It was late, I was tired still had to make it to Houston that night and they were open. When I walked in the girl behind the counter was polite, funny, and very helpful. I am not a big fan of Subway in general, but it was a very pleasant experience.

This was the first time we saw this place we went in the place was clean the restrooms were also clean I feel that's important in RR business the food was hot favorable my wife loved her sandwich she didn't share like she usually does staff was great we will visit again hopefully the experience will be the same great job

Clean store, freindly staff, and we didn't get food poisoning. Better than most Subway's for sure. Dining room is large, staff were freindly, everything was clean, and the bread and toppings were fresh and clean.

I often visit different Subway restaurants every week and have received the best service since I opened the door of the store. Shawna & Amanda were waiting for me with joy and a smile. Just as it was about to close at 9:37 pm. I was coming from Austin and stopped there. It was the best option. I recommend you go and stop there.🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️🎖️

Nothing extraordinary, but a solid small-town Subway sub shop. Plenty of seating, quiet, lots of locals; be aware that, since they build your sub while you (and anyone behind you in line) watch, at busy times there can be a wait to get your meal. It's clearly visible from the I-10 feeder but you have to exit the Interstate before you can see it. If you see a bus here you might want to try somewhere else; otherwise, it's a great quick meal when on the road - or, like me, when you're passing by from in town. Recommended.

Nice girl. Be ready to say when to stop on mayo and mustard. She put too much because I said "more mayo than mustard". She said "tell me when to stop". During all this she didn't stop squeezing the bottle.

Hailey was very friendly and professional. The food was very good. A little dissappointed that they do not carry sausage for their pizzas... But overall very good food and service. 4 Stars.

The wraps are good but this location makes them small. Plenty of area to park a 18wheeler ( across the street) The service is good

The sandwichs were fresh. Staff was pleasant although not speedy. However there is a very thin girl that works or did work there that would sleep in the dining room during her breaks. Not a great look.

The staff and employees were friendly and helpful the restaurant appeared to be clean they need to slack off of the mustard and mayo a little too much take it easy who wants to taste a sandwich it's all mustard or Mayo couldn't taste any of the other Fixins although it was fresh and appeared to be made well they squirted way too much mustard and mayo take it easy on the Mayo take it easy on the mustard

Subway is same everywhere in terms of sandwich quality and menu. What differentiated this one was the cleanliness of ladies room; however, husband said mens room was not that clean.

Friendly staff and clean. I would love to see more meat and less veggies on it. Good price.

The workers inside only wore masks when customers were present and the did not wash there hands I watched it happen the whole time I was there

Despite being very busy, she managed all the orders with a positive attitude and skill. It's clear she could use more support, but their ability to handle everything so well is extremely impressive. Keep up the excellent work!

Was refused to be allowed to order while waiting in line, well distanced from the single other customer. After being previously unacknowledged while in line, the single employee rudely asked if I had a face mask. When I stated that I have a non-contagious health condition that prevents me from wearing as mask, she demanded proof of said condition. HIPPA protects me from having to disclose such information. Additionally, there is currently no mandatory mask ordnance for this county and no sign was posted. Certainly got the impression that I was not welcome and will not be returning. Shame.

We were kicked out of Subway today for not having masks on while we ate inside. Im not sure of the logic behind this but the lady was very rude. Needless to say, we will not be returning.

The persons who prepared my club where lazy slow didn’t even put napkins in my bag had a attitude and they had no one in the restaurant ordering just and my coworker

The assistant manager was very rude to us and when we commented she told us she's the assistant manager and we can complain if we want. I hope the owner or regional manager sees this review.

When we showed up they didnt have no bread at all what so ever. You would think that they would have bread made already but I guess not

Ordered on the app, went to pickup and they were closed. Nobody answers the phone so I can get my refund.

I asked the employee if they could make cookies because they were out. They seemed confused and said no they didn’t want to. I had planned on purchasing at least 12 possible more. Do better Subway.

I didn’t have a good experience at this subway first of all I ordered a foot-long with roast beef and cheese, and it pretty much just tasted like I was eating a lettuce sandwich. There was hardly no meat on it and when you walk into a place and you smile and you say hello you’re nice enough to do that. It should be the person behind the counter doing that to the customer but in this case I tried it and I just got like a look back from the girl behind the counter, that’s kind of rude hey, she just threw that meat back into the container like she was throwing it to a dog, I should’ve just walked out then I would’ve known how crummy the sandwich was gonna be and also the soda station was a big mess lids everywhere messy no worries there’s plenty of places to stop along 10. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

They were out of meatballs..the rotisserie chicken and steak are kept cold..I have gone to so many Subways and never had seen this..we had to ask to microwave it. Since my husband does not do toasted..the ice tea canisters had stuff stuck to the bottom and floating around. A customer complained that it taste nasty..the drink machine had two out of order slots and the Coke was out..my husband had to go to the car and get two Coke cans so we can have something we liked to drink..they need to be a little more alive, they were just dragging.

Can't really rate the food because we left before being served. SLOW! Only 1 person making food, and we were never greeted. The only other employee was on the phone or in the back walking around with a phone stuck to her head. There was only 1 family in front of us. Waited 7 minutes, and those folks still didn't have their order. So much for fast food. There is a help wanted sign up....they need it.

Got food poisoning from here- I believe it was spinach that had gone bad or gotten contaminated. The refrigerated dressing board was not set up properly to keep items cold. It looks like the employee had started putting things away at least 1.5 hrs before closing time. This was on 5/10/24 @8:30pm

Worst subway ever i waited like 10 minutes around 6pm while employees were having a conversation in the back until another customer called them out. Then when they came out they were dragging there feet with a extremely annoyed face, and literally said "what you want" with an attitude. Im never going there again, it's extremely hard to deal with cashiers that act like you are a burden to them. Yall should hire people that actually want to work, and one more thing sometimes night shift lock there doors like an hour earlier than closing time since they already cleaned.

I asked for the turkey sub and the young tall gentleman there said there isn’t any right now. Then this short girl comes out with the turkey and puts it on the slicer. So now we are waiting and then she looks over at the gentleman and rudely says, what I’m not ready I still have to weigh it. In other words order something else. She did not care that there were customers nor did she care that she was being unnecessarily rude to the guy who just wanted to prepare our sandwiches. What a terrible experience. It’s literally lunch time there was no one in the place when we arrived and you don’t have turkey sliced because no one had the foresight to prepare it before lunch? A staple that also has turkey meat offered on several of their sandwiches on the menu? Make it make sense. We left without purchasing anything. I feel sorry for the owner of this franchise.

Also the employee clearly understood Spanish perfectly but did not want to make it easy to understand. They kept making fun of us. Very, very bad service.
