Genesis offered an amazing level of customer service and care! The smoothie I ordered was great and this location is always great.

Super long line but only took about 5 minutes.

Came through a needed a drink. Staff was so fast. I tapped my card and when I put my wallet down my drink was ready. Definitely worth trying the cookies and cream.

Delicious drinks. Friendly staff. They just opened and are working out the kinks. A little patience I’m sure would be appreciated.

I ordered 2 Large iced chocolate milks made with almond milk for the first order and 1 Large chocolate milk exactly the same for the next order. The girl taking the order had a very hard time understanding, I had to repeat my order 4-5 times and even then, she couldn’t figure it out on the tablet she had. When we pulled up to the next girl, she was also confused, she asked if they were iced twice. As they were making them, I could see a gallon of chocolate dairy milk. She gave us 2 large chocolate milks, and 1 medium one. We handed her the card for the first order and she charged both orders on the first card, we did let her know that it was 2 separate orders and she apologized. After we pulled out and drank them, they’re dairy milk. It is just very clear that everyone working at this location needs extra training. I don’t like leaving reviews like this but whoever is in charge needs to know or this 7 brew will not last here.

Let's just say its the most bland coffee, absolutely no hint of German chocolate. It tastes just like a normal coffee with creamer. Highly disappointing since I paid $8 after tip (shouldn't have given a tip). I won't be back.
