I love to have options to a regular hamburger.. And this fits the bill perfectly. Roast beef, corned beef, and brisket among other meats like the traditional chicken tenders make this place a great place to eat.

Arby's roast beef sandwiches are a definite change when it comes to delicious food on the go. Tired of burgers or chicken all the time. Definitely check out the different deli style sandwiches and oh so delicious curly fries!

Good experience, the lady behind the register was pleasant and accurate even though there were only three employees running a busy restaurant during lunch rush. I'll eat there again.

Had a Gyro love the best one I've had in Texas. Service was fast I wish it was closer I would go there twice a week at least.

This is the first Arby's I have been to that the employees are very attentive and friendly and ensured my order was correct before giving it to me. The food (a very complicated order for 12 people) was also hot, fresh, and made the way everyone ordered it too. You definitely exceeded my expectations and look forward to returning soon.

Staff is amazing, the general manager absolutely charming with us every time we visit. No matter how busy the drivethrough gets, they remember our orders and have a kind thing to say. I'm so impressed with this location... keeps us coming back time and again, even though there are ample options around McAllen. If you are in the mood for a quick bite, of generally high quality, tasty (if simple) lunch or snack fare, check out this Arby's. Note that this isn't inexpensive: a meal for two can run between $20 and $28, in our experience...which compares with a sit down restaurant. That's the one curiosity, but pricing isn't set by store personnel, so I'm not going to ding them for a distant, corporate decision.

Really good sandwiches, no ketchup or Arby's sauce in the pump machines and this was when they just opened for the day. We had to clean the seat of the booth we sat in. Cashiers and manager are really friendly. Maybe it was just an off day. We'll go back again.

Sandwich was great. Apparently were not prepared for serving special mint chocolate shake. Had to wait several minutes.

Glad Arby's is back, taking over the old Carl's Jr location. My bf's ham/cheese combo looked very good and a mouthful while I settled for the brisket burger. Our meal cost almost the same $10/ea yet mine had skimpy, sad strips of brisket. This is Texas and that was the most untexan-sized brisket sammich ever lol It was full of flavor though, very tasty but wasnt filling. Totally going back for something else next time.

My favorite drive through restaurant. Super sandwiches. My favorite is their Ruben. No matter what else I order, I add the jalapeno poppers for a treat!

They changed the type of bread that they use for the French dip sandwich. I prefer the other bread. It was still good, but I have had better.

I'm glad Arby's is back in the Rio Grande Valley. Food is good, particularly the roast beef jalapeño sliders and the bacon swiss chicken sandwich. The manager is courteous and friendly at this location. It took a while to get our food but that's because we were the last couple to enter the restaurant prior to closing.

Food was hot and delicious! I was sad that some of my old favorites were gone,but the Manager gave me excellent suggestions for replacements! We will definitely be back!

Well I've been wanting a roast beef sandwich dipped in a beef broth. I saw an Arby's commercial and found one on Sourh Jackson in McAllen. I found it and had my French Dip and it was pretty good.

Perfectly melted cheese with the precise amount of barbecue sauce with crumms of crunchy onion ring thrown perfectly in to the mix. All in warm soft bun.

After seeing the commeicals I decided to try it. It was ok, I wasn't really feeling it. Maybe I ordered the wrong sandwich. But one downer for me was that it was expensive.

The food is alright. Nothing special and sometimes just not good. However the price is good so cant complain there.

Arbys tasted good, but the sanwich only had half the meat. I bit into one side that was meaty, but the other half was bread sauce and veggie. Paying alot for a sandwich tjat was short on meat is not worth it.

Food is always great and the service, but no condiments were filled. And the ladies RR was dirty and didn't have towels! That's not right.

Service was good. I just didn't care for the food. Only thing I really liked were the curly fries.

Always forget the sauce. Even when they ask and we remind them. With dining area closed we have to go back thru the drive thru to get it. Frustrating.

We always use this Arby’s since it’s the closest to our home in Pharr, however I was seriously disappointed that we couldn’t get military discount due to this so called “happy hour” all because we ordered a cookie off our $30 bill! To give an excuse that we can’t honor ur discount due to our happy hour that only discounted us .50 cents compared to 10% off our entire bill is truly ridiculous. Not to mention the girl at window had a poor attitude.

Stop by a fish sandwich it was a good size, I just feel it need it a little of season or salt at least, the wait was quite long we literally had to turn the truck off several times since we use the drive thru

I have been there already 3 times and 2 out of the 3 they mess up my order. They have not had hardly any business when I go so I do not understand how they messed up my order these last 2 times. There were no lines, me and 2 other cars and inside it was empty even before the pandemic it was empty. UGH! That's it, I won't go back there. I'm not going for strike 3. I didn't give them a totally bad review only because the drive thru staff has always been nice to me and the food taste good considering it's not what I ordered. 🤦‍♀️

Was o.k. Went there with my Mom to try it out with gift card. Was told they are not set up for gift cards, why not? Still have their gift card and called them after 3 months to see if are set up for Arby's gift card now. Nope. So, never give anyone a gift card that is from Arby. Rip off.

We really enjoy Arby’s but don’t come at night. The night crew sucks. Our order was wrong at first and then the next order was cold. If I wanted a cold sandwich I could’ve made it at home.

Hadn’t been to Arbys in years. Wasn’t happy with what we ordered. For starters, The gentleman that took our order looked like he didn’t even want to be there. I understand that we showed up like 25 minutes before closing but that’s the time I get out of work. Waited for a bit to get our food. 2nd guy that gave us the food was nice. I’m thinking he was probably the cook.

They opened this location about 3 months back and the staff are still not fully trained. This caused some ordering problems for me and other guests. The manager fixed my order but not before arguing with me about it first. The interior is very sparce, like they are missing furniture and the furniture they do have is broken or missing pieces here and there. The stars are for the food which I always find tasty but this location needs a lot of work.

When I saw they were opening an Arby's, I was super excited cause I really wanted to try it. Turned out to be a disappointment, the fish is awful, the sandwiches only have like 2 pieces of meat, so every bite is a mouthful of bread, the fries are meh, the only good parts of the sandwich are when the little bit of ham folds, so you get a little more flavor. It's be nice if they weren't so cheap with their products. 2 stars cause it's cheap, that's it.

First time eating at this Arby's and guess what, started with diarrhea 8 hours later. They were the last thing I ate yesterday. I've been up since 900 pmtill now at 3 am. Please make sure nobody has the same experience I did.

Every time I go, something is wrong with the food. This time I got a large meal. I paid extra for large fries and Dr.Peppers, well, the sodas were carbonated water. No flavor.

Honey BBQ Chicken slider is a total bust. A chicken nugget dipped in sauce and put in ½ slider bun. Yeah the bun/bread is smaller than ur average bun size anywhere else.

The day manager needs to be replaced!! The sooner the better! Staff couldn’t take an order for a chicken salad sandwich so, they called the manager and when he couldn’t get it right, he had the nerve to tell us we needed to listen to him… No AH…we are paying !!! You should listen to us!!!! We will never go back!!!!!

Through out my 20 yrs of active duty service I have been able to do a great deal of traveling. I stopped at an Arbys in every stste I passed through that had an Arbys . Sad to say this being a new location just opened not long ago and it is a very poorly managed and staffed. I ordered my usual sandwich with my favorite curly fries and 2 cups of melted cheddar cheese. Upon receiving my food I noticed the cups of cheese were only half way filled or less. I went to counter and told the young man I was not pleased the cups were not filled to top. At that point the young man went to the back and spoke to the manager. The younger man comes back and says that his manger says that is how they are supposed to be. So, I asked to speak to the manager. The manger came and told me that it was because it depends on size we ask for and that is how they charge which in our case it was$.03 but out ticket said $.60 ea. He said depends on size we order that how much the machine pours out for them.sl I could of paid more in order to get the cup full but they do not have a listing on menu for charge per cup size. I told the store manager how I have been to plenty other Arbys and never heard of this plus this had never happened either but he did not care. He said I should contact corporate office so ,I told the manager I would be contacting their corporate office and got his name and store number. So that is what I will do tomorrow. The facility was VERY dirty. Food on floors , window seals, etc.

Worse Arby's employees, Went thru drive thru and ordered the 2 for 6 Classic Beef and Cheddar sandwich. Got the order. The each sandwich didn't have the cheddar. To make matters worse the person at the drive thru did not LISTEN and charged me for 2 Classic Beef sandwiches at $3.99. The worse experience and will never go to this Arby's location. Called to explain this to the Manager and wow talk about another IDIOT. Trying to talk to me like a childish and saying it was my fault that I order the Classic Beef and Cheddar and it's not on the 2 for $6 menu. Idiot your drive thru has a picture of Classic Beef and Cheddar sandwich for 2 or $6. CUSTOMERS IF YOU DO GO TO THIS LOCATION, PLEASE HAVE THEM REPEAT YOUR ORDER AND CHECK YOUR RECEIPT. They IDIOTS.

Went in for lunch... Waited for cashier but no one came out. You could clearly hear them clowning around in the back. Going somewhere else. Don't waste your time. If they don't care, you'll be better attended to elsewhere. :-(

Oh boy, dont go to this location at 915pm.. i waited 30min and still ended up with a poorly built order even the fries were skimped out. By the time i looked at my order and returned the place was closed. No one answered the phone. Donna location has much better service.
