Came through Forney today and was starving. Did an online order. I never eat here so I wanted to give it a try. I ordered chicken burrito, chips and cheese and a soda. I’m so hungry I start to eat in the parking lot. This burrito is so dang good..I took a few bites. Then a few more but then noticed something. There no chicken in it! So I checked my order on line and on the bag. I ACCIDENTALLY ORDERED A BURRITO WITHOUT THE CHICKEN. So I sat there and thought, I wonder if they would fix it for me or should I just head home. So, I try. I went through the drive through and explained everything to the sweet young lady. She turns around and explains its to the manager. And guess what? Not only did they fix it for free, They opened my sprite for me too with a smile. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was so embarrassed but they helped me without no problems and I am so grateful.
Morning is the best time to enjoy this chipotle. I have been to several around the Texas area this meet my foodie eye, stomach and metal. Thank you all for working together. I see you all working hard getting ready for that 12pm rush. If people stopped coming in with negative vibes food would taste bright and vibrant like it did this morning.
Even though Chipotle was super busy during my visit, the staff didn’t miss a beat. They were incredibly welcoming—greeted me with smiles and made the atmosphere feel upbeat and positive. What really stood out were the generous portion sizes. Every item was packed with care and they didn’t skimp on anything. It’s clear the team works hard even under pressure, and it made for a great experience all around. I’ll definitely be back!
I have not eaten at chipotle in a while because I’ve had issues repeatedly with the food being fresh, but I decided today that I would try again so I ordered in the app and chose a pick up time and waited for the information on when the order would be ready as there is a scroll bar at the bottom that says that the order has been received and supposed to let you know when it’s ready when I had not yet received anything by the pick up time I decided to go ahead to the Window and lo and behold. My food was ready however it was cold so much for having lunch.
whoever was on on shift upfront 12/14 at 9pm sucked! they didn’t speak and rushed my meal and made food over mine, messed up my order cause they were trying to move fast with me and just one other person in line..it usually isn’t this bad , theses new hires aren’t it and i worked fast food before i get it but ill never treat a customer how i was treated here
This was a really disappointing visit. The food was old and had been sitting the rice was hard, the steak was over cooked and gross as was the container of brown guac. I picked it up on time got home 5 mins later and it was cold and just not eatable. Thirty dollars thrown in the trash. Terrible experience.
I've had experience picking up delivery orders at this Chipotle as well as dining in myself. The staff are not friendly or helpful. Nobody smiles and the atmosphere is one of resigned despair. They're not the least interested in customer satisfaction and shrug off complaints. The last bowl I got there was about 60% rice with barely enough meat. The steak was undercooked and poorly seasoned. I would have taken it back and either ask for replacement or my money back, but the staff there is so checked out I didn't even see the point. I just choked down my food and got out of there. The next morning I woke up with stomach problems and, well, you know the rest. Needless to say I will never go back to this location again.
Who trains the folks at this location? There is no type of customer service at all. Just picked up my order and there was no greeting at all. Basically had my bags thrown at me without a thank you for coming or anything. Customer service really sucks and I’m coming from experience as training people and leading a team. It’s sad and Chipotle had this double protein offer and the bowls are still empty!
Chipotle it’s not bad at all, but the Forney location sucks! I always have issues with this location and their ugly attitudes. When you walk in the workers just stare at you like they have an issue, you have to pray to GOD every time you order that your meat will not be cold, dry, or under seasoned. No matter the time of day the workers, definitely this tall Hispanic girl, hands move faster than their brain, causing them to mess up and make it seem like it’s your fault. Lastly, the self serve area is ALWAYS dirty or needs to be stocked up when I am there. I can manage their food not always being great, but their attitudes are getting annoying and disrespectful.
Very poor customer service. The server at 8:57pm repeatedly said she was about to leave and she was not staying a minute past 9 . She rushed my order without listening to what I asked for. My food was made incorrectly, and the lid was left covered in food, which is unsanitary🙃. I work 12+ hour shifts, so I understand wanting to go home, but customer service and cleanliness should always come first.
This location constantly messes up orders. Last time I ordered online and they did not include the queso, kids drink; and the kids quesadilla's cheese was not melted, like they forgot to cook it. Mistakes like this have happened multiple times and I have never had issues at other locations.
This took several occasions for me to come here and talk about how rude they are. There is a young lady who works there that is always rude. I like my bowls with vinegarette and there is a lady that everytime I ask here she is so rude. She actually rolls her eyes if you ask here for anything extra like the vinegarette. Once I asked her to add guacamole and she told me I would have to go back through the drive through. Again the food is okay most of the time but this one young lady is always mean and I hope they do something about it
Whatever today is the kids that were working today were horrible. First I asked the young Hispanic guy. I don’t know what his name was, but he was working in the middle. He was doing the prep on the food serving, and he was very rude and unprofessional, and he looked a little stoned then I get to the register and the young lady asked me how much change was that because I had two dollars worth of quarters so you mean to tell me you guys don’t teach the kids to count the money they just ask how much it is and you might want to do a UA on the guy with the tight eyes the Hispanic guy cause he looked very high and was very unprofessional with serving my food. I won’t go to chipotle anymore. There’s too many for me to choose from you guys have great food, but I don’t like the customer service in this environment and the kids are very rude and they don’t know how to count money
Just make sure to check your food, not just this place but every place you order from. Do not leave the store until you double check your food. We wasted over an hour trying to get my dads food and my mom drives back up to return the one we got so we could get the right one. Girl at the drive through said she just put the wrong sticker on the thing and that it was 100% the right order. Mom comes home and its a complete different order. My dad didn't get to eat and neither did we cause everybody was too mad to eat anymore. Thanks for ruining dinner tonight. You can't honestly trust any place anymore. I will be pulling everything out in the store or I will hold up the drive through so I can make sure what I paid for is what I wanted. This is getting ridiculous simple jobs aren't so simple for some people
I ordered guacamole and it was already dark in color, which usually means it’s old. When I asked the staff if they had any fresh guacamole, I was told ‘it’s all the same.’ That response was very disappointing and unprofessional. For a place that charges extra for guacamole, I expected it to at least be fresh. This experience really lowered my opinion of this Chipotle
Today is May 22 2025 this is an additional review to my first one a year ago. This Chipotle hasn't improved. This is the worst location. Its terrible.. they need to close down.. thats really it!! Ok ok I was really trying to give this location some grace. At this point, I truly believe that whomever is over this location believes no matter what, people will still come. This is my 4th attempt to eat here in the last week and a half. 1 time no pico, 2nd time systems were down, third time another system issue, today no steak no salad 🤦🏽♀️. Forney is not that big but big enough for us to all come to the location in our neighborhood. This was built for the people, but we aren't getting served. We are getting disappointed. You all need to do be try harder and give us what we are paying for. We should not have to worry about things not being available when this is what we want to eat. No matter what other choices we have. If I want Chipotle I want a good experience and I want to eat good.
So they didn’t have any toppings, out of most of the things I use, I still decided to buy as I was moving and starved…. The rice was HARD unchewable, chicken DRY no seasoning, and it tasted like leftovers. I couldn’t even eat it. I went back 2 days later to let the manager know as I was still thinking about it. But since I threw my receipt away they said to bad. Even tho the points show up in my account from that day. Tell me why the food looked just like it did when I came- take a look!!!! This is clearly how they operate on a regular. Save your money going to this location- guess I’ll have to go down to belt line SMH, I know I hate wasting money on food that does not taste good or is what I ordered it’s the WORST. The young ladies in their did their job at the cash register but the service is mediocre at best that’s the only reason they even got a star. I eat chipotle almost daily but this was the worst ever 😩 OH and the chips are ALWAYS stale it’s sooooo frustrating!!!!!
Came with my husband for a late lunch. The restaurant was dirty with crumbs and smears on every table. The girl at the counter wouldn't make eye contact and seemed annoyed by every request, and the burrito I ordered was so poorly wrapped that I had to ask for a bowl to eat out of because the ingredients had all spilled out in the wrapping process. The meat was dry, the rice was undercooked, and the water dispenser was not working.
I come pretty regularly and I want to say before I complain, that some employees here are fantastic and give great service. lately unless two specific employees are working, it is guaranteed to always be a half empty bowl. Today was the worst I've ever seen. Chipotle is expensive and when you order extra ingredients and pay extra you should not get a bowl with a portion that barely fills the bowl. I mean if it's a bit lacking then I would say that sucks but it's beyond ridiculous at this point. New Management making sure employees screw customers over as much as possible is wild. Skimpotle is more fitting.
This is the only location I hate! If I could give this location 0 stars, I would. The chips are always stale, no matter what time of the day you order, the burritos and bowls are always overly and recklessly stuffed and messy. I walked in today as soon as they opened hoping to get the freshest batch they had on the line. The black beans were dried out along with the chicken and steak not to my surprise. It’s obvious that they just warmed up the food from the night before and served it to me. When I asked the line worker if I could have the chicken that was fresh off the grill being chopped and fresh black beans her answer was “this all we got” like she really looked me in the eyes and lied. They do this everytime I ask for the fresh meat and beans. I stood watching at least 15 people work and yet no one came to the line to take my order for sometime. I genuinely hate it here. 18.00 for leftovers. Save your money and time!
