Had an awesome time at Denny’s! The food came out hot, tasty, and just what we were craving—classic comfort food done right. Big shoutout to our server Harley who seriously made the experience. Super friendly, quick with refills, and just had a great attitude the whole time. You can tell Harley really cares about making sure guests are taken care of. All around, good food + great service = we’ll definitely be back!

I had an amazing experience at Denny’s in San Juan, TX thanks to our incredible waitress, Valerie V. From the moment we arrived, Valerie V greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel right at home. Valerie V was attentive, friendly, and really knew the menu, helping us make great choices. Every drink and dish arrived quickly, all thanks to Valerie V’s excellent service. Valerie V checked in with us throughout the meal to make sure everything was perfect, and it really showed how much she cares about her customers. I’ve been to many Denny’s locations, but Valerie V’s professionalism and kindness make this one stand out. Valerie V went above and beyond to make our visit memorable. If you’re looking for a great meal with top-notch service, ask for Valerie V. Seriously, Valerie V made the whole experience enjoyable, and I can’t wait to come back just to be served by her again. I had a great experience at Denny’s thanks to our amazing waiter, Bobby! He was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made us feel welcome from the moment we sat down. He checked in on us just the right amount, made sure our food came out just how we wanted it, and kept our drinks full without us having to ask. It’s not every day you get such genuinely great service. Bobby clearly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. Harley went above and beyond during my visit. The food was great, but her service is what made the whole experience unforgettable. She was attentive, friendly, and made me feel genuinely cared for as a guest. Employees like Harley are rare, and she truly deserves recognition for the way she treats customers. I’ll definitely be coming back because of her, and I honestly believe she deserves a raise for the outstanding service she provides!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Food was great, just a smidge too much butter on my sandwich since I’m watching what I eat but it was amazing, and the service was excellent—highly recommend! Bobby was our server and he went above and beyond, offering extras on my meal that I didn’t even think of, which made it even better. He checked on us the perfect amount of times and was very kind and attentive. I had the Classic Moons Over My Hammy with Denny’s regular coffee, and my husband had the Lumberjack Slam with buttermilk pancakes—we weren’t disappointed! A wonderful experience all around.

My mom and I came to eat last night and our server Harley made our experience one of the best we’ve had. Harley was incredibly attentive from the moment I sat down. What stood out most was Harley’s friendly and upbeat attitude. The restaurant was fairly busy but she was very professional and kept a big smile on her face. The level of care and attention to detail she provided for us made a big difference we will be returning and asking for her .

I'm honestly not sure how this place is still open. Every time I go I'm reminded of why I had stopped going: long wait, poorly cooked food. The servers we've had do their best, but they can only mask so much. Tonight, after having the absolute most watered down Arnold Palmer I've ever had and waiting almost an hour for food, my wife and I were served by our waiter who apologized for the delay and said, "the cook was not here. The manager was cooking." I honestly feels corporate needs to look into this place; I've never been to any Denny's anywhere that is anywhere near this bad this consistently.

Went there with a group of 6, ordered. Meals came out quickly, except for one, however orders were not quite correct. Had to asked several times for sugar free syrup. Waitress was nice but also very abrupt. Sunny-side eggs, whites were still runny and still somewhat clear. Suggested eggs were undercooked, waitress, replied that they were not and you just dont know what sunnyside up is. American fries were requested with breakfast meal...French fries were delivered, perhaps Denny's does not have breakfast American fries, but that was not stated, waitress remarked...you ordered fries, that what we brought. Coffee refill was only brought at the end. Sausage and bacon came with a meal, but sausage was not ordered. Wheat toast was delivered instead of white toast. Two checks were given as 2 people were on one, 4 on others. Went to pay, checks given were two copies of the 2 person bills..had to take time to explain..this was not correct, they had to asked several people before getting correct check, as I told them several times this is wrong...even though it would have cost them money. I should not have to spend several minutes and talk to several people to clear their error.

The food here is disgusting. Everything is greasy. They brought my turkey bacon raw to the table and toast wasn't toasted, it was bread. The waiter was very kind and polite. The cooks are slopping food together in pools of grease. I won't eat here again. Manager offered a five dollar discount, doesn't really matter. I would have rather had my toast and turkey bacon cooked right. I just wanted to have breakfast.

Unfortunately the oil they used for the french fries in the slamburger was very old and dirty. I wish I would have taken pictures but my entire plate was brown and crusty. The service was fine there was no issues it was just the presentation of the food it was disgusting and made my stomach hurt the next day. Please change your cooking oil more frequently. This was some of the grossest Denny's I've ever had.

The service was really bad. I don’t know how long we waited for but it seemed like forever. They gave us menus and from there they never came to ask what we wanted to drink or to eat. Never came to clean the table either. Me and my mom took time to see what we were gonna drink and eat and still they never came to ask. They were just standing around talking with each other. There was a guy flakito he wasn’t even a waiter i believe and it wasn’t his fault bc it seemed like he was doing everything while the two ladies were just talking and telling him what to do. It wasn’t even busy at all maybe like 5 groups including me and my mom. As we are about to leave the guy finally comes up and asks us for our order but we told him we were gonna go somewhere else. I hope next time they’ll actually do their work and focus on customer instead of talking with each other instead of walking around.

Had breakfast. The grand slam looked like a mini child's plate. It was definitely not worth the price. Been here before and the portions have always been good. I got one whole bacon slice cut in half. Normally you get two slices of bacon i guess cutting one slice in half makes up for the two amazing. I also got an order of hash browns. The portion was very small. The hash browns were burnt. I asked the waitress to replace the order of hash browns. She brought back a very small portion of hash browns that were decent and edible. We were a party of 3 . Our experience was basically the same. Not sure what happened but we will definitely not go back to this location. The waitress was very good. Very courteous and friendly.
