Our server ( i dont know his name, he moved to the RGV area from Austin)had such a terrific personality, so easy to joke with and so responsive to our needs. He made our visit so enjoyable. He gets an 11 out of 10

Denise did a great job! She remembered our order for the most part. The kids burger came back pink and showed it to her. She immediately apologized and had the kitchen redo it. My son wanted a big meal. Us, parents, hesitated because it was too big for him. Denise suggested an appetizer size of the same meal. Her suggestion was perfect. Not many servers do that because they want the ticket to be larger. We would definitely come back. The only negative to this review would be that the host took us towards the back of the restaurant, passing many empty tables. I don't think it was necessary to go to the back, but oh well.

I usually don't write reviews, but I believe this location deserves it. Great customer service since the moment we walked in. Our server Pedro was very attentive with our table and other tables. Food was freshly made, and service was fast. I didn't get to get the manager's name, but he was also out there helping his employees serving food and checking on his customers. Overall by far the BEST Red Robin's I've been to.

This is by far the best burger I have ever had. Perfectly cooked. Our waiter Albert was awesome. He made sure to answer all our questions politely and patiencely. He was attentive but didn't linger. I like that. The decore was so cool too. I love the art on the ceiling. Restaurant was clean and neat.

This place was delicious. Had the red robin signature burger (the burger with an egg). It was delicious. The fried were so good, flaky, crispy, and fluffy. The house sauce was incredible, I wish I had gotten 2 before I left. The fondue queso dip and cheese curls were delicious also. They have some seasoned chips that went so well with the dip. Everything was fantastic 👍 👌 🤟

Our family had a great dining experience at Red Robin tonight. We hadn’t visited in years and it seems that they have made improvements in their menu. Great atmosphere, clean tables and menus, Our server Pete was friendly and attentive. Food came out quickly and was reasonably priced. We will return soon!

My hamburger was delicious, and the sweet potato fries crispy. I wish I had taken a can of marshmallows fluff to dip the sw fries. There's always a next time. Our server was amazing. She made sure we knew everything about ordering and different options.

The burgers are great! I had the classic Red Robin burger and added avocado. But the winner was the Red Robin Campfire Sauce for the delicious potato fries. We had dessert, which was surprisingly huge and great to share! (09/20/21) I tried the Red Robin Gourmet Cheeseburger and added avocado. The pretzel bites were passable, as it's not really my favorite treat. I ordered a Very Berry Raspberry Limeade. It was VERY sweet, so beware!

I took my kids to eat a hamburger. The burgers looked delicious. My kids ordered the bacon cheese burger and I ordered the veggie burger. I do recommend the very berry raspberry lemonade drink. It's delicious and the serving was amazing. I posted a picture so you can take a look. I would go back to eat at Red Robin. The salsa dip for the onion rings and potatoes are delicious. I do recommend this place.

We always have excellent service when we go! (Usually on weekday evenings)— the veggie burger hits the spot. The bottomless fries are a favorite too! More recently, they’ve added the impossible veggie burger and it’s such an improvement from their previous veggie burger option. I’m so glad they made that switch. If you’ve never had the campfire sauce, I suggest giving that a try 😋

From the time we walked in to the time, we left we really felt welcomed. Management was awesome server greeter was great. Food was also fantastic. Would definitely recommend this red Robin.

I forgot how delicious Red Robin’s hamburgers were. The different options on how or what to eat with the burgers are also a treat. I also highly recommend their avocado and salsa appetizer, I hadn’t tasted a salsa so yummy in a long time. We tried the strawberry flavored tea made with fresh strawberries 🍓 yum!

We got greeted when we came in. Adrian and Noe brought us their specialty brews for us to decide which was a delightful experience. Not only did Adrian suggest menu items but he also added that human element and made it personable and humorous. The food was delicious, meat cooked throughly, crispy bacon and well balanced Arnold Palmers. Clean Restrooms, reasonably priced, family friendly ambiance and recognizable decorations that say come back again.

I always though Red Robin was just a a fast food Burger place, but actually it's More of a casual American restaurant. While they specialize in burgers, they have other entrees like fish and chips, and chicken salad. Nothing super fancy. All food was good. Service was friendly and attentive. I loved that they served Blue Moon Beer (22oz and 16oz) on tap. Th he background music was not too loud and was pleasant. I would definitely return.

The prices were not off the deep end, but there are better burgers out there at a lower cost. Very friendly staff and great atmosphere. If you are looking for a nice evening out, they did a good job. If you're just looking for a tasty burger at a low cost again, there are better burgers out there. I want to be clear. The burgers were very good and definitely worth the stop for a nicer evening out.

Burgers are super delicious! They are big enough to share with someone. The freckled lemonade is great but cost almost $5. Turns out they close at 10 which is quite early. We got there at 930 and the hostess was just sitting in a booth texting. Would have got 5 stars but we had to wait for her and the place was basically empty.

Revisited Red Robin's after not having been there for quite some time. Had the Black n Bleu burger (½-lb. Black Angus patty, sautéed and blackened portobello mushrooms, caramelized onions, Bleu cheese sauce, Bleu cheese crumbles, lettuce and Country Dijon Sauce on a toasted brioche bun) and it was good but not sure it was worth $14+. The bottomless steak cut fries are the bomb though. Also tasted the regular gourmet burger (it actually tasted better; probably cuz it wasn't overloaded with too many complex flavors) and French onion soup. The soup was good but the broth was a bit too watered down. Not the intense beef flavor that I've had in other places. I'll probably go back and try another infer of their gourmet burgers and their onion rings and/or sweet potato fries.

3-29-24 Wife and I came here as the first place to eat after first arriving in the area. Must say that it is nice to have a familiar place that always delivers good food and friendly service no matter where we are. I had the fish and chips while wife had a southwest salad. Both were good, fish and fries were hot and the refill on un-ending fries came out fast and even hotter. Waiter was attentive and checked on us often to be sure we had all we needed.

Been here a couple of times around lunch time the bar wasn’t busy and it took awhile for a beer and a menu, the beer could be a lot colder, but I’ve had their burgers and their awesome especially the one with the egg, I’ve also had their avo cobb o salad w/balsamic dressing and it was pretty awesome. I will probably be back to see if their beer is colder “ hint hint”

Always has good service and the chicken salad was very tasteful. I love that they are always asking if they could help you with something. Knock on wood, I've always have had good service in this place.

I ordered a specialty drink and I wasn't fond of it however because of the drink I had a bad taste in how my experience was going to go. The hamburger was on the small size and I was not impressed. I was expecting better. They also gave us a cup with a sauce in it that came with the order and it was extremely great tasting. I like the gourmet version of burgers, they added new items in the menu so it was good. Perhaps it is only me but the size is smaller than they used to be. All my family noticed the staff were very listless, like if they do not want to work on weekends, no smile faces or anything that makes us feel welcomed.

6•21•25 been a long time since we hadn't come maybe since the mid 90's that long anyways we ordered traditional burgers were very good but my main thing i was craving was the tower onion rings so good and crispy. Enjoyed our burgers to. Gentleman was very nice to. Maybe I'll come by more often when I'm in the area. I drive abt an hour to this location and it was worth the food for me at this moment and day.

Server was good, best part of this place is definitely their burgers and unlimited fries. Had two different ones over the last couple weeks and neither disappointed. The place is definitely starting to look dated and in need of a makeover for sure.

We like the food here, but honestly the service just isn’t good enough. We’ve had a frustrating experience during the last 2 visits. The food comes fairly quickly but you’re pretty much forgotten about after that, barring the standard initial “how is everything?” visit. We asked for extra mayo and another order of fries, and twice had to remind our server that we were waiting for them. We’d finished our meal by the time they actually arrived and had to ask for them in a to-go box, which again was far too long in arriving. We weren’t offered drink refills at any point. I’d excuse this if the restaurant was busy, but it wasn’t even close to busy. Reading other reviews here highlights that the service is clearly lacking. Which is a shame because this would be a really nice spot otherwise.

Got the burgers and they were fairly good, food was hot, but a friend of mine ordered the salmon, and it was really hard meat and not very good at all. We didn't send it back didn't want to be rude. Please don't order salmon it was horrible. 🤮

For what my hamburger cost it was small. It reminded me of a kids meal. I’m still looking for my toy. My wife’s Cobb salad looked good. She questioned about the chicken if it was real or not. Service was great. We won’t go back.

My Avo- Cobb salad had a fully brown avocado on my plate. Inedible. Pretzel bites were yummy.

I feel that red Robin burgers are just okay, i have gone to places that have some amazing burgers, theirs feel very simple to me. The fries they gave me were soggy & slightly cold not made fresh to order, they did bring me fresh fries once i asked. Overall an okay place for burgers but this place wouldn't be my first option.

I went in for my birthday treat and was greeted nicely initially. As time went on the server was very clingy and stood well within my personal space. He did this a few times while making small talk. He didn't smell pleasant and he stood at the table watching as I was paying. Overall he made me feel uncomfortable, on my birthday! I will not return to the McAllen red robin. Sad really.

Great burgers. This is the place to go if you are a burger fanatic. The prices typically range from $10 to $15. The service can be a bit wonky at times but overall it is fine. Edit: Upon further reflection, I do honestly want their service to improve. Just realized I am not the only one who noticed the wonky service. Be aware. I readjusted my review to a three star instead.

The server was friendly, although he got several things wrong on our order. 2 people got their food 20 min before the rest of us. Server forgot some of our items, and they didn't get brought out until everyone was done eating. The food was not freshly made and was just okay. By far, the worst we have had at a red robin. The restaurant was not busy at all. No wait, tons of empty tables.

It’s 37 degree outside. They left the door open put us right in direct sight. Waitress never asked us for seconds let alone a drink refill. Not busy at all. No excuses.

I had a horrible waitress ever. She just disrespected me in front of my kids and I didn’t understand why. Its not everyday i eat out with my kids and this lady made me feel like crap for no reason. She kept cutting me off and i asked for silverware but got sauces. I was like ok. From one woman to another if i am paying for my kids meal and mine then let me enjoy my meal not be treated the way you did and i did tip. You ruined my meal and i cant believe people are like this. The burger was a perfect size and cooked perfect.

This place is dirty, everything seems and feels filthy, it ruins the whole experience including the food. Some of the staff are informal, look disheveled and smell bad. Please improve this, it's so important. Clean and hygenic atmosphere creates trust and loyalty.

This use to be a great place for burgers. My husband and I went Saturday afternoon. Hardly any people prices are outragious. Burgers are not good at all.!All our food was cold.

It's usually one of our favorite places for a variety of burgers. Had to repeat order 4 times to Waiter. New 2025 prices are way too high for what you get. Was not offered more fries since they were bottomless pit. Wanted onion rings. They wanted more money. We won't be back. Our table was very disappointed.

First time going there and likely the last one. The service was good and attentive. I was not impress either the atmosphere but it was fair. The main event which was the food was a solid 1 or below. I’ve been to gourmet burger places like Ranch House in Mission, which is excellent but the food here SUCKS. I got queasy stomach after eating their regular burger and my son was not impressed with his shrimp which was small, tasteless and oily. Burgers were bland and bread was dry. Chicken was rubbery and the chicken strips lack salt. The only reason we went there was because it was my daughter’s birthday and that was where she wanted to go. She did not fit it but we think she was disappointed as well.

Sat right away, but 15 minutes and still haven’t gotten a server. Not busy at all. Got up and left.

Told girl I hadn't been to a Red Robin in over 10 year's. Waited about 15minute's for our food. I. Told them no cheese. I got cheese on my burger. Greer. Then the endless fries, they were room temperature. Don't mine waiting. But when my food is NOT hot, that tick's me off! Didn't like that they charged me for the game. That's B.S! I didn't play with the table, why you gonna charge me! What are the odds of me going back? Slim to none.

You let me down today. Went to eat here with my kiddos and hubby and they sat us down. I took my little one to the ladies room came back and waited another 10 mins. I asked my hubby if they had at least taken our drink order and no they had not. After seeing a table get seated and drinks brought we decided to leave. They weren't busy so I don't understand why we weren't waited on. Or at least acknowledged. Not even a hi I'm ur waiter I'll be right with u. Nothing.

I have never been more disappointed and truly frustrated with an establishment! I came for dinner here Friday evening with my spouse on 11/1/24 and was treated so terribly. Not just by the waiter but by the manager! Due to my medical condition I asked to order from the kids menu. Both the waiter and man manger (short gentleman) were extremely rude to me and REFUSED to let me order from the kids menu! I’ve never had this problem anywhere and as a matter of fact, I have ordered from the kids menu here before but for some reason on this day both refused me! How terrible that the manager wanted to throw “policy” at me over my health. Do better Red Robin!

The meat and egg were burned. Told the waiter about it and nothing was done other than him saying “ok” After that I saw them making fun of my comment. Truly a mockery and a very unpleasant moment.

Never fails. THEY ALWAYS get the order wrong. Ask for a burger a certain way and the kitchen will send out your order wrong. Then fries arrive burnt and cold. Obviously they've been sitting for a while. Terrible service!!! Never again!!! Don't reply to me that you're sorry. FIX IT!!!

Had a disappointed dining experience being a first time customer, first the host was rude by ignoring me taking long to get me seated lacks customer service doesn't greet as you walk in and then there's all the managers by far the worst they're the one who need the training getting mad at their employees in a rude way right in front of customers no wonder they are always hiring this is by far the worst of all restaurant establishment

I went to this location for my birthday week I received a coupon for a free appetizer. When I walked in the greeter seemed unfriendly she took me to the back by the exit of the kitchen to a booth. Mind you I was alone. The waiter Roe was extremely nice and attentive. Very polite. When he seen me he immediately took my order, the waitress didn’t even tell him I was there I guess I felt a negative vibe. I told him it was my birthday I had a couple ordered the cheese sticks and the Yumm Burger meal for $10 and a drink. As I ate it guess what I FELT I CHEWED IN A PAPER!!! I took it out of my mouth and inspected it and it was a PAPER! I called Roe the waiter over and he apologized and said he would bring me another one and I was hungry so I sat and ate the cheese sticks by that time I was already nauseous, lost my appetite and then another dark hair lady proceeded to me and said it was the paper from the hamburger patty like if it was nothing like justifying the error. Then another lady with glasses came and apologized and basically said the same thing and if I needed anything else to let her know??? They finally brought out my replacement meal I took a bite ate a few fries then just didn’t feel hungry anymore. I asked Roe for a ticket then he brought me 2 styrofoam plates to go I put all my food in them then they asked if I wanted a drink to go I said that’s fine I got a lemonade. Because obviously from all the food that I was taking I WAS NOT satisfied. I spent almost $20 dollars WHEN IT COULD HAVE BEEN WAIVED FROM THE INCONVENIENCE! I should have just left after the initial incident! I ended giving away all the food and drink to a homeless person asking for money at the stoplight. I honestly was disgusted by the whole situation. I don’t even know why they have so many employees no one was hardly there at the time I went and ppl still looked burdened, it’s sad.

Terrible Customer Service – Check Your Bill! Red Robin in Pharr has terrible customer service. Our server accidentally overcharged my mother’s card which we would have understood if they had simply apologized and refunded the money. Instead, the manager, Maricela Moreno, came to our table with a “corrected” receipt and told us we still needed to pay an additional $10. We showed her our bank alerts clearly showing that we had already been overcharged. Why would we pay another $10? Rather than apologizing or offering to connect us with someone who could help, she was rude and unprofessional, saying she wasn’t going to refund us and that she “wasn’t going to stand here and argue.” Then she walked away. Mistakes happen, but how they’re handled matters. At this location, the manager chose to be dismissive instead of helpful. I do not recommend this place and if you do go, check your bill carefully before you pay.

Stopped in for early dinner. Was seated and no one took our drink order or anything. Sat for 10 minutes and watched 4 servers leaning against the wall by the kitchen. Asked a server walking by if he could help, he said yes but just walked away and did nothing. So after 15 minutes we left.

If I could give 0 stars I will!!!! First we order the yumm burger and it’s says unlimited fries & soda , they won’t bring any unless you ask !!! Same with soda!! And the burger is very small !!! Service was okay, our bartender was knowledgeable and helpful. Though everyone was super slow with everything. Even though it wasn’t packed. Food took forever, and when we finally got it. It looked like unappetizing. When biting into it it had absolutely no flavor. No seasoning not even salt. The fries were just as plain and unseasoned. For the price this whole experience felt like a waste of money.

The whole place is very unprofessional, especially MARICELA. She’s very unprofessional with her coworkers, trying to get at them as well as talking about other employees and personal issues that have nothing to do with work. Also food is disgusting, onion rings are the only good thing but other than that that, whole place is a disaster. Red Robin, do better.

1 star 🌟 for this restaurant. My entire families food was room temperature about almost cold that's because the place was dead around 2pm. I ordered four of the big yumm meals but they need to change the name to the little kids yumm it's smallest burger I've ever seen for $9.99 not worth going to be honest. You're better off going to Buffalo Wild Wings where their burgers are way more flavorful and bigger that's because they specialize in wings just saying get your money's worth over there and about the same price as well. Only good thing I could say for Red Robin was our server, Rachel, was attentive.

Very upset. We ordered the $9.99 deal and on the menu it says the bottomless sides you can pick from. Ofc the sweet potato is and uncharged but didn't mention anything about salad. The lady mentioned nothing about an uncharge. We find out til later and she didnt do anything about it. We had a coupon that was the reason we made the choice to go there in the first place and then they denied it after all. The limes were old. I had to get up to get my own silverware and the lady kept wanting to take our plates as if she was rushing us. We even told her wait we will let you know and she kept asking so I just said take it so she could stop bugging me about it. So if you go eat here make sure you ask about all the hidden costs. What seems free on the menu will have a charge and they won't do anything about it. Livid! Never again

Been coming for years. And today the absolute WORSE service. We always sit in the bar and they are always super attentive. She took several minutes for out tea order another 10 Min to take the order. 45 mins to get 1 burger we shared, which was cold. With NO utensils NO fry sauce and NO drink refills until we asked for the check. Therefore NO tip.

Waitress was nice, but I didn't notice our salads were missing ingredients like avocado and lime. They ran out of the southwest salad, and this salad and dressing are the reason we come to red Robin. The worst red robin I've been to. Over 6 months ago, I ordered pickup, and they really messed my order and missing ingredients in my salad. The manager promised to refund the whole order, I told her I only wanted a refund of salad. I'm still waiting for the refund . Of course, I know I will never get it. Save your money. Red Robin in Pasadena is awesome, by the way.
