Great food and friendly people. I highly recommend the boneless spare rubs, they're like crispy pork candy. The dumpling wrappers are thin and the pork filling is amazing.

We went couple of times for lunch. we even introduced to a another family they also said its a great food. who ever travel to this area Must visit this place.Portions are big and prices are reasonable.

I love this place. The steamed chicken always tastes just right. The fried chicken is delicious in comparison to Pekin. Other places undercook the steamed chicken or make dry over fried chicken. But here they don’t. The General Tsos’s is really good too. As is the sweet and sour chicken. I like they offer cheese fried wontons which are excellent. Occasionally the steamed broccoli is a little mushy but not always . The garlic sauce changed however and it’s way too strong. Too much fresh garlic. That’s my only complaint. I also wish they would put fortune cookies in the bag too but that’s not anything serious lol. The delivery is always fast and order taker is always nice and remembers my order. It’a take out/delivery spot, so just be aware it’s not a traditional restaurant. But they do have 2 tables and some chairs. It’s pretty chill in there and I occasionally have sat to eat there.

I had the house special chow fun. It was loaded with large pieces of pork, chicken and shrimp. This was my first time having it. I highly recommend it. You will not be disappointed.

Local Chinese takeout spot. It's hit or miss. One day the food is great the next it is just ok. Not much to look at inside. Very dated.

Order came late. Sweet and sour chicken was very greasy. Almost all rice and barely any chicken. Had to add soy sauce to the lo mein. Egg roll was a little hard.

This Chinese woman at the cashier take certain peoples money and put your change on the counter after i gave her my money in her hands very rude and unprofessional and smile at me the best thing to do is when you go back there to order from her don’t give her any money ask to pay another worker to pay for your food

Order taker was asleep at counter with the phone ringing when I got there, not only was he missing his phone orders but mad at me for waking him up at 3:18pm, ordered a Lunch Special L08 Hunan Chicken which comes with egg roll and soup, he refused to give me the soup and egg roll.

This was a mistake honestly meant to order from another place but this place Lomein taste like it was from last week and burnt oil. The boneless spare ribs was cut up like chipped ground beef. And egg roll and homemade tea was ok. But for $17 I could have had 3 meals from kelli on utopia parkway is wayyyyyyyyyyyy better and fresh and fast. Same meal is 12$

The place was completely empty which was a sign because IYKYK but I still proceeded to order. The portions was big but the food lack flavor, the rice was grittty texture, I found 2 jumbo shrimps in my food and we all know there’s no jumbo shrimps in 🍤 fried rice, and the garlic sauce was just not there. I hate that for them but based off the recent reviews and my last experience I won’t be coming back.

Per other reviewers advice about door dash, I ordered straight from the actual place. Now, I saw the warnings about the delivery driver possibly being rude, but thought it was probably just that specific reviewer. But no. These delivery drivers give the restaurant a bad rep. I work in a building and could not leave the grounds— but was willing to go to the entrance in order to meet the delivery guy. Now, he did not want to get out of his car. We went back and forth at least a 5 min, with me explaining that i could not go outside. When he got out his car and finally did his JOB— Upon our exchange, i was very apologetic, but this fellow was so mad about, having to get out of his car, he actual was threatening that next time he will cancel my order, if I do not come outside. Excuse me, BUT THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME. Such an unpleasant experience. Zero rating if I could.

The whole purpose of a delivery is for the delivery to be made at your door. Now when we order directly from them we are told we have to.come down to the first floor & get the delivery. We decided to order through GrubHub/Seemless. We order started using Seemless because Mr.. Chan's stopped taking credit cards and went to cash only.. The first order...no problem because a delivery person from Seemless made the delivery. Tonight however, Mr. Chan's decided to use their own delivery person and right away my phone rang to tell me I had to come down. I told them the same as I've told them before, I'm handicap and it needs to be delivered to my door. I told them that was the whole reason I ordered through Seemless. When the guy came up with my food he very rudely told me if I don't come down to get the food, then I can no longer order from them. If I wanted to go down 3 flights of stairs I would order directly from them. I should have to do that when I order through Seemless. Why use delivery services like Seemless if you're still going to use your own delivery person to make the delivery. I will post this review every place I can because they are terrible when it comes to customer service. Tonight is the last time we order from them!

The latter's prices were lower, but they tried to charge the higher prices on the paper menu. When I pointed out the difference, they gave the "That's on old menu" excuse and tore up the plastic menu. I then pointed out it's illegal to charge more than a posted menu that was displayed when I came in, and that if there's a difference, they have to charge the lower price. THIS IS CONSUMER LAW! They absolutely refused to comply, so I will NEVER go there again. I recommend that no one patronize these crooks and liars!
