FINALLY A STAFF MEMBER WHO CARED MY SANDWICHES WERE AMAZING SHE HEATED MY BACON 🥓 IN THE TOASTER SO THEY WERE CRISPY AND MY CHICKEN was hot not luke warm HOT😃😃😃😃😃😃💥💯

We arrived late...about 30 minutes until closing, the young man working was courteous and friendly even though we were so late. We even had a couple of laughs about the kids I had with me...lol. Great hometown service. I forget how nice it is until I go back to Fritch to visit!

By far the Best Subway to visit for a Good sandwich in this Area...It gets 5stars for the reasons of: Friendly Staff, Fresh Food, Clean Atmosphere...They don't count out 5 or 6 olives, or peppers, or onions to put on your sandwich like some of the others do...you want it on your sandwich, you get it, and get it with a smile...

The place smelled SO fresh and delicious! Even before I got to the door. Several years ago I stopped going there. The food at that time was NOT good. The bread was so stale that it powdered when I tried to eat it and that was on more than one occasion. Something has changed because our sandwiches were very fresh and delicious. I will be going back.

Went in for a few subs and they were out of meatballs. The manager had worked all day and stayed even longer to get the meatballs out and heat them up. I told her not to worry about it, but she insisted. Great customer service

I've eaten at this subway my entire life and I feel like everytime I've eaten subway elsewhere, it didn't usually meet the quality im used to in Fritch. But this time, my sandwich was far from being an artists best effort. Oh well no hate 5 stars any day.

Tbh I have had horrible experiences with subways but this one was different the person helping me was named jessica and she was very nice had a good humor and asked me questions and didn't judge me for how I wanted to wrap made and she did the perfect amount of ingredients and was super great on the customer service...all the way around great experience thanks

We stopped about a half hour before they closed, but she had fresh & good toppings for all of our 5 sandwiches.

There were 2 people making sandwiches there ( a young blonde lady and a male) the male, I couldn't get his name because his NAME TAG was blank, was listening to music or something as he had earbuds in and he was EXTREMELY rude. He didn't look at us when he spoke and the person I was with asked if he was taking a phone call because, again, he wasn't looking at us and he had earbuds in. I won't be giving my business if that young man is there since he decided being rude was more important. The young lady was polite and professional, but a little soft spoken which isn't an issue as I am partially deaf.

The professionalism of this place is unpleasant, always closed, and online it says it's open, it makes you waste time leaving behind other obsessions to stop, as it says "open" you continue to the place, and you find it CLOSED "How bad!!!"

Jeri was my server and was annoyed at the requests i made about my sandwich and churro was very rude and not good service as a person that has a job i understand working alone is a lot to handle, but you still have to have good service if you want people to come back.

Jeri seemed annoyed, she was an older women and alone so I felt bad, but I was also scared to ask for anything extra, a smile would have been nice :(

This used to be my favorite subway location until they hired new staff I went up there once and the young man put banana peppers all over my pizza which I did not ask for so I asked him to remake it the second pizza the first thing he did was put banana peppers all over it again I said it would be fine and took my pizza and left I went up there last night again it’s the same kid I ask for a sandwich with vegetables and for oil to be poured on it before toasted he pours vinegar all over my sandwich and I had to make him remake it the second sandwich he closes and I proceed in telling him that I wasn’t done with the vegetables that I wanted on it so he rips it back open and the sandwich rips in half I proceeded in just walking out and going to Dairy Queen after that that’s 2 pizzas and 2 sandwiches that he could not properly make I will not be back until there is someone else making the sandwiches at this location on top of that every time I have gone in and asked for soup in the past 6 months they have not had any I don’t know if they have stopped selling it if they have they need to take the sign down because it is false advertisement to advertise something you do not have

This place is going down hill hopefully it improves. Only giving one star because that’s the only option but these last few times I’ve ordered have been horrible.
