Stopped here on June 22nd, about 5pm. We had just gotten in town and wanted something quick to take to the hotel. I normally don't leave reviews for fast food type places, but I had to come leave this review because we had a wonderful experience. The customer service was wonderful and the sandwiches were delicious. They weren't out of anything. It was refreshing to have some smiling faces greet us in Eureka!
Gold stars in everything! Location is easy to find, easily accessible, good parking, service was outstanding & food was top notch. Best Subway I've been in hands down. The presentation of the food in the deli cases was sparkling & I love the atmosphere.
The employee who made our order was behind, so it took much longer than any previous Subway visit. He was kind, though, and provided excellent service. The food tasted fresher than it has in a long time.

I went this afternoon to pick up a couple of sandwiches. There were two cars in the drive, two other customers in front of me, a call in order and by the time I left 3 other customers behind me. Subway had one employee working, the young many was working his tail off! He was polite, upbeat, happy, and worked fastly. I'm sure this store has no idea how lucky they are to have him. In fact if he ever leaves there I sure hope my job hires him!!!! I believe his name was Rajesh.
It was one of the only places in town we could get into after the Zombie Crawl. They were busy, but the dining area is large, and the ppl working were quick, efficient, & friendly.

This was a great subway! Honestly probably the best service at a restaurant I've received in a long time! The sweet girl served us even though they were closed already & we didn't even know it until after we had startedour order. Whoever she was that closed on Saturday night (wish I would have caught her name) is an employee to hang on to for sure! As an employer it's always wonderful to know when an employee shines & represents your business well...she most definitely did this!

Fresh food and two really friendly employees (Roy and a female, I didn’t get her name). They were great! We got there around 9:40 pm, the bread and the veggies were fresh! A nice treat after a long drive and visiting the area.

First, I walk up and open the door, instantly the smell of fresh baked bread consumes me! Oh how beautiful the smell! I then proceed to the counter to place my order and the colorful veggies are just popping! The staffs service was 5 star! This subway right here.... Makes the best sandwich hands down that I've ever had from SUBWAY EVER! The store is spotless! I highly recommend this Subway, i can honestly say the service and food have me spoiled! Thanks Subway!

Last night I was touched with the work ethic displayed by your employee, Amber. She was the only one working, with a lobby full of people and a drive thru line of 4 cars. On top of this she was also managing online and mobile orders. Amber was communicative, apologetic about the wait time, and overall very kind. I watched her juggle the orders in the way they were recieved, without becoming overwhelmed or snappy. This woman has great potential and I hope management at this establishment recognizes that! Amber thank you for encouraging me to do better at my place of employment.

I had a wonderful experience at this location today. I was met with friendliness from the voice at the drive through as well as smiles and friendly faces at the pickup window. Tonight I went in and Amber and jullion greeted me and they had drive thru packed and online orders and a packed house. Yet was working so fast yet perfectly together baking bread while handling a crowd and Being fare in the order of all. Apologizing and explaining that they would get to us as fast as possible and they did thanking each one of. Us for the patience we. Showed. By far the best 2 workers subway has had at night. Definitely the hardest. And most respectful ones.
Amber and Julian was fantastic! Although they were out of white and wheat bread but in the process of baking some I tried the Italian herb brand and it was very good. To the staff today was very friendly

Atmosphere – 5/5 The location is always clean and welcoming, and it feels like a good spot to stop in for a quick meal. Service – 4/5 The staff are friendly and do their best, but this Subway is almost always understaffed and overwhelmed with customers. Because of that, service can feel a little slow. The effort is there though, and they handle the rush as well as they can. Overall, it’s a solid Subway that we keep coming back to, with just a few small areas for improvement.

Came late so they didn't have much. But at 930 wanted a meatball. Settled for a steak and cheese. Kids were nice, but their soda machine was already unhooked and all I wanted was water. So had to pay for two expensive bottles of water their. So that was kinda annoying. You'd think since they had the machine off they wouldn't charge. Sub was good. Kids saved the review from 1-2*
DO NOT order online! Doordash, the service they use, apparently never actually shows up, for some reason. I was waiting an hour and twenty minutes before I broke down and called. The woman who picked up told me that they'd been a problem for a while, there wasn't much this business could do, and advised me to contact Doordash or my financial institution to seek a refund. I advise you to skip ordering online. I imagine the store itself is wonderful -- I just wish they had called me or similar to tell me about the issue when they saw that there was an order.
Got there kind of early but the doors were open so went in anyways. Not super friendly staff but did go ahead and make my food. The steak, egg and cheese sandwich was very good. Hot and cheese melty and had plenty of meat on it. It will do in a pinch if you are in a hurry and need something to eat.
Flies everywhere!! Only two people working taking online orders and drive thru, polite service but delayed, tables in the dining room were filthy, to the eye not wiped down, used the restroom and no soap, notified a worker and she said just use the men's bathroom! Would not recommend this Subway at all!!
Placed an online order got there when said and then waited 45 mins in the lobby for my order while they skipped over mine and just kept helping everyone that walked in even though I was sitting in there. I understand it was only 2 of them but maybe on a sat night have more than to people working. As for the employees they did not stop they were go go go the whole time and I actually felt bad for them. Then they had no choc chip cookies. Asked for no tomato and had it anyway. Sandwiches were on the wrong bread, I could go on but u get it wasn't a good experience

Have eaten here several times and every time the staff is short and rude! The lady that made my sandwich and two protein bowl put half the meat that we should have gotten and was talking to a drive thru customer and myself at the same time. The kid who put the bowls together put the meat on the bottom and put little to no ranch! We asked for a meal with the sub which he didn't hear us say and acted confused when I wanted the cookies with my meal and proceeded with a rude tone to say there $2 I said I wanted a meal he then asked the other employee did we ring up a meal. I said you clearly didn't hear me and I wanted the meal he then said there $2 and I wasn't getting them for free... The owner needs to teach his employees some manners! This is one of the worst subways I've been too and will not be going back!
One of the employees has walked near my car twice and shouted the order I commonly get through the mic. Second time, she was talking over me and I had trouble saying what I actually wanted. When I got to the window, I was told that they wrung me up for the wrong sandwich (the order the employee had shouted over me), and they proceeded to charge my card for the wrong order and then didn't give me a receipt. I haven't ever done anything to the employees so I'm not sure why I am being disrespected.
It took 25 minutes to get two, six inch subs and a drink from the drive through. One sandwich was wrong and the other, poorly made. There was maybe one person in the dining room. The lady at the window complained that they were 10 internet orders behind. Service and order accuracy has been a problem at this store for a while!
Always understaffed, crew members are rude and unprofessional, I've gone in 3 times in the last week and have had to leave empty handed due to crew members attitude and being super slow and taking 20 minutes to make 1 sandwich, definitely don't go to Eureka springs arkansas Subway in fact it should be closed down permanently
Our order was totally wrong. Italian...add capicola...none. No lettuce, half a head. One kind of cheese was removed n wanted pepper jack. PSYCHE!!! Reg Lay's was SC&O. Reg coke was a sprite. I thought we ordered from McDonald's!!! REALLY??
For the second time in less than 2weeks, my app order was not fulfilled completely! One sandwich lacked cheese which was supposed to be on it. My sandwich hardly had any meat on it. It was a steak and cheese sandwich. Thankfully it had the cheese on it that I wanted. Management emailed me last time I provided input stating they would ensure their staff is properly trained. Don't think that has happened yet. Maybe need to go through management training as well. Don't think I'm going to order from this store for a while.

Food tastes like garbage every time and their employees don’t know what theyre doing. Management doesn’t want to hire the overqualified (English speaking) African gentleman who applied. 2 new employees made my food today with 0 customer service skills and were rude and put my allergy all over my food and didn’t give me my receipt and hung up on me when I was asking about it. Thank you Alice(?) and Julie. I’m disabled and already have a hard enough time dealing with a public that doesn’t understand. They have a hard time getting decent employees to stay. Trash establishment. Been 5 times. Never a good experience. They get so many complaints that they put a sign up telling people not to give a point of contact to management lol.
I will NEVER step foot back into this establishment!!! Waited 5 min at counter, no one showed up, so I went over to side where they could see me. Girl came out and said she was by herself. Okay np. I stated I wanted wheat bread. They were out. OK. No biggie. I'll take white. Then I tell her type of sandwich. She still standing there looking at me like I have 2 heads. And asks what bread again. My husband calmly says, she said white. Girl then informs me that she doesn't serve rude customers. Like what the crap!! Then proceeds to take off her gloves and disappeared to back. I have NEVER DEALT WITH SUCH RUDENESS! We travel frequently and usually stop at a subway along the way. This one will now be taken off our list. So freaking sorry. On top of that I was not feeling good bc we had been traveling and I needed to eat. So we went to the Horseshoe Cafe, where they appreciate our business and care about customers. This was at 2:20 on Saturday the 25th!
Tried to call and explain a food allergy nicely and explained I was upset how she was acting towards me and she rudely said good luck trying to get a free sandwich and hung up the phone didnt tell me her name or anything. Refused to pick up after I wanted to speak to a manager. The sandwich was also very skimpy and I paid to just give it away.. not a happy customer. I actually really enjoyed their location.

The bag is always sealed with a sticker, indicating the food inside is accurate. For the last 3 weeks they did not put the chips in the bag. I wonder how much money they make of the food people order and don’t receive. It’s too much of an inconvenience to drive back there to get my chips I paid for. I just wish they would fill the order on the ticket. Then today I order a steak and cheese from the online portal. I selected to remove the onions and leave on the green peppers. Well guess what, I got onions and no peppers. I knew it was wrong before I opened the sandwich from the staunch of the pile of onions they put on the sandwich. I think it’s impossible for them to get an order correct. My suggestion is not to order online, they obviously don’t read their tickets.
