Who in the history of Chick-fil-A ever has a bad thing to say about the customer service? They have set the industry standard. Always polite, cheerful and ready to help. The only issue I ever have is that i am a fatty. They never ever ever fill up your large waffle fries. It's always half full... Never half empty because it's Chic-fil-A and optimism is everything.

I love the fact we have one here in town. BUT I’ve been maybe 7 times and out of those times 6 I’ve had an issue. Sometimes I didn’t get my whole order or the wait was so long. I don’t have a choice but to go to this location. I wish they would get up to the chick-fil-a standards. I don’t even think they’re friendly either. A positive - it’s convenient

Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I thought it was terrible compared to the same from Red Oak. Why? Didn’t finish it.

Over 30 minutes wait for 2 sandwiches pre ordered on the app, watching probably half the line get brought their order while I sit and wait! Always a good time, nothing even mentioned about the wait! Thanks guys

I used to go to this location to get lunch in the morning but they stopped that. I was sad about that but got over it. Now I ordered a kale salad and some foreign substance was in it. Another time my co worker had hair in her chicken nugget box. 😩 This location is a no go

woah. let me start off by saying i worked at a chick fil a so understand how some things are simply out of your control however, why on earth did it take almost 30 minutes for a mobile carry out order. i understand it’s not the front end teams fault so it must be an issue with your kitchen. i know mobile carry outs are not a priority but that is ridiculous and your kitchen needs serious readjustment. maybe dont stop making breakfast before breakfast ends. seriously disappointing, hope you guys fix your kitchen.

Came through the drive through, ordered a salad Fries and a drink paid then I get to the window and they tell me they no longer have salads, and they offered me a refund, so I take it and then as I'm almost home I look at my receipt and I was only refunded the salad and not the fries and drink, honestly I think this place needs to pay a little more attention now I'm gonna be late on my break because they don't communicate things properly

This morning right before 9 I happily opened the door for the manager and she didn’t even bother saying thank you, as i was leaving i said thank you and she ignored me. not very friendly management hospitality. she was blonde

The worse Chick fil a I've been to. Everytime I order food on the app never fails that they forget something(sauces, fork). Then you go in and the workers dont ask if you need help.

I came through the drive-thru Today 7/14/2025 at 9:20am and ordered two Chicken Minis meals, an 8-count nugget meal, and a burrito entrée. I specifically asked for extra sauces. When I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted with a “hello” or any kind of friendly acknowledgment i was just told my total. After receiving my drinks, I was asked to pull around and wait for my food. A few minutes later, I got my order, but when I checked the bag, I had no sauces at all, even though the bag was labeled for Buffalo sauce and ranch. I also didn’t receive any salsa for the burrito. The service felt rushed and impersonal—definitely not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. I didn’t even get a “my pleasure.” Very disappointed with this visit. Will not be coming to THIS specific chick fil a.

Tried the mobile pick up order for the first time. They forgot half of our order so I went back in and said we need to get the rest of our food. And also mentioned that the fries were completely stale and cold. Instead of remaking the fries they just gave me another order of disgusting stale fries. I would expect that from a Burger King, but not from Chick-fil-A. Not the typical Chick-fil-A standards. Also, the bread was stale.

Their fries are always brown and disgusting because they don’t change the oil and they always give me the wrong order. It’s happened multiple times.
