I've visited this location several times recently and the service has improved compared to a few years ago. The food is hot, the order is accurate, and the staff has been pleasant to work with. This particular time I ordered online. It was packed and ready when I arrived. If you tried this location in the past and had a lackluster experience, I would recommend that you give them another chance.

The service here sucks. They charge me and take payment for my order. Then tell me they don't have it. The larger spanish male that is hard to understand gets pissed when asked for refund. He won't refund the tax just the food amount. Their small chicken salads are never full. I've about had enough. I'll go back to Williams. Not that farther.

Lobby was closed before time! Manger told me my sandwich 🥪 wasn't raw! I'm like ma'am I'm the one eating the sandwich,so I was told to bring the food back like I was lying! I work fast food! Did ya'll even temp the chicken 🐔 😳 🤔 😐 nope not at all! Whole shift needs to retake food handle class

No matter what day, shift or time it is.. they slander my order, get my drink wrong, and have a attitude the whole process.. most of the time the guy on the mic is struggling with his English, yet has a attitude.. it’s almost like they give you what they want to . Never coming back, this is the 4th time . Mind you my roommate has had the same issue multiple times.

This has got to be the worst golden chicken existence. Came at lunchtime no ice in ice machine no tea. They didn’t even have trash bags in the trash cans by the time we were done with our food.

This place is ridiculous. I got there at 7:30 and they said that they were out of chicken. I asked if they could cook some and they said it’s going to be a 45 min to an hour wait. Then I asked for dirty rice and what they gave me I wouldn’t feed to a dog!! So ridiculous and trash. They should close this place down. I will be reporting them to the health department for selling OLD FOOD!!!

Let’s see where to start rude as he’ll act like they don’t see you standing there a lady had to come get her entire meal re cooked mines was trash but seeing they attitude I didn’t have time today is sept 10,25 4:53 whoever works that shift they all are poor service poor food and don’t care. You can tell the whole shift was family that’s why they don’t care !

You have to check your order all the time because they leave something out. Bad attitudes, bad at understanding. I am going to have to stop coming here for a while

I really wish I could leave a video. I have never been so disgusted. The fish is completely wet on the inside and it was cold. The roll has black spots and they didn’t give me any eating utensils, my friend’s gravy was watery and the fish was 4in long 1 inch wide. They are a disgrace to the brand. When Golden Chick was in SC they were never this terrible.
