It was a blessing and a pleasure to visit Chick-fil-A and have an interaction with Ms. Heather. She was very professional and kind. Her spirit was welcoming and we could tell she really enjoyed her position and was working towards advancement.
My wife absolutely loves a Chick-fil-A Spicy Southwest salad with crispy chicken nuggets and avocado ranch dressing. Yes, I have her regular order saved in the app. Myself, I will get a Cobb salad with regular ranch dressing plus a spicy chicken sandwich. The salad is good, but the chicken sandwiches at Chick-fil-A are top notch. It is always "my pleasure" to order food from Chick-fil-A.
Great staff! Not liking the buns since they changed them.
Stopped in around 9pm pm a Sat evening. Dining room was empty but staff was still cleaning and ready to help serve us. Got our food out fast with a smile and thanks for coming in.

One of the cleanest Chick-fil-A locations I've ever been to. They offer extra amenities that are inviting. Thank you for going the extra mile to make my traveling experience memorable!
My wife and I take our grandkids there often to have lunch and let them play in the play room...the staff is super friendly and they always accommodate my order of no bread...their diet lemonade is super delicious and of course their chicken and waffle fries are the main attraction...but what makes this a great place is the fact that it's a Christian based company that's never waivered amid the protests and critical comments because it stays true to Christian beliefs..
Had an exceptional visit today. Ida stopped by our table several times to check on us. I haven't had service this good in some sit-down restaurants. Other fast food places have a lot to learn to catch up with Chick fil A's level of perfection. They had a huge bouquet of flowers in the sitting area and in the restroom. Such attention to detail.
4 stars for food only because our nuggets had to be redone (per the cashier), and the new ones tasted like burnt oil. Guessing the first batch was overcooked and they didn't change the oil out. The nuggets were still decent, just not as good as normal. They were very busy with holiday travelers though, so that may have been why. Bathrooms and atmosphere were clean and welcoming. They had a very nice memorial table for fallen soldiers and cute decor all around. Play place was clean and smelled nice, kiddos enjoyed the little break from memorial weekend travel.
We come here EVERYDAY! And on every other Saturday! We have never been disappointed. I order food for work at this chick fil a, even though I work all the way in Arlington, the reason I do that is because they have AWESOME SERVICE and their food is always hot and delicious. My daughter doesn’t get tired of the food and I never get tired of the great service! Thank you Ennis Chick-fil-A…… you guys rock!!!! I hate to add this comment because I have never been disappointed here!!!we got a kids meal and ordered strawberries & blueberries only instead of fries and this is what I got (see photo). My daughter was sad…… it’s okay Chick-Fil-A! We’ll keep coming
Who in the history of Chick-fil-A ever has a bad thing to say about the customer service? They have set the industry standard. Always polite, cheerful and ready to help. The only issue I ever have is that i am a fatty. They never ever ever fill up your large waffle fries. It's always half full... Never half empty because it's Chic-fil-A and optimism is everything.
I love the fact we have one here in town. BUT I’ve been maybe 7 times and out of those times 6 I’ve had an issue. Sometimes I didn’t get my whole order or the wait was so long. I don’t have a choice but to go to this location. I wish they would get up to the chick-fil-a standards. I don’t even think they’re friendly either. A positive - it’s convenient
Ordered a sausage egg and cheese biscuit. I thought it was terrible compared to the same from Red Oak. Why? Didn’t finish it.
Over 30 minutes wait for 2 sandwiches pre ordered on the app, watching probably half the line get brought their order while I sit and wait! Always a good time, nothing even mentioned about the wait! Thanks guys
I used to go to this location to get lunch in the morning but they stopped that. I was sad about that but got over it. Now I ordered a kale salad and some foreign substance was in it. Another time my co worker had hair in her chicken nugget box. 😩 This location is a no go
woah. let me start off by saying i worked at a chick fil a so understand how some things are simply out of your control however, why on earth did it take almost 30 minutes for a mobile carry out order. i understand it’s not the front end teams fault so it must be an issue with your kitchen. i know mobile carry outs are not a priority but that is ridiculous and your kitchen needs serious readjustment. maybe dont stop making breakfast before breakfast ends. seriously disappointing, hope you guys fix your kitchen.
Came through the drive through, ordered a salad Fries and a drink paid then I get to the window and they tell me they no longer have salads, and they offered me a refund, so I take it and then as I'm almost home I look at my receipt and I was only refunded the salad and not the fries and drink, honestly I think this place needs to pay a little more attention now I'm gonna be late on my break because they don't communicate things properly
This morning right before 9 I happily opened the door for the manager and she didn’t even bother saying thank you, as i was leaving i said thank you and she ignored me. not very friendly management hospitality. she was blonde
The worse Chick fil a I've been to. Everytime I order food on the app never fails that they forget something(sauces, fork). Then you go in and the workers dont ask if you need help.
I came through the drive-thru Today 7/14/2025 at 9:20am and ordered two Chicken Minis meals, an 8-count nugget meal, and a burrito entrée. I specifically asked for extra sauces. When I got to the window, I wasn’t greeted with a “hello” or any kind of friendly acknowledgment i was just told my total. After receiving my drinks, I was asked to pull around and wait for my food. A few minutes later, I got my order, but when I checked the bag, I had no sauces at all, even though the bag was labeled for Buffalo sauce and ranch. I also didn’t receive any salsa for the burrito. The service felt rushed and impersonal—definitely not what I expect from Chick-fil-A. I didn’t even get a “my pleasure.” Very disappointed with this visit. Will not be coming to THIS specific chick fil a.
Tried the mobile pick up order for the first time. They forgot half of our order so I went back in and said we need to get the rest of our food. And also mentioned that the fries were completely stale and cold. Instead of remaking the fries they just gave me another order of disgusting stale fries. I would expect that from a Burger King, but not from Chick-fil-A. Not the typical Chick-fil-A standards. Also, the bread was stale.
Their fries are always brown and disgusting because they don’t change the oil and they always give me the wrong order. It’s happened multiple times.
