I had a fantastic experience at the Chick-fil-A in Eagle Pass, TX. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. The service was quick, even with a long drive-thru line, which is a testament to their efficient team. My order was accurate, and the food was hot and fresh—the chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked and delicious. The restaurant was very clean, both inside and out. It's clear they take pride in their store and the service they provide. It's a great spot for a quick and satisfying meal, and their customer service truly sets them apart from other fast-food places. I'll definitely be back!

Service was good. Only thing was the wait in the drive thru. This was the longest wait I’ve had of all the locations I’ve been to. It could be that it was Saturday lunch rush. That’s the only thing I noticed that was different. Good food and service as usual.
Great service and good vibes all around. I will say that the chicken and fries don't taste like typical Chick-Fil-A but it also wasn't bad. Still convenient and reliable.

So you would think Chick-fil-A would run smoothly but not this one. There was only 2 other customers in there, and service was extremely slow. The entire restaurant was dirty and looks like it hasn't been swept or mopped in a long time. Really disappointed in Chick fill a. They should be doing better.
Went a couple days ago and took my kids. We arrived before the lunch rush so about 11. The food was good but did take awhile to come out. My main issue was how dirty the place was. The floors were sticky and gross and the kids are looked like it hadn’t been cleaned…ever. The windows all had hand marks on them. It’s was just a very dirty atmosphere.
Probably the worst customer service at a Chick-fil-a I have ever experienced and I eat at alot of CFAs. This is the very first bad review I've given one. The order taker was pretty nice but after my order was taken, and I sat down at a table to wait on my order, a girl came by, and when I say dropped my order at me, she DROPPED IT! I wish I was exaggerating. She definitely let go and it was airborne while she turned her back to me, as the tray slapped on the table. She didn't even give me a glance or can I get you anything else, nothing. If I wasn't starving, I woulda gave my order back and walked out. I noticed that they was definitely regulars there that ate frequently and to them team members were nice and chatty. But I wasn't the only person she just flung their order to. The next person she did it to, I made eye contact with and he looked at me like "for real??" After I ate my order, I walked up to the front counter to get a refill on my drink to take to-go and almost everyone that was working behind the counter were having conversations with other customers, that by the way they were talking, seemed friends or family. It seemed to me that they favored regulars or family and new people got the cold shoulder. Hope the Operator sees this and has an refresher on hospitality.

It took us 45 minutes to at least get to the window. it took us an extra 20 to wait for our food. that expects the long line. they forgot our mac and cheese and gave us 2 watered down drinks. the s…
I went in at 9:20 and didn't get my food until 10. They took forever and closed the bathrooms. I felt like I was getting kicked out, and the drinks were tasteless. They didn't seem happy to serve me or anyone else there on Tuesday night, December 30.
We have been at many chick fil a in Texas, this one has to be the slowest one ever. The 2 young men that were taking orders outside were not taking them in order. They were starting from back to front and missed some cars. Some cars had to use the intercom because they were missed. The young boys were talking, laughing with people in the cars. Cutting up and joking. The people inside preparing orders were no help either because they were very slow also. Just terrible drive thru service over-all. Very disappointing.
I travel coast to coast getting the exact same breakfast at every Chick Fil A i eat at so I know what a proper portion should be. Normally my order takes 2 cardboard "bowls" At this location it came in one. Puzzled I thought I got shorted a filet. Nope. I just recieved the SMALLEST and worst looking filets ive ever seen. One was barely bigger than a nugget. The others weren't much bigger. All of them has nearly ZERO breading. I ask for another order thinking that I got the bottom of the bin. Yet again nope. I get the reorder and its just as bad. Still fits in one bowl, no breading and dismal portions. Their excuse? Oh that's just how they come out. I live for my morning meal as its my dinner since I drive overnight. They did refund me but the only person who apologized was a normal worker. The manager just ignored me and never came over. He was too busy doing BINGO or some other BS. Will never darken this door again. My absolute worst Chick Fil A experience. Very sad.
I had a terrible experience at the Chick-fil-A location on [insert location here]. The moment I walked in, I was met with disorganized chaos. The staff seemed overwhelmed and not properly trained. It took a long time to place my order, and when I finally received my food, it was cold and not prepared as requested. I specifically asked the employee who brought out our food to hold off on my son’s ice cream until he was done eating, but she said she couldn’t do that. By the time we got to it, his ice cream had melted, and to make matters worse, I wasn’t even given a spoon to serve it with. I tried to speak with a manager about my concerns, but they were dismissive and didn't seem to care about the issues I faced. The lack of customer service and attention to detail was disappointing. I expected a better experience, especially given Chick-fil-A's reputation. I won’t be returning to this location.
Slowest service ever, my break was over before I got my meal and I ordered online and didn’t show up until 30 minutes After. Kept getting the run around by the manager and I had paid online.
This place was good when they first open.My food was cold and they don't give good costumer service like they use to.The restrooms are dirty. Del Rio is better and they give your food warm and restaurant is cleaner and costumer service is better.
We arrived and no one offered to help take our order, upon finding out where you order, there was a sign that said “mobile check in only” so we were confused on where to order. Once we figured out that was the only place to order, as I tried to order the young employee said for us to wait and someone else would take our order. Ok fine, when ordering we were speaking English to the young lady taking our order, and she continued to speak Spanish. Not an issue for me, but for my husband who doesn’t speak Spanish it would have been hard for him to order if I wasn’t there to assist in translating. It is common sense if someone is speaking to you in English, that you would speak English to them as some people don’t know any other language. Then as we tried to sit down all the tables were dirty and no one was cleaning them. The place was filthy, and when our food was given to us the guy just threw it to the table and placed our drinks on the table without saying which drink was which. All the chick fli a’s I’ve been too have been great! This one in particular left a bad taste in my mouth. I will no longer go there, I’ll make the drive and get chick fli a in Del rio, as they are respectful, clean, and attentive to the customers needs.
I’ve never had a worse experience at a Chick-fil-A. The restaurant was filthy—tables hadn’t been wiped down, the floors were sticky, and the trash bins were overflowing. The service was painfully slow, and when I finally got my order, the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting out for a while. Definitely not up to Chick-fil-A standards. Won’t be coming back to this location.
So I've been going to Chick Fil As all over the state for many many many years. I can't say how many different locations I've been to but I can honestly say, this location is the worst. Timeliness, cleanliness, temperature of the food, freshness of the food, all of the above really. Another unfortunate observation, if I were rank other bad chick fil a locations, coincidentally enough, they're all on border towns. Eagle Pass, Del Rio and El Paso location near the airport have been top three worst in the state. Who's making visits from corporate for quality controls? This is ridiculous. Rumor has it, I'm still waiting for my food, along with the other 12 people here.
Lady at the counter was telling everyone to go sit down and someone would come to our table to take our order. We weren’t given a number or anyway to track our place in line. Servers were slowly walking around randomly taking other people’s orders that came in after us. Both orders were incorrect as well. I ordered Cobb salad with double grilled chicken and did not get double grilled chicken. Other person in my party ordered the same thing and received double fried chicken instead of grilled chicken. Not the Chik-fil-a experience I am used to. Been here multiple times and the atmosphere is unfriendly to say the least.
