This was my first time at a Golden Chick. I was there for a baseball field trip. The staff handled the sudden volume of orders like Champs and were very friendly and kind while doing it. I was very impressed with the staff and their ability to stay kind and happy while working so hard without notice.

I just placed a online order . The order was done correctly with all my items & sauces. I thought I got a lot of food for price of what I paid for on my entire order. Only concern that I had you could tell the cashier was having an off day. Almost like she didn’t really want be there working . I just think the cashier could have been a little more friendly. When arrived asking for order & gave her name on order . She just walked over instead saying yes let me go check on it . Just handy it off to me . No closing comments to make me feel like I should return to spent more money here at this location!

I really like the food here. My one issue is the times I have been there the free ice cream machine is never working, always disappointing my children, it has only been twice but... Also not sure if it has been not working the whole time, or we are just unlucky that it was not working both times we were there.

First time we've eaten at Holden Chick on a while. Disappointed that there wasn't any gravy and only 6 corn nuggets. Also disappointed that there wasn't any Coke ... only Pepsi. However, we enjoyed the soft served ice cream with our meal. The restrooms were clean as was the eating area.

We hadn't visited Golden Chick in awhile so my wife and I dropped in. She had the shrimp combo and loved it. I continued with the seafood theme and ordered the 2 piece catfish combo but was surprised at how tiny the portions were. I guess I was expecting a little more for $10.99 but all I got was the "little" part. Even tiny it still tasted good, though.

I got charged 28$ at home from GOLDEN CHICK umm weird . This happened to my friend 3 times. More people too, someone takes the info of cards good thing mine was a cashapp card not debit.

Lots if flies in the dining room, staff working was not concerned with anything other than gossip and their friends who were hanging out in the lobby. This is how it is EVERY time we stop (roughly 1-2 times a month). Food was decent. Basically this is the only decent place to eat for miles but they're building new restaurants so hopefully those will be good.

This golden chick is the worst! They refuse to actually cook anything but chicken. Even though fish and shrimp are on the menu. If you order they just make a bunch of excuses. This is not just a one time occurrence. We have tried several times to order these items. If you like golden chick fish and shrimp better stop in Canyon or Amarillo where they actually do their job.
