Highly automated, with kiosks on site taking orders, which are bussed to tables identified by signs with embedded radio trackers. One can also pre-order through McD's app. Clean bathroom and dining area, but very drafty. Even the cashier close to the kitchen is wearing a jacket, so it is uncomfortable to come out of the cold, into the cold. The chow itself is fine for fast-food. Several picnic tables in season.

We made an order and the person packing gave us twice the items. The cashier came and told us that they made a mistake. We agreed she told the manager and they placed the food back to give to another customer. After we opened the bag. They should have thrown away the food.

This place is filthy. I ordered a chicken McNugget meal two weeks ago and there’s mouse dropping on the nugget. I have contacted the corporate and filed a complaint. I got the response from the corporate that they forwarded the feedback to the franchise owner. In last two weeks I was giving the franchise owner a chance to see if he would follow up with cleaning plan. The franchise owner has zero courtesy to respond. Also notified the Health Department. Will not step a foot in here again.

Slow service, making me pay for food I already paid for over the app all over again for no reason, out of all the McDonalds there are this is by far the worst one just came here for a quick lunch, food wasn’t the best

Stood at the register for 10 minutes to pick up a doordash order and not one person even acknowledged me. Went through the drive thru, they told me I needed to go inside. So I just left. I don't understand? Do I have to do these people's jobs for them or are they just that stupid?

This place takes forever for your food. It takes about 30 mins to come out I came here 2 different times and it took so long to come. I do not recommend eating here if your in a hurry

Got sick from the food, and there were raw nuggets, some of the bags also smelled like Garbage. I'm not sure what is going on here but it made me physically sick. Never eating here again because people can actually get really hurt if this is going to continue. In general, it is also a bit pricey but that is likely due to inflation and other things they may or may not have control over.

Nuggets were cold and some not cooked. Fries was only edible item. Burger bun was burned on my order. Bags smelled weird. Never again. Spent over 45 dollars. Very disappointed.

I ask every time for honey, I ask them to check, I write a note in the order and every single time I get honey mustard instead. Not to mention the rude customer service. I understand and empathize with the language barrier but does that mean my order needs to be wrong every time???? If your enjoying this as a treat drive to pleasant Valley. Even if when I check my order I correct the issue they act like their mistake is an inconvenience to them.
