Good music at a good volume. Great service. They check up on you regularly. Most importantly the food is great. The portions are generous and plentiful. Try the arroz chaufa! That's my favorite.

Got here for happy hour with my dad. We enjoyed some sangria and seafood payaya. It was easy, and the server was well versed on the menu. He hade great recommendations.

The best Peruvian chicken in all of NYC! Even better than Pio Pio!! Prefect way to celebrate my birthday (gracias Verter!). Super friendly staff, very accommodating, juicy chicken, super fresh choros a la chalaca (must try) and amazing sangria!! Will be back soon!!

I'm usually someone who likes to try new places and switch things up, but El Pollo Inka Peru just keeps me coming back—easily twice a month or more. That says a lot. The food here never disappoints. Everything is well-seasoned and consistently delicious. I haven’t made it through the whole menu yet because I keep ordering my favorites, but I definitely plan to branch out. The drinks are on point—whether it’s the Pisco Sour or the Sangria, they’ve never failed me. A solid spot with great food and drinks. Highly recommend!

Well, let me tell you about my experiences at this restaurant. I’ve been eating at this Peruvian restaurant about eight times. The food is delicious. The quality is A+ and the quantity it’s enough to leave you satisfied, The atmosphere is very friendly, wee are having unforgettable moments with the staff and some other clients that became our friends, The drinks are delicious. I love Pisco sour, Y el refresco demaracuyá, come down we are there every Friday after 7pm come and meet us is 4 of us we are from Chile

Everything was to perfection. I ordered tostones, avocado salad, cerviche mixto and lunch special chicken. All food was warm and the serving size were more than enough for one person. Definitely going again and taking family.

This is an amazing local establishment. The green sauce is out of this world. So good, you would want to drink it. The chicken is moist and everything is just excellent.

Great food, friendly service and the sangria is really tasty. The anticuchos, avocado salad, yuca frita and lomo salteado are my choices but the whole menu is delicious.

My meal was 4 and some change, dude takes my five and doesn't offer my change? I probably would have let him keep it but don't round up someone's order up, I just ordered a side dish to go btw. The food is decent.

This little restaurant has very good rotisserie chicken. The side dishes are yummy. I especially like the flavor of their beans. The fried rice is way better than the chinese take out stuff you get anywhere. But what sets this gem apart are the prices. The caliber of the food and the prices they charge make this spot a go-to for a budget friendly dinner. And in today's economy, we need spots like this.

Being a peruvian giving four stars is a huge deal for me. Especially considering I love cooking peruvian myself. I'd recommend their Lomo saltado a Peruvian must and their Arroz chaufa. Definitely get one of the Bundles if you're coming with a large party. Their aji is a bit lacking and they've raised their prices quite a bit over the years which is understandable but at the same time their service should reflect it to an extent. I work in the service industry and would expect better service basics. IE. More menu knowledge and friendlier service as well as water refills. With that being said I'd still recommend and enjoyed it having ordered out and dined in dozens of times.

Service was quick, seated upon arrival without wait. My waitress was attentive. Hot food, inexpensive for lunch. My pics may not do the food justice, but the chicken was moist, and the tostones were crisp without being dry.

Surprisingly good ! Why do I say that? El pollo Inka Peru seems to be just another chicken restaurant in the area, however they keep a balanced and traditional flavor profile, as many of this type of restaurants don't, this place makes you want to come back for more. The portions are substantial and affordable, I've ordered a Whole Chichen combo, which was juicy and tender, came with side of sweet plantains, yellow rice, salchi-papas ( fries and sausage) and house salad, also ordered the Fried Seafood Platter a.k.a. (Jalea) family portion, although this dish is a fried mix of seafood like calamari, shrimp, white fish, crab, mussels or scallops, also fried yuca/cassava topped with lime marinated red onios and cilantro, most of what you are getting here is calamari (about 80%), would be nice if they work more on their mix. You have to try the green spicy sauce on everything !!! The sangria is average but the bitter fruit might ruin it for you, dessert definitely needs improvement. Overall there are more positives than negatives, don't expect excellent service but is friendly enough, my best experience was dining in but I've also done take out. I would give this review 3.5 but since is not possible I'm hoping they can keep it up and do a little better.

I truly love the food at this place — I eat here religiously at least once a week. However, the service always feels rushed. Last time, I went at exactly 9:15 PM and was told they were only doing takeout because they were about to close. However, the internet says they close at 10 PM.

I was expecting more from this restaurant, food was so oily! The egg was the worst I literally used a napkin to removed the oil. Food had no flavor.

I have been the customer here for over 10 years....but only because it's a good Peruvian food closest to me. BUT...everytime before I call or go in, I have to prepare myself mentally that I will be facing zero service mind oriented staff, not to have any expectation of any good service and also prepare to myself to be aggressive when needed. I think they will do better with take-ouf alone...shouldn't expand the space because it's not worth since the people working at the front are so not for this job. Forget about the management, if they care for the service, they will care more of what others' review about the rude staff. Maybe she is the owner, that's why she doesn't care of what people think. That's it!!! At the end, I just need to food.

A couple of weeks ago I was there order Jalea, rice, beans. This is the second time time I have a bad experience with their food 🥘 while I was serving the yellow rice a roach 🪳 was inside. This was so disappointing I couldn’t eat the whole day. Something similar happened few months ago when I saw 👀 what I believe it was mice dropping it was the disgusting 🤢. This time I went because my daughter really wanted the Jalea and I said let’s try maybe this time we won’t have the same experience but there it was the roach 🪳. I would think about it twice before dining here. The cooks should be trained to be clean and careful. Very careless this is dangerous mice 🐁 urine can literally kill you.

This restaurant use to be good now is trash, the servers are super nice but the food is horrible the cook is definitely not Peruvian, the soups not authentic, also a cockroach was on the table and another close to my salad…… Please hire a real Peruvian cook not Ecuadorian…… and they also have a B rating

The roster chicken is good, but the delivery service is terrible. I always ask them for plates and they always forget them. They are careless. It doesn't matter how many times you tell them " please please don't forget the plates please" they still forget the. I called to request to speak to the manager, and the lady talked me that the manager wasn't there but she will make sure I will get the plates, so far has been 1 hour and I am still waiting for the plates. They are the worst for delivery.
