We've visited twice. On my first visit, I ordered a sour dough, Jack. Not how I ordered it, I asked for no mayo on my burger. Instead, it was heavy on the mayo. My recent visit was marginally decent. I ordered a chicken sandwich, no mayo. This time, it was a decent amount of mayo. I left confused rather than enticed. 'It could be worse, in another Jack in the Box in TX. You'd need a haz mat suit, a visible haphazard mess.

So about the employees like can you fire someone for purposely not correcting the oreo shake tbh the shake is basically ice scream and i have to wait a couple minutes for it to melt

I went through the drive thru because their indoor dining is always closed for some reason, ordered a normal cheeseburger meal and told them to not add any mustard on my sandwich and once I got my food my side was wrong, the drink was wrong ( and watered down), and their was mustard on my sandwich. I called the manager and he could not help me because he did not speak English, the manager then told me to wait and I did for about 10 minutes but I guess he forgot to put it on hold because I could hear him in Spanish getting after his employees and cussing at them. So I hung up and called again but this time someone else answered, a regular employee and I was told to come back the next day for a replacement meal and again the same thing happened today, I told them no mustard and what do you know, I get mustard on my sandwich. I want to like this place because I believe Eagle Pass deserves new places for its citizens but the people they hire need to get on the ball.

Didn't have the meat(smashed) or drink (shake) I asked for so they gave me the regular meat and a medium soft drink. Wasn't offered any discount even though the items offered were a lower price to what I paid for. This was the second time they told me they didn't have any shakes.

I’ve been here 3 times, and there are always closed early even if there are workers inside they refuse to take orders from the drive through.

Workers are very unprofessional. Listening to provocative music with cursing playing very loud inside the dining area. The floors were also dirty. We went a Thursday evening. The app also does not work if you are trying to coupon.

Waited almost 2 hours to be given my food wrong three times. They’re either short staffed or simply just lost. Long lines and still getting peoples orders wrong and forgetting their food.

The reason of my review is simply because Jack in the Box Hours claims it's open 24 hrs. Well, we just found out tonight 10/08/2023 to be specific Saturday that it was closed @ 12a.m. well, at least we were told by an employee. 2nd. The employees are very young and they are rude. Don't know anything about customer service. The owner of this place should pay more attention to who they hire because if they keep it up and this place will go out of bussiness. By the way, they act clearly shows that they didnt get the right orientation. They had a line of 6 cars waiting on the drive thru without realizing it was closed. Hopefully, the owner takes in consideration this review.....

They never got ranch or secret sauce and they’ve messed up my order 2x or just forget to get it done before I show up! Hate complaining but I go a lot! Just annoying !

Dude at the drive through was rude, especially when i was handed my order. Burger was given with no cheese and the smallest amount of sauce on the patty, essentially the driest burger ever. Waste of money and time.
