Good pizza, I love their breadsticks & dips !! There lunch combos are so delicious but you have to remember to get your drink when you get the combo. There cheese bread is also delicious !!

I ordered delivery from this store. This is the third time ordering and ever other time has been decent but this time was so unbelievably bad I ordered a pepperoni stuffed crust pizza, a twix brownie and crazy bread The pizza you could tell just by having it handed to me that it's been in that box for HOURS. It felt like the box was going to break at the bottom from the grease. When I opened the box there was a huge bubble in the pizza, which basically made half of the pizza inedible. Second, I didn't receive the correct brownie. The only saving Grace was the crazy bread sticks. They were average.

Decent pizza however they state that only three people are allowed in at time. So you will have to wait outside in line and again wait outside for your order. No one complies to this and the employees don't seem to care.

This was all around just bad. I’m not too sure if the assistant manager on duty 4/21/24 6:40 really knew how to solve my issue. I had ordered on the app to expedite everything and perfect no issues there. I pick up and pizza take it back to where I am staying at and my girlfriend eating the pizza got to the crust and told me hey there is no stuff crust in the pizza. So honestly I was just going to say okay whatever doesn’t matter. Then I get my slice and I get a piece of bone in my pizza. You tell me how I am not sure. I showed my girlfriend and she felt how hard it was.At that point I decided to call the store and I had asked for a manager and he said he was the assistant. I tell him about the bone and the wrong crust. He says bring it back and we will remake it. I went back and i showed him the bone and tried to play it off as hard ham. I know when you bite hard ham or when you bite bone, those two are not that easy mix up. So he offered a refund and I said yes but it had seem too difficult for him to process because it was an app order which I get I work in the fast food industry. I told him just remake it because it seemed to be easier for him. I do not wait a very long time but for the remake and upon him showing me the remake I noticed he still didn’t get the crust correct. I did not mention it to him so we do not waste more food. I just wanted to let the people know to be careful from ordering here. If I could get proper assistance I would appreciate it.

I ordered a pizza with pineapple, jalapeno and no cheese. I paid for the delivery service. I got a pineapple and ham pizza. I am vegetarian. I called the store and was told that I had to take the pizza in to get the correct pizza or get a refund. This defeats the purpose of paying for a delivery service. I was planning on using this for upcoming big parties. However, I'll never order from this company again. Their policy is terrible and unfair.

I brought this to the cashier's attention, but the replacement pizzas were also cold. Additionally, I was charged for Crazy Bread sauce but did not receive the Crazy Bread itself. When I finally received the Crazy Bread, it was also cold. This required two separate transactions to rectify. I hope to see significant improvements in food quality and staff training in the future. I strongly recommend an immediate review of your food temperature control procedures and staff training regarding order accuracy and customer service. Consistent issues such as these could significantly impact customer satisfaction and your business's reputation.

The one down the street has a hot and ready Pepperoni Pizza for $7.41. But here, a “Hot n Ready” is $11. No thankyou, id rather go to Blaze Pizza and get a fresh, to order pizza for only $2 more

I bought one of the old world fancy pepperoni pizzas and it was old. I got there in 10 minutes after I ordered it from my house. The pizza was hard so it must have been old. Last one before this one was good. To bad they gave me a old pizza. I won’t go back

DO NOT EVER order UBER EATS Delivery from little Caesars. UBER is fine just not little Caesars. They played almost 2 bucks and ordered a Diet Pepsi with the pizza. The UBER driver comes over with regular pepsi. I called little Caesars and they didn't even let me know they ran out and just switched it with reg Pepsi. The guy there got the manager to talk to me and she cannot give me my money back. She said I can DRIVE there and do an exchange or refund. The purpose of getting delivery is so I don't have to drive there. A courtesy call or even just not charging me and not put a drink there would have been acceptable. But this is absolutely unacceptable. I will never ever order from them again
