Avis sur Peking Empire Flushing
This place is my local joint to go to chinese food. Their chicken broccoli with fried rice is always banging. I love it spicy so they make my food spicy upon my request. Chicken wings are delicious also.
They’ve been here for over 25 years and never fail the flushing locals 10/10. Delivery guy, owner, and chef, all kind and hardworking.
This 5stars is for the delivery guy. I have to say their delivery guy is very nice, he doesn’t rush you to come down stair to pick up the food. And he always bring up the food to your apartment door.
By far the best Chinese food I’ve ever had. Never had any issues, food is flavorful and staff are respectful and polite.
My go to place to order around here. I tried the other Chinese spots but this ones the best. The delivery guy the nicest person in the planet.
I’ve been ordering Chinese food delivery from here for years, they’re super nice people and the food is always fresh. I’m used to reviewing places in the city but not my local go-to spots and this place definitely deserves it so here I am!
Typical Chinese takeout. Excellent taste so we are regular customers. Delivery workers are very nice too.
Definity my top choice for Chinese takeout in Flushing. They have the best chicken broccoli I ever had. It has the perfect balance of flavors, tender chicken, and crisp broccoli. And when it comes to their fried chicken? Absolute perfection – it's juicy and crispy in all the right ways.
Everytime I order from this restaurant, they're always friendly on the phone taking orders. Their food is super delicious and hot. I love the fried rice and the chicken wings with garlic sauce. 🔥 Every food I tried so far was super tasty and hands down the best! The delivery driver is always friendly. They deserve good tip!! A+
Absolutely delicious food and fast service. Took a long walk with a friend specifically to try something new. General Tso chicken is out this world! 10/10 would lick the floor.
Incredible food at an amazing price. Was delivered even faster than the said. Delivery driver was so kind and helpful. Definitely trying again next time we’re in the city!!
Get ready to indulge in some truly authentic cuisine bursting with flavor. And the best part? You'll be eating organic, sustainably sourced food. Plus, the staff members are incredibly warm and hospitable.
A Gem in Flushing. My all time favorite place for Chinese Take Out. I’ve been eating from Peking for the past 22 years & it’s never a miss. I have my usuals, but then I’ll occasionally switch it up, try something new & everything is delicious & fresh no matter what. I’ve tried other places & none compare. I eat here so much, they recognize my voice over the phone & the delivery man stopped me once while I was walking, to say hi! I love them & their food. Seriously so good!
I spent some time living right in the downtown Flushing area, near the 7 train, and I tried all the Chinese delivery places until I found the best, and Peking Empire is it. It's a dive, but the food is great. The dough on the dumplings is very thick as someone else said. Raquel F was a total karen
The owners are always nice and friendly, the food is also cheapest in the area if you go by their lunch specials and still uphold good quality. I recommend ordering by phone even for pick up to save time.
The food tastes CLEAN, homemade. The quantity is generous. The person who takes the order is extremely polite and the chef accommodates adjustments. The delivery person is polite and always has a smile on his face. Best take out!
Perfect lunch special in a hurry! We had the lunch special while waiting for another event. The General Tao's chicken with fried rice was delicious along with the Hot and Sour Soup which was pretty spicy. We shared the meal and there was enough rice and chicken for two people.
General Tso combination platter was excellent. Crispy chicken chunks with fantastic tasting sauce. Pork fried rice and egg roll were fantastic. Highly recommend trying Peking Empire.
One of the best sesame chicken I've ever had. Good service and lots of options to choose from. Love it!
Some of the best Chinese fiod around and reliable prices. Great egg foo young. Excellent general Tao chicken

I have been going her for years. The staff is very friendly. I love there food my favorite is the curry chicken with onions.
Been ordering from this place for over a decade. Food is superb quality and the portions are more than enough to last several days. Their sesame beef is my go to dish. Their delivery guys are also very friendly. 5/5
Very reasonable prices and delicious food. So far I tried the wonton soup and the pork Lo Mein. It all was really good. Very high quality. Updates: I still feel that this is the best Chinese take out place in Flushing. For about a year and a half, I have been obsessed with the bone-in pork ribs. Sometimes I get them just for me. And other times, I get them on Sundays to share with my family and everyone loves them. My mom was very happy with her chow mein she ordered about 6 weeks ago. A few weeks ago, I ordered chicken with mushrooms which I liked very much. Tonight I decided to try their bbq chicken wings. I am impressed with how many wings come in a small order. The wings were so yummy and I think they will be a new favorite of mine. Sometimes I just want protein instead of noodles. Instead of always getting ribs to go with whatever else I’m eating, I see myself getting wings sometimes, and ribs other times so I have different options to choose from. My mom also tried the wings and she loved them.
These guys are amazing every time foods always hot customer service always great Catering service was on time
Literally best fried dumplings I've ever had, everything tastes amazing. Staff is so friendly, and quick with great results for your order.
MOST CLEAN Chinese food. Been around since a decade ago. Dont hesitate, just order if you are reading this.

Good american chinese food cooked to order. Quick and efficient staff. You can adjust orders but usually and extra charge. For instance I ask for extra eggplant in my vegetarian mix veggie meal on white rice and that's $1 extra. Busy shop.
Small yet clean. I ordered the sesame chicken for the lunch special, and it was fresh and warm. I would come back to eat if it wasn't so crowded.
Been going there for years. Staff sweet. Food good. Delivery guy gets a shout-out... he's a doll!
I eat here or I order from here almost twice a week they are friendly delivery comes within minutes. Food pretty decent.
Typical of many Americanized Chinese menu & price, but a bit better than most, as per a lot of Asian population & competition. Once in a L~ONG while, I feel like these things. Greasy & just plain. I would not recommended to cynical real Chinese cuisine aficionados, but if u grew up in suburbs & had this sometimes then eh~

The egg rolls were very small. I ordered beef with garlic sauce and discovered it was beef and broccoli when I got home. Otherwise, the food was well prepared.
They favor quantity over quality, but that's not a bad thing either, as their food is fresh and delicious.. most of the time. This place is a mad house on the weekends. AVOID ON WEEKENDS. Their sushi is off the hook, ya dig? What is wack juice? I never had that ... What it do pimpin?
There is a Chinese takeout place closer to me, but I walked the extra 6min or so because they were much nicer on the phone when I asked about credit cards (They actually don't accept Amex). Initially found them on Google Maps. General Tsos Chicken was good, not the absolute die hard best, but it was good and I knocked down the whole thing because I'm a growing boy. My better half seemed to enjoy the Chicken with Eggplant and Garlic Sauce, it looked very very yummy and will most certainly try it later. I walked over to get menu and order, and $42 of food came out in less than 10min, and they seemed busy at the time, so that was cool. Definitely our go-to takeout place from now on!
I went because of the Google placement as one of the best Chinese restaurants near Northern Blvd & Main St. I must say preparation of my order was very fast. I ordered Garlic Chicken combo. The egg roll was very small. The pork fried rice was bland lacking accustomed veggies and little pork. Lastly, the portion was small; more the size of a lunch special rather than dinner. It wasn't horrible but for Flushing.....I wouldn't go back.

Usually i get very good portion ratios but today i order beef and brocoli and 1/3rd of the beef brocoli was just brocoli very little beef and then it was just rice. Never coming here again . Its like im just paying for brocoli and rice couldnt even finish the meal.
Tried this place out due to the good reviews I have been reading. However I think it is overrated and will continue to go elsewhere. One, the person over the phone was rude and I was practically screaming over the phone because he couldn’t hear me. Second, the food took about 45mins to deliver despite only ordering two items. And finally the food was awfully bland (I got general tso) no spice or saltiness. Only reason why Im giving 2 stars instead of 1 is bc the delivery guy was very friendly.

I ordered pepper steak and it was not good. I had to throw it out. Very disappointed. I also ordered fried dumplings and they were not fried good and were so thick. Not good I don’t know or understand how this place has great reviews
Lady in there is so rude and messes up your orders all the time even when told what not to put on the plate. I arrived and she was already arguing with a customer and told him to leave the store wit attitude.
**Horrible Experience – Unsanitary Practices** I’m absolutely appalled by what I witnessed at this restaurant. While waiting for my order, I saw one of the workers accidentally drop a piece of fried chicken on the floor. To my shock, instead of discarding it, he casually picked it up and threw it back in with the other uncooked chicken as if nothing happened! What made it worse was the fact that he glanced over at me, seemingly checking if I had seen what he did. I had to tell him to go back and remove it, and he only did so reluctantly, like it was second nature to him. This makes me believe this isn’t the first time this has happened. I’m incredibly disappointed and disgusted by the lack of hygiene and concern for customers’ health here. I won’t be coming back, and I hope this review serves as a warning to others.i couldn’t enjoy my food afterwards ,i really wished I didn’t pay for it or bit into my food and as a first responder relying on these places for food , makes me truly upset
Worst customer service I have ever experience in NYC. Straight off rude, very Impatient and disrespectful. You call for delivery and they rush you two minutes into the call. Asking, " What do you want?" In a very agressive tone, like if you are a big bother to them. They know your not chineese, so they just treat you bad. Disrespectfully, and agressively asking you "What do you want? What do you want?"Their food needs major improvement, especially the pork fried rice, beef fried and the other rices . Mainly because they barely cook the meat good and leave it almost raw. Their meats like spare rib tips are also raw in the inside. Disgusting raw meat these people can send someone to the hospital because they refuse to properly cook their meat. I mean they rush you through the order. So, thats probably how fast they cook their meat.Their chicken aswell taste bad, comparing to other I have tasted. The Girl on the phone is the most disrespectful chineese women I have ever spoken to in my life. I said " I want to speak to your manager and complain about you because you should never speak to people like this". She yelled at me saying " I don't care about you" and left me hanging on the phone on purpose, while she was busy taking another order or talking to someone else. Run from this place, don't order from them. If, they cook with such bad attitude, you don't know what they could put in your food. They are MONEY HUNGRY, rude, mean, disrespectful, Zero business customer service skills. Not nice people.
The first time I got food from here I was pretty satisfied with the quality ect, everytime after it seemed to become less and less, fine that’s ok because this is the closest to my house, but when I realized everytime I would order the same thing and the price would be different I was a bit irritated. Then to top it off I would always order way more than 20 dollars worth of food but until I mentioned them giving me the free soda they chose not to even put it in, mind you it cost them cents AND I would always tip generously. This bothered me the lack of integrity they have, ALSO me being a regular customer you would think they would have the decency to give me the correct prices and do what they have advertised NOTHING I have ordered has ever been the price of the menu!!! The website vs the flyer vs the Actual price they give you is completely different. Make sure you are not a passive person because eventually you will feel taken advantage of.
My first time ordering and found a strange hair in it. Not sure if it hair on the head or not? Didn’t even bother finishing it. Was expecting phenomenal food.
Worst Chinese food I ever had in my life. I ordered Mongolian beef with fried rice. 70% of my food was onions! They literally cut up an entire onion and served it with my food. I had to take out all the onion because I could barely taste my food. All I could bite on were onions and rice! The fried rice was literally white rice fried with soy sauce. No eggs, peas, carrots etc. I also got an order of fried chicken which was soo salty. How can you go wrong with fried chicken? Never again.
Doesn’t matter if I pick up or delivery I said no onion due to allergies yet they still put this lady is so rude be careful who you play with and there food couldn’t even fully eat cause I’m allergic my husband ate but didn’t even wanna eat w out me so stopped more time ppl live far once again I will do unto others they do to me never play w my food this business is bad

I came to the restaurant yesterday evening. I asked the lady that works there a question about bourbon chicken. She answered me with the biggest attitude and told me to ask her boss. She also didn’t greet me like she did with the white customer that placed an order after mine. I sat there for 25-30 mins waiting for my order meanwhile the white person that placed an order after me got his food before me. I asked her why did he get his order before me and she yelled at me with an attitude and said “because he didn’t order any fried food”. This is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience with this place and I’m most likely not going to order from here again. Btw I ordered the general tso chicken with vegetable fried rice and it was disgusting. The chicken was extremely breaded and dry. The egg role that came with the order tasted stale. I’m upset I wasted $11 on this order.
I ordered lunch menu Sesame Chicken with Fried rice. Rice and chicken were not fresh and no taste even hot oil had no taste. I had to add a lot of hot sauce. I wasted my money on this. It was so disappointing.
I really liked this place, i have ordered from them numerous times this order was different since it was going to be a delivery. They have a system where you pay Zelle and then you pick up your food close to old school as you’re going to get you can place the order over the phone everything was very convenient. Not sure what happened tonight to the woman taking the order, but she was rude and condescending after I called for update on when the delivery was coming. I didn’t appreciate that since I have spent over it $180 at this place over the past few months not to mention, I had my Job used them for a large lunch that we had for concert that we were producing In Flushing meadows Park I was shocked lost my appetite for my dinner. I sent My Son to go pick it up instead of me going there in person because I’m pretty sure I would’ve told her exactly what I’m writing here today in this review of Pekin Empire. her out, I was disappointed in her behavior as a business owner. That’s not how you talk to customers if you’re busy to say hey I apologize we’re busy but to tell your customer that you’re not the only customer rudely unacceptable, especially since we live in Flushing and there’s so many choices of food to choose from they just lost a customer
