It's a convenient location right off of I45. I personally don't have any issues with customer service. The drive thru is fairly quick about getting my food out and everything is usually fresh. However, there have been times I've went about an hour before they close and the food was disappointing. Also, their sweet tea is nothing like it used to be. It seems like every time I get one it's watered down. I rarely go inside, but when I have it was clean.

This place is hit or miss. Always seems to be run by kids. Had to wait for chicken to cook, then had to prompt the counter help to actually fix our plates. Workers just sitting at the front 3 tables playing on phones. Dirty floors & tables needing to be cleaned. Not impressed

Service was great but the place was a dump. Dead bugs all over the place, dirty bathrooms, just gross. Would not eat at that location again.

This is the 3rd time I've went there and they tell me they have no livers. The place closes at 9 the little girl comes outside any the tells me were not cooking them anymore after 8. The other day I ordered at the drive thru at 2pm and they told me they were out of livers. This place sucks! There's nothing but kids working there who hardly work then they never have no dang food. This place needs to be shut completely down! It sucks

For the third time I ordered a LEG and a THEIGH and got a leg and a BREAST, WHITE MEAT, I want dark meat. The manager on duty "bring back your order and we will replace it" and I'm guessing I am to throw up the leg meat I ate. One of my prier visit, about a year ago, the meat was NOT cooked completely. Needless to say, it would be great to have a real chicken place in Fairfield, Texas.

This place should be shut down immediately. There is obviously a lack of management and supervision. The restrooms stink, employees were dressed inappropriately, the chicken was old and cold, pies were greasy and soggy. There were about 6 kids working with very little traffic. They were all sitting in the lobby charging and playing with their phones. They were rude and customer service was horrible. If you are thinking about stopping here, don't! Run the other direction!!! Management should be ashamed of themselves.

I have been coming to this place for 3 years. They were improving their chicken and service. I went back today and the chicken looks like rubber. I paid almost 60 dollars. I ask the employees and they say sometimes they have good chicken and sometimes not. Which I think if you pay 60 dollars the quality of the chicken should be better. I hope the manager sees this so he can order better quality.

Rude and awful customer service! saw us walking to door 15mins before closing at 900pm! All 4-5 employees sitting with other customers. But wouldn't let us in. Employees jumping on tables to sit with their buddies.
