sauces. Chicken sandwiches are all over the place. Box wet from the tomatoes being outside of the sandwiches.
Very disappointed. I waited over 20 minutes for my dine in food. I proceeded to go to the front to either ask for my food or for a manager to get a refund. The response I got from Sheila was “well there’s a lot of orders and all the managers are busy”. I asked the cashier that was in the front that I needed a manager and she responded with “I’m sorry they’re busy and I just work here”. 2 other customers got up after me and went to the front to ask for a refund because their food was also taking long. That’s when the manager appeared and gave me a refund. I am extremely disappointed with this location. Very poor customer service.
I made a purchase of $20 through the drive thru, and I live 20+ mins away. When I got home I noticed that the fries are extra salty and the drink is horrribleee. I called to get new items delivered to my home, as the mistake was THEIRS. But all they could do is give me a reward of a drink and some fries that expire in 2 days. When I don’t eat out every day, just once a month, but that was the best they could do. Terrible service.
Chicken strips are the size of chicken nuggets. Employees are terrified of MGMT. I decided to let it go, rather than get them in whatever horrible trouble they anticipated upon forwarding my complaint to the manager. Wondering if the chicken strips are actually just shrinkflated to oblivion, but not really willing to spend $10 to find out again.
If you can, avoid this Chick-fil-A location. They will get your order wrong. Due to dietary restrictions, I would come here to order their salads. One visit, they gave me a completely different salad. I had ordered the Grilled Market Salad and they gave me a salad (I believe it was the Cobb salad) that had breaded chicken, which being Gluten intolerant I can’t have breaded chicken. I had requested my salad with grilled chicken. When I went for another visit, I had ordered the Grilled Market Salad (again) and they gave me a salad with rotten and brown lettuce and they forgot to add the blueberries and include the packet of almonds and granola that comes with their salad. I had to throw the whole salad away, so that was $10 down the drain. Always make sure to double check your order to verify it’s correct BEFORE leaving their location. It’ll save your blood pressure from going up. The staff is always super rude too, and it seems like they don’t want to be there. Do better, Chick-fil-A.
Disappointed with the Service I usually love Chick-fil-A, but lately, my experience has been really disappointing. Every time I order, my food is either cold or something is missing from my order. It’s frustrating to pay for a meal and not get what I asked for. I expect better quality and attention to detail, especially from a place known for great customer service. Hoping they improve because I’d love to keep coming back, but it’s been too many mistakes in a row.
They have no clue on what they’re doing. They mess up my order almost every single time. No accountability. And they don’t offer you anything if they completely over charge you, get your order wrong etc.
This location sucks so damn bad, the customer service is trash! The wait time is freaking ridiculous. Not one car moved for over 10 mins and I hadn’t even placed my order yet. I get to the speaker and the girl is laughing, giggling and had to repeat myself more than twice. I get to the handoff area and all I see is jokes, employees poking each other mean while I get my food my fries are all over the bag my burger is upside down. Who the hell is running this place. The guy at the hand off area has a face of a dog just not wanting to be there. Literally what the hell is going on. This location is horrible. I was better off going to CANES!!!!

Over the past nine months, multiple instances across all RVG locations have demonstrated a persistent failure to adequately cook hash browns to achieve a desirable crispy texture. Despite prior requests for proper preparation, the establishment has repeatedly served soggy, undercooked hash browns, indicating a consistent disregard for quality standards and customer specifications.
I thought it would be faster ordering curbside. It took them 18 minutes to bring me a large lemonade. 18 minutes! I tried calling them but their phone was busy. When I finally got my drink I asked why there phone was off the hook. She told me it was because it just keeps ringing and ringing. I know no one wants to work these days. But I was more upset because on the app it told me my drink would be right out. After that it took 16 minutes for them to deliver my drink. And then I tried calling and their phone is off the hook. Really Chick-fil-A? I'm not sure if I'll ever go to THIS Chick-fil-A ever again.
Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a #3 (nuggets, fries, Coke) and somehow ended up with a random burger instead. How do you mess up something that basic? It’s like they removed the nuggets on purpose and said, “Here, suffer.”
I usually LOVE Chik Fil A.. but they dropped the ball this time.. I order a chicken biscuit with EXTRA butter.. leave the drive thru, open my sandwich and there’s no CHICKEN in it.. go back tell them in the drive thru that it’s missing.. they remake it.. THIS time it’s dry, as in very LITTLE butter.. they forgot the extra butter this time… I didn’t think it was that hard to do a chicken biscuit with extra butter.. but I guess it was..🤷🏻♀️😏 .. hopefully better luck next time..
They forgot a whole meal on the order, i call im told to go back and pick it up,once there WORST manager ever say he cant honor my "FREE MEAL" beacuase i dont have the name of the person I talk to, i tell him he better ask around who picked up the phone and its not a free meal because its been paid for and 15 min later i get my order still says he is the only nice manager and that no other manager would give me the order told him his policy makes no sense if they need a name, they should make it a point to give out the name when we call he said if i dont like the policies i can call corporate.. so just here to let DEMI know that i did ant that is not a policy this store needs to get this guy customer service training or get rid of him im sure he has this attitude towards a lot of ppl
You guys put all your staff on the vehicle pick up line, and customer have a long wait that want to dine in. Staff just walks pass not acknowledging the customers waiting. You need to rethink your work flow. It's 6 mins now and still waiting???

Ordered a sunjoy half unsweetened half lemonade. They gave me a sunjoy plus a full lemonade and full tea. Ordered a 10 piece nugget meal. They gave me 10 chicken strips. Ordered a chicken wrap with a salad and they forgot the dressings for both items. I was overcharged because my order was incorrect and didn’t enjoy my meal because of the lack of dressings.
One of the worst Chick-fil-A locations that I have ever ordered from. I’ve been to many Chick-fil-A locations and this one by far has some of the worst customer service I have ever seen. It’s the nearest Chick-fil-A to me, but I prefer to drive to a further location that offers quality food and service. It never fails, that whenever I order from this location, issues arise. Whether it be poor food quality, or missing food items, these mistakes will put a damper on your meal experience every time. The workers here lack urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail. If you are near this location, drive the extra minutes to a different location to preserve your money on a better Chick-fil-A experience.
i used to think of chick-fil-a as a place i could rest assured to provide quality food and service every time, but, not this location. the service is so poor compared to even 6mos ago. the quality of the food is not fresh and most times you have to triple inspect your food to make sure your order is correct. the manager on night duty last night packed my order and you would have thought the newest staff member packed it. the lack of efficiency vs quality is appalling. i could go on and on but i really hope this gets resolved, so i don’t have to.
I usually always come to this cfa but for some reason their customer service and cleanliness has been declining. I ordered a cookie and when I started to eat the cookie it started falling apart in my hands. I looked inside and it was still raw, I’m never one to complain but I informed the team member of the issue. He just looked at me and said well does it not taste good? Me confused I answered I mean it’s raw why would I want to eat a raw cookie. He went to inform the team leader in the drive thru, she did not come to assist me but sent the team member back just letting me know that since they are very busy that there was a wait on cookies and those had just come out. I was not offered a new edible cookie or refund. I just threw the cookie away and as I was leaving the team leader had the audacity to shout to the team member at the cashier, “I can give her a cold cookie if that’s what she wants”. Like the level of unprofessional is insane. Cfa has standards and the fact they aren’t fulfilling those needs to their customers is ridiculous. Instead they are just laughing behind the counter, only focusing on drive thru and not providing quality food for which we pay for. Also there seemed to be no dining staff attending to clean the restaurant. Went to the restroom and both toilets clogged and dirty with paper all over the floor and trash cans over flowing of paper. Just overall bad experience.
There is a standard Chick Fil A sets for service and food. This location hits way below the standard in regard to service. I was stuck in their line for 20min. Two lanes and the lane I was on was entirely too slow. I had 7 or so cars pass me up in line on the faster lane. The employee was very bad at his job. He either needs to be fired for being so apathetic or trained to get vehicles through quicker. He even got my order wrong and put medium fries when I ordered a large meal. Then when they handed me my order, I didn’t have the sauces I ordered. It’s one thing to wait 20minutes but then to even get the order wrong is laughable. It wasn’t even lunch or dinner time. Avoiding this location whenever I visit the valley.
To whom it may concern today I went to the chck fill a location at 2023 I-2 pharr, tx. Which I went to take my children for the play ground, to my surprise I saw that they are using the area for their own personal used, as a fitting room. I told the manager and he was really rude telling me that if I didn’t like it I could go to any other location. As a franchise I think is outrageous that they are not using the installations as they are supposed to
