We came late but the service of the workers were spontaneous and dispite the busy drive thru they kept with our needs!
My vist was much better than expected, there is a huge difference between city and suburban establishments. Walked in order taken immediately, CSR made sure the order was correct. Meal was tasty, hot, and timely. Establishment was clean, noise level was less than moderate. Good visit.
The staff here is so nice & most importantly have the best customer service ever!! No complaints at all, I’ve ordered so many times here and it’s always an amazing service! Definitely recommend coming here. Also a HUGE shoutout to URSILA!! Always with a smile and ready to work! Definitely appreciate her hard work!
Hours of Operation online are incorrect (please see attached photo of their hours of operation). On Thursday, Friday and Saturday the restaurant closes at 1 AM, however, every other night they close at midnight.
Great speedy service! Omar was awesome and made sure I left with my order correct and everything else I needed. Will be back!
I have to say that this is probably the best Popeyes establishment that I've eaten at. I went through the Drive Thru around 9 pm, and it only took them about 2-3 minutes to have my food!!!! They were courteous nice and polite! In addition, the quality of my food was amazing!!! I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with 2 sides and a drink. All of the food was amazing!! The chicken was really crispy and wasn't overcooked like most of the Popeyes establishment! My mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were both really delicious!! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you all for being so professional and delivering on quality food service.
The lady working the counter today was extremely customer service friendly! I had a large order and she came around from the back to hand deliver my bags. I was checking to make sure everything was in there and she even helped me! So I have to give her a high five ! Thank You! Food is always fresh at this location and fast service !
I was panicking when we didn’t plan properly for our first thanksgiving in our new home. I saw that this location was open and placed an order for pick on EZCATER the night before Thanksgiving and it was available by noon the next day! The employees were wonderful and the food was absolutely perfect! Made our last minute thanksgiving meal so delicious!
I especially like to eat his food. I have been eating it for several years. I have eaten many places. This is definitely the best one in this brand. The staff of this popeyes are very enthusiastic and the best staff I have ever met. Their chicken nuggets are tender and smoother than all the stores I have eaten before. Burgers are also delicious. Not once is bad. The taste of sweet tea is absolutely recommended. You must try it when you pass by here.
Fresh food. The chicken was so crispy I could tell the oil was new. Sweet tea was available and a balanced sweet (not full of sugar). Very professional setting. Friendly customer service, ex employee smiled and ask if everything was ok during my dine in.
I'm glad that this store is now open After having bad experiences in other stores around I decided to try this location and the service was extremely fast (online order ) when I pick up the order the staff was very friendly Chicken was delicious 😋 I'll be back for sure !!!!
This new location is starting out great! Everyone was very friendly. The person I believe was the manager was available to help her new employees despite it being busy. The portions were great also. I got a 5 piece tender and got a sufficient number of pieces.
Restaurant was clean and neat, smelled very good inside. Food was fresh and delicious! Service was so good I actually went to the counter and handed the young man a tip! $7 dollar daily specials!
The food was as expected but the service is lacking. Poor English and understanding of my order. I specifically asked for the strawberry cheesecake or something and due to the fact I was a first time customer I was entitled to an apple pie which we were excited for . Got neither one. I’ll stick with KFC
I put order to pick up about 15 minutes after placing it. Got there exactly 14 minutes after. Got home about 12 minutes later. Food was cold. I ordered 3 spicy sandwiches and new ghost pepper. All sandwiches tasted like regular, no spice. I ordered large mango smoothie got regular size. The chicken tenders ordered for kids were ice cold and looked like they were not even cooked properly. For prices they charge should be better service.
Flys buzzing around left and right in the Popeyes. My mac n cheese was pale yellow and hardly looked like noodles, but worst of all they must’ve scraped the bottom of the tray and tossed the scabby burnt cheese in the cup too. C’mon mannn!
The chicken wings were extremely small. There was more sauce than meat
I can smell the rancid old cooking oil as soon as I put the bag in my car. Couldn’t even smell the food. So disgusting. They should really do something about this
