We ate there today, requested no salt on our fries and no lettuce or sauce on my husband‘s hamburger. But we got both The salt and the lettuce and sauce on the burger. Had to ask if they could fix the fries and they did hamburgers were not the best that we’ve ever had there. Seems like the food has gotten worse over the last year. Not sure if we’ll go back.

I ordered a large chocolate shake at the Dumas store. The top half of the shake was solid ice cream the bottom half was spoiled milk.

Food was cold! Very nasty! The night manger and the crew members are very rude they talk about disabled customers! Will never eat there again! They should retrain there crew members and night manger they should never be rude to customers or make fun of disabled people shame on them and shame on the business corporation and owners to allow such behavior!

We are usually customers today we went in. We waited at the counter about 5 min and no on acknowledged us. When finally they came to take our order. The assistant manager Frankie was extremely rude to my son. He started talking to him as if he were an idiot. We told him to cancel the order after that the manager came and instead of apologizing he just said, that was the way Frankie talks. Very RUDE managment

Long story short I got bit by a venomous spider in my semi truck while parked in their lot. When I called poison control they said to put Neosporin on it to help prevent infection. So I went into Braum’s to explain what had happened and asked if they had a first aid kit so I could apply a bit of the Neosporin; since parking in a convenience store’s parking lot typically isn’t an option while driving a big semi. They wouldn’t allow me to use any… so I asked if there was anywhere I might be able to buy some nearby and the person said CVS. When I asked which direction it was in and if she thought I’d be able to walk there, she bluntly and with a rude tone said “I don’t know” and walked away… i looked it up on google maps and it’s literally right up the same main road that this store is on.. so I highly doubt she knew there was a CVS right up the road but somehow didn’t know which direction it was in or where it was… Very disappointing considering I was nothing but polite towards her the entire time, even when they ridiculously refused to give me a tiny bit of their Neosporin after explaining how Poison Control told me it’d be a good idea to do so to try to prevent an infection. Apparently, not only is the first aid kit off-limits for customers; but they also throw in a rude attitude with it for asking! 🙂‍↕️

The absolute worst service and food I've had in over a year! I asked to get a cup of yogurt instead of fries. I was told no they don't do that. Well it's the only Braum's I've ever been too that didn't. Lubbock Amarillo Pampa stores all offer yogurt as a healthier choice to fries. The lady at the window was rude! Told me I dropped my change I didn't even know was in her hand. Other change was under the window indicating to me she did it on purpose. I asked for a cup of soft serve instead of a coke. No I was told they could only offer a shake in the place of a drink as an upcharge. Again first Braum's I've been to that ever did that. I would rather drive to Amarillo for better service and better tasting food. I'll NEVER EVER darken that door or window again! Worst experience in well over a year of any place I've been too! Bewear‼️‼️‼️

Every time I come to the Dumas location it gets worse! Not one person in the entire place is following policy! No hair nets, not one beard net, even with the males and their long hair! No gloves while preparing food! Not one person! The place was extremely dirty! Lots of employees for such slow services and no one delivering customer service in a personable way! Very sad!

I always get the same ice cream every time I go (banana split with all vanilla ice cream) they always get my order wrong. Either they put the wrong toppings or it’s the wrong ice cream. I can repeat my order many times and remind at the window or counter and they can still get it wrong. This past time I didn’t go myself but they still got it wrong. I actually called this time and they didn’t even pick up😒

Definitely the worst Braum’s I’ve been to. I’ve tried it a handful of times hoping it would get better but it hasn’t. Every time I order the make me pull forward and wait for 10-15 minutes. They do this whether you order ice cream, an actual meal, etc. They even do this when nobody else is in line. Also they short you on the food heavily. I ordered a number 10 and they didn’t even include my roll with the meal. Also I only got 4 chicken strips that were about the size of my little toe.

Would have been great except this is supposed to be 2 double jalapeño with pepper jack cheese. Even pointed to and read the sign outlook to the cashier. They screwed out of at least $4.00. We were served regular cheese burgers. That's what you get ordering to go. And the sign we both pointed to was at the register and the cashier read it herself.

Stood there waiting to order for 5 minutes in sandwich line alone. Thought I was invisible for a minute. Workers looking at me and just ignoring me especially the drive thru girl who kept turning around after noticing me . Wow, what did I do to deserve this treatment😁. In Dallas employees are much friendlier. Besides I'm a truck driver passing through no worries. Food was good though👍

Horrible experience at this Braum's location. Chicken strips were old & dried out. We ordered to go, so is that where the old chicken goes? White "gravy" was literally white WATER. Had to go back in to ask for the gravy, which they Employees were very rude. Chocolate shake was made extremely messy all over the cup. We only stopped because they had truck parking but NEVER AGAIN. Should have turned around for a refund but in trucking, time is money. But lesson learned & education is pricey. $18.38 to be exact. The 1 star is only because you have to click a star to leave a review.
