I bought a 100 mixed chicken tray for a party from this location and they had the best customer service from many other locations I’ve used. Also it was very clean in this location inside and out! They had my order ready on time and again very good customer service!

Ever since this location is under a new management I always get my orders accurate and fresh. Ali, the manager, is always welcoming and friendly. My favorite location hands down.

I came in today picking up a whole order for my family, the person taking my order was very polite and kept repeating my order and didn’t mess up, they did tell me I had to wait but I didn’t wait that long, the manager came out and was very polite and gave us free dessert that I recommend 100%, all the working were very nice and polite.

Came for chicken sandwich, stayed for the service. Not only was the food on point-crispy,hot and full of flavor-but shoutout to the management for running things so smoothly .

This location is Tier 1 Popeyes. Ali is the manager of the store I believe and he is awesome. The store is clean and the food always comes out great. Fries are ALWAYS hot and crispy.

The drive-through order taker was very hands-off and rude. People spend money for various reasons. Whether it's because their hungry, the experience, whatever it may be, you're spending your money and shouldn't have to deal with rudeness. I'm big on service because one never knows what someone is going through, so simply being polite, smiling, and saying, "Have a nice day" wouldn't hurt you. If you don't like your position in the organization, you have the authority to change it.

Placed a pretty large work order right when they opened. Ordering online (with this store) was super easy. The employee packing my order behind the counter was friendly and helped me out to my car with all of the bags. The food was hot and delicious, we got alot of thumbs up at lunchtime.

Ali is the absolute BEST!!! Wanted to try the Cajun Turkey for Thanksgiving and originally went to the Popeyes in Glendale Heights. The employee told me it would be $109 with tax. Told her no thank you and went down the street to Villa Park. Ali was so kind and helpful and told me the turkey was $60. But it wasn't just the better price, it was the fact that he greeted me with a smile and actually wanted to help and didn't mind all my questions. Picked up my order today and everything was amazing.

Ordered ahead online and when we picked it up it was 100% accurate. Food was hot and tasted good although my particular piece of chicken was a little overcooked but still good! Great customer service, Ali took care of us right away. He even gave me a free drink because it was hot outside! Easy, efficient and great meal. :-)

I came to this location on a random Sunday and dined in. Food was hot and fresh to order. We had tenders, biscuits, Mac, and mash. This location is about 1-2 years old and still maintains very clean. The staff was friendly, especially Fayaz. This location is further away from me but worth the extra 15 min drive.

Every single experience I had here was so pleasant: ordering at the drive through, paying at the window, and getting my food brought out in the parking lot after I had to wait just a couple minutes for fresh yummy food. Everyone was so friendly, patient, and professional the entire time. It was a little shocking that everyone seemed so good at their jobs and like they wanted their customers to have a good experience. I had a long difficult day and this impromptu fast food visit was unexpectedly a breath of fresh air. Thank you!!

This is by far the best popeyes I've ever been to. ALL the other locations in the city are trash in comparison 🫢 If I'm craving it, I will drive all the way out here, and it's always worth it. Food is always on point. Customer service is always superb.

I eat here at least 5 days per week since it first opened . The manager Monica does a wonderful job keeping the restaurant clean and looking like new and the food is always perfect . I have friends that live near two other Popeye's restaurants but they always drive to this one because its so clean and the food is always better ! I hope the owner decides to give her a big raise because she truly deserves it !

Came here tonight to try a new location . Got family deal. Chicken was made so good and fresh. All the food was great. The guys working there are very nice too. I was driving around the area, looking for a bite to eat on North Ave on my lunch break, and came across the Popeyes location. I pulled in to the drive thru, asked for my order without any trouble. Drive thru experience was fast-and-easy. I then proceeded to pay for my meal, collect my order, and take off (a whole process that was under 5 minutes or less). I was happy to leave with ease, and more excited to enjoy my meal back at my office.

Love this location! They should go around & train all other Popeye’s locations because they get it right every time! I always go through the drive thru but they are always so friendly. If you need a quick fix for the fam this is a great place for chicken. Side note: I live way closer to Addison location but go out of my way to frequent the Villa Park Popeyes.

I’ve been here an enormous amount of times and for many reasons Not only because of the fact that they’re open till 3 a.m. every day I will tell you that their food is always fresh and perfect, but the best part about this location is the service!!! hands down? They go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience and that your order is perfect and that you leave with a smile. I cannot tell you how many times they’ve turned a bad day of mine into a good one just because of their friendliness thank you to the staff bravo.

Ursula has been the main reason I come back to this location. She has been pleasant and welcoming. The place is very clean, and the food comes out warm. The Beverages is never watered down and of course the food is always delicious.

My vist was much better than expected, there is a huge difference between city and suburban establishments. Walked in order taken immediately, CSR made sure the order was correct. Meal was tasty, hot, and timely. Establishment was clean, noise level was less than moderate. Good visit.

I have to say that this is probably the best Popeyes establishment that I've eaten at. I went through the Drive Thru around 9 pm, and it only took them about 2-3 minutes to have my food!!!! They were courteous nice and polite! In addition, the quality of my food was amazing!!! I ordered a 3 piece chicken meal with 2 sides and a drink. All of the food was amazing!! The chicken was really crispy and wasn't overcooked like most of the Popeyes establishment! My mac and cheese and mashed potatoes were both really delicious!! Keep up the great work!!! Thank you all for being so professional and delivering on quality food service.

I was panicking when we didn’t plan properly for our first thanksgiving in our new home. I saw that this location was open and placed an order for pick on EZCATER the night before Thanksgiving and it was available by noon the next day! I especially like to eat his food. I have been eating it for several years. I have eaten many places. This is definitely the best one in this brand. The staff of this popeyes are very enthusiastic and the best staff I have ever met. Their chicken nuggets are tender and smoother than all the stores I have eaten before. Burgers are also delicious. Not once is bad. The taste of sweet tea is absolutely recommended. You must try it when you pass by here.

This new location is starting out great! Everyone was very friendly. The person I believe was the manager was available to help her new employees despite it being busy. The portions were great also. I got a 5 piece tender and got a sufficient number of pieces.

It's been a while since I stopped at a Popeyes so the menu is different. Chicken is still great, sandwich was as advertised. Went inside and the menu is confusing. Only ordered a side of beans and rice because it wasn't clear. Disappointed with the r and b. Never been to this one but staff looked new and being trained, hopefully.

Best Popeyes I've been to. Service is fast and order has always been correct. Would highly recommend. Edit: The order being right didn't last forever. The last 4 I've times I've gone have always had something (typically the biscuit) is missing from the order.

I ordered some $33 worth of food for pick up, including 4 flounder fish sandwiches and a shrimp tackle box. The shrimp box didn't come with any sauces at all. Is that correct? We were very disappointed in the dry, plain shrimp.

I specifically asked for the strawberry cheesecake or something and due to the fact I was a first time customer I was entitled to an apple pie which we were excited for . Got neither one. I put order to pick up about 15 minutes after placing it. Got there exactly 14 minutes after. Got home about 12 minutes later. Food was cold. I ordered 3 spicy sandwiches and new ghost pepper. All sandwiches tasted like regular, no spice. I ordered large mango smoothie got regular size. The chicken tenders ordered for kids were ice cold and looked like they were not even cooked properly. For prices they charge should be better service.

I ordered the 5 peace ghost pepperwings. They had a very bad odor. The bone was purplished and I will not come back to you all. If you're not familiar with cooking, then you need to ask somebody or don't be behind the counter preparing the food. This is ridiculous how I lost money.

Ordered 5 pc spicy combo, got original. Was asked to wait for fresh fries, got cold fries. Asked for an extra cup of sauce on the side. Was charged for 2 and not even given the correct sauce. Finally to top it off the Sprite was completely flat and more than half full of ice. Don't bother with this location. If I could get my money back i would. I will never return.

It's hit and miss, usually a miss truth be told. The food isn't usually fresh, shrimp was overcooked, and the portion was miniscule. Another time, the shrimp was undercooked. Most workers here are hard to understand and communicate with, leading to much of your order being wrong.

Food taseted good however notice missing food item when I got home. worker was nice, area looked safe, and took long for food to arrive had to park in lot for over 30 minutes not good is very upsetting.

Flys buzzing around left and right in the Popeyes. My mac n cheese was pale yellow and hardly looked like noodles, but worst of all they must’ve scraped the bottom of the tray and tossed the scabby burnt cheese in the cup too. C’mon mannn!

I didn’t get utensils for the mashed potato and gravy, didn’t get the sauce we asked for and lastly we ordered 2 classic sandwiches and got one classic and one spicy so now my gf isn’t going to eat it because she didn’t want the spicy so now I have to go somewhere else to pay for more food because your team couldn’t do their jobs right. I wish I had said yes to a receipt because it wasn’t even busy when I came

My wife and I have been craving Popeyes for a few months but ours burned down. So we drove 30 minutes to this brand new Popeyes expecting it would be ok? Unfortunately the staff should stick to serving cold cut sandwiches. The chicken strips were mild and not spicy, super old, dry, rubbery, and cold. We ate half of our meals we spent $30 on and tossed it. It’s a real shame no one has any pride anymore. There must have been 100 strips piled on “the heat” lamp. The health dept needs to start being more strict. I would stay away!!!

Shorted me my spicy chicken sandwich and when I called them five minutes later to come back and get it, they stated no one was available to help me. The order was also supposed to be ready at 12:05 and when I got to the counter a few minutes late, the order hadn’t even been pulled yet. Had to wait even longer. Receipt clearly states two combo meals.

Came in no employees are wearing gloves while touching the food ! Then when I made a comment they ignored me until I told them I will refuse my food and make them remake it. I got attitude about telling them they are violating code very uneasy about the cleanse of this establishment

I came here first thing this morning when they opened the food was fresh everything was good, however I ordered a Fanta Strawberry extra Ice , I open the lid of my cup as I always do and there was a bug in my drink floating around on the ice, I was so freaked out and wasn’t expecting to see something like that , I tried calling the restaurant to speak with a manager but I didn’t get a answer. I really hate to write such a bad review because the food was good and fresh.

This company is VERY stingy with the gravy for their lumpy mashed potatoes. You pay too much money for the food and get a speck of gravy only to cover the top, even if you ask for extra, even if you asked for it put on the side, even if you want to pay extra, nope. Can't get enough gravy here...but you will pay a lot of money and wait in line for a long time and pay a rip off price for your food. Also you will get bad customer service, sad.

Thought I would try using the app again. I placed a big order at 3:30pm and it said delivery would be at 4:14pm. I checked the status around 4pm and it says 4:38pm. Shortly thereafter I got a text saying that the order was cancelled. I called the restaurant and they said it would be delivered. I called DoorDash and they said it was canceled, driver backed out. I called the store again and they said it was on its way. Then DoorDash said they were going to remake the order but wouldn't be here until 5:30pm. I canceled my order and used UberEats at the Lombard restaurant, which is closer and the order would be delivered in 10 minutes. I will not use the Popeyes App again for delivery.

Ordered on the app thinking it would be quicker and waited forever to pick it up. After telling them what I got they still read back the wrong order two more times. They didn’t even tell me that one of the things I had ordered wasn’t available. The chicken was dry as hell and the chicken sandwich looked like someone stepped on it. If the other place uses 11 spices, this one uses like half of one. No flavor at all. No wonder the 2 piece was 59 cents. That drive thru line is going to cause an accident one day since it spills onto the street.

Receipt showed the wrong thing. We asked her if there was extra fries to make sure before we left. She said there was and we take her word for it. We got home and there was no extra fries at all. “Amazing” customer service.

Got an order that was supposed to be spicy chicken and it was not. Got on the phone with the “shift manager” who said next time I will get food for free instead of fixing the mistake this time… not sure how he would know who I am next time? Doesn’t make sense.

Poor experience. Do not go here. I wanted to audit mobile ordering experience. I placed an order via mobile and arrived at the drive thru 5 min later. I gave my name and was told to pull forward. There were two cars ahead of me. When I got to the window, he didn’t know who I was or what I ordered. He said they hadn’t started making it and I’d have to wait 4 min for it to be made. I was told to pull around to the parking lot. After waiting over 10 min, I went inside to check if he had forgotten. The same worker asked me what I wanted to order, clearly not remembering the prior interaction 10 min prior. I reminded him and then he asked me what I ordered. It’s worth noting that there was no one else in the restaurant at the time. ie. It was not at all busy. Mistakes happen for everyone, but this was not caused by high customer volume. Disappointing experience overall that defeated the point of mobile ordering. Do not recommend.

The manager of this place is called Ali ( Hindu) I came to this place to buy chicken in large quantities for a party This person was very kind about the prices he offered me, but later I found out in other branches that he was selling me double the price. In addition, on the payment receipt he wrote something different about the order made by the computer. This is how i can also find out that he was charging me double I don't understand how he can be the manager of this place

Always check your order if you order multiple items and make sure to get a receipt 'coz you'll be back for the missing items. This Popeye's shorted my last two large orders and when I went back for the missing items, I was always given a hard time. I won't be back.

I decided to order Popeyes through their mobile app, expecting a quick and hassle-free experience. Upon arrival at the restaurant, I found all lights on and an open sign, but I had encountered exceptionally rude staff. Despite placing a mobile order, they dismissed me and seemed disinterested in providing any service. This experience left me frustrated and disappointed with this new Popeyes location, especially as they always forget to provide sauce on mobile orders, or may have missing items and will not provide an alternative.

i come here to pick up uber orders i get to the speaker i say the customers name kid says pull up but when i get to the window he says dont have this order so why are you wasting my time should have told at the speaker dont have this order by the name top of that attitude problem so fix this issue this happened numerous time here at night!
