This place is great. Fantastic chili rellenos. Everything I've had there so far has been really good. My only complaint, no chorizo.

My only complaint is that they give you too much food. There's no way you can finish one of these affordable meals in one sitting. You might as well ask for a box before you start. The chili rellenos were especially delicious. Homemade tortillas, enchiladas, everything was fantastic.

Food was good. Service was decent. The only down fall was the salsa was water, although it did have a good flavor, was lacking a bit of hospitality but it's not a deal breaker. We will be back for sure!!!

Our orders were not as we ordered but we accepted them. I liked the quantity of the items. The salsa was way too hot for all at our table. We would have loved a much milder salsa.

This restaurant is clean and the staff friendly. The food is about average for Mexican food. They recently changed their menu also. Not bad but not great...

2025 02 27 - Sweet waitress completely forgot we were there. At least that's what she said. #10 tacos and enchiladas were good but the salsa was like drinking brine. By far the saltiest thing I've ever eaten. We never got a check and had to approach the register and tell them what we had ordered. Then the cash registers were broken. What a night!

Food was good. Waitress was awful. Brought my food and never saw her again. No Tip!!! Didn’t even finish my meal. Ran out of salsa and Tea!!! I’ve been dining at Los Arcos for 15 years. U used to get a large bowl of chips and a nice bowl of salsa. Now u get a small bowl of chips and 2 or 3 ozs of salsa with no refill jar of salsa!! The flour tortilla my asada was wrapped in was like cutting leather.

They were busy but nice. I ask to have some onions and a little sauce extra on my enchilada because the last time i was there it was dry and no onions. The beans were to runny. The enchilada came out dry so i ask for a little extra sauce. I was not informed of extra charges for onions or sauce. I could have changed my order. Disappointed to say the least. I don't plan on going back.

This evening, I ordered the Carne Asada dinner with flour tortillas, two Carnitas tacos, and flan. However, my order was incorrect. The tacos were served with Carne Asada instead of Carnitas, the dinner came with corn tortillas instead of flour, and the flan was missing entirely. Additionally, there were no napkins or plasticware included with the meal, despite my request for them.

I always give the benefit of the doubt to local businesses. This time I was very disappointed. I ordered a "Carne asada". It took a long time for my food to arrive. The look of the plate was pleasing to the eye but deceiving to the mouth; it was tough when I attempted to cut the meat. I told the waiter, and he offered to give me another piece of meat. It took 30 minutes for that second "carne asada" to arrive. It was the same except that this second meat had less fat. I did not eat it. I paid almost 30 dollars, including the tip. I will give this place a second chance and try its enchiladas or chilaquiles. But, for the moment, I would not recommend this place.

Food used to be good back then … now everything is different meat wasn’t to good chips and Hot sauce different don’t really recommend
