Hello came from Akron Ohio had to stop by my local popeyes meet these three amazing employees names where dider, arturo, and bryan. Brayan was shy to be on camera but those guys need a raise moving back and forth in the kitchen for only three employees being on the clock taking orders left and right they need to get promoted and given a raise good job boys😊

Most of the time people reach out to complain but not this time…The service was on point by the two young Gents whom helped me out. They were very friendly and courteous. The chicken was tasty and hot even after driving to McAllen! Thank You for a Great Meal! I will drive back again and Again….
Joe is a great manager! This place is clean with awesome customer service and food :) The baby high chairs were clean (which is not common lol) but the only thing they were missing is a baby changing station in the restroom
Out of all the places on this road to get a quick bite, Popeyes has by far been the best. Whenever I go in, I order from the app and it's out in a timely manner and I'm good. People are friendly, and the food is quite filling. Definitely recommend.
Their spicy chicken tenders are always fresh! Definitely recommend with buffalo and ranch

This Popeyes is always very slow and never can get a chicken sandwich order right. Everytime I ask for a spicy one I get regular. And the chicken tastes like it wasn't made to order. I would not choose this Popeyes over any other in the area... It's unfortunate because it's the closest to me.
Food is great as always, but when I order the strawberry biscuits and receive an ordinary biscuit just glazed over it. No strawberry in it, on it, none in sight. Y’all just be ripping ppl off. It’s one thing to be understaff and another just being lazy thinking we wouldn’t notice. This is the 2nd time it happened through the drive thru. Now I gotta leave a mediocre review.
Absolutely no charisma, personality, or drive with the two ladies at the register. But that's for a different day. Ordered a family bundle with double side of large fries, which were by far the worse French fries I've ever had in my life. I was wondering why they took forever to get my order, as the bucket of chicken had been ready and sitting by itself for 15 minutes...I don't like to be combative or rush the employees at ANY restaurant establishment for obvious reasons. (HAVE YALL EVER SEEN THE MOVIE, "WAITING") LOL. Anyway, the fries tasted like they had been tossed in the fryer while frozen. Absolutely disgusting. Do better Popeyes, like I know you can. I love Popeye’s chicken but this has been my 3rd time that I’m always missing something from my order. It’s very frustrating to have to go back after your home from a long day and not have your complete order in the bag. Staff are friendly but I think they need to make sure the order is complete before giving it to the customer.
Friendly staff and very clean place. Not much of a chicken person but it is good and way less greasy than churchs

Ordered chicken tenders and got something what looked like nuggets but the dont sell nuggets. The chicken too, super small for 3 pieces $5. I dont remember it being this way.
Place an order for turkey, and they told me they ran out!. Terrible customer service.
Placed an online order and waited 20plus minutes for tenders and mash ! Deeply disappointed …
I ordered 2 chicken strips combos and 4 extra biscuits. I was charged almost $32 and when i get home i have no biscuits. Restuarant was empty inside and it was only me and another Van behind me and i was asked to pull up and wait for My order and still like that they could not get the order correct. I spoke to the Manager i think her name was Amanda and told her what poor service they have. I dont like that restuarant but my grandson and my son wanted chicken strips and i remembered the biscuits used to be so good, they were as hard as a rock. Never again. No wonder the store is always empty.
Na man i been to other Popeyes and this isn't it The chicken tasted like the chicken u get from stripes at 3pm the drink my dude put 90% ice 10% coke. I pass thru this part of cage often and I'm convinced this is a money laundry place because I never see it busy I guess I know why now

This is what a LARGE combo sandwich!!! They give me THIS MUCH fries for the LARGE combo! I don’t know whether it is the employees’ mistakes or the franchise’s portion! But this will be the reason for me to stop coming to this location. True Food Reviewer! If you have doubt about my review, you can check my profile! For this particular Popeyes store, please check your employees training again or give what the customers ORDERED!!!!
