It’s in very good location they attack lots of people but the people who work here are very rude not so friendly and not respectful when you’re trying to talk to them they don’t respond or answer and disrespectful everybody just expect minimum respect but here I think they don’t know how to communicate with people really feel very bad and during the evening time I see lots of youths are creating noise and disturbing
Every weekend I was, I'm and I'll visit this restaurant this restaurant is on state street Schenectady which very great location and good for the people who live around Schenectady but the people who are working here are need to learn how to interact with customers because they never talk with me nicely or answer and they have some friends who always go in said the kitchen and talk loudly and create problems if the owner addressed the issue they can attract more family's and customers thank you take care bye
The people who working here are very rude not a customer friendly when you talk to them they don't answer disrespectful lot of homeless people are coming here especially evening time not so safe for kids our family to come here the management need to take care of this and tell the people who are working here they have to respect the people and Care them give them whatever they asked I am not happy with their service if the employees don't respect how they get clients they really need to address this especially in the Schenectady I need to learn how to behave with a clients its important
Drive thru service is very nice, no waiting but only need to remind them about catch-up or salt not being added to my order

Hot reliable fast foods tasting as expected. Kind fast effective staff. Fish fillet w yummy melted cheese and my friend loved the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. Nice option for unsweetened tea and yummy fruit smoothie drinks.
The ordering was easy with the easy to use kiosk. The service was professional and the wait time was easy to deal with the bathroom locked from behind the counter and the cashier the only one able to let you in. All and all the state street store is the best McDonald's in Schenectady
Everything was fresh. I love this place. Also I believe I’m not the only one that feels the same but James is the spots trademark. He deserves an above average raise. Also an out of the blue bonus. He really goes above and beyond. Sadly I’m now Vegan 🌱:(
Used the drive thru to order egg McMuffin. They were good. Good service at the drive thru window
It is NOT 24 hours. They open at 5:30am. The opening shift ladies were fantastic and incredibly nice. I highly recommend you eat at this McDonald's if you're in the area.
Ordered using the kiosk. I like how fast the order was ready after completing the order in the kiosk. Ordered 2 parfait and a buttermilk chicken burger. The food was great. The chicken was crispy and not dry and made well. The cashier that handed out the order was nice and friendly. I would suggest this McDonalds to a friend.
I have never been disappointed when it comes to McDonald's! Whether the order is large or small, the food is always great! Service does vary from restaurant to restaurant, but they are pretty friendly for the most part!
I don't eat at McDonald's but I grew up by this one in the late 60ties. Last time I saw it it was run down. I stop in, I felt like I was in a time machine, moving forward. I walked up to a station an older woman was working she was so nice, also she said my food would come to the table, as she handed a table number. What nice service and clean too. The meal was great.
This restaurant is very close to the car wash centre laundromat and it is exactly in the state Street which is very close to the State Street and N. Brandywine Ave. intersection and it is on the state street and very next to the bus stop 905 and 355 stop here which is very good connectivity for this restaurant but the main problem is the people who work here they’re not so polite or customer friendly especially in the evening time I see a lot of students and homeless people who come here and make a noise and disturb and I don’t see it is so safe for the kids, but anyhow this is how the area and all over the country but not a problem and they have plenty of parking space in that they can install children’s playing area that will help them to attract more customers. They are also not far away from the highway so that more people can come here.
The one reason I gave you guys five stars is because that jailbar thunderbolt 1000

Great location Friendly staff and for those who do have children they still Have a playroom!!! Which is great for Birthday Parties I miss the McDonald's playrooms the kids just really love them.
Ordered a delicious caramel frappe today served with excellent customer service from McDonald's. I do wish they offered these new 2-in-1 Cucoon cup sleeves that unfold into a napkin in case of spills or messes. It would have been useful for cleaning up some spilled caramel and making the cold cup easier to hold. #CupCucoon
This McDonalds is usually busy. They are friendly and clean. The prices are standard, with the standard mcdonalds menu. They do delivery and are conscious of their wait times. Currently inside tends to have higher wait times since they are drive thru heavy due to covid.
I get two sausage burritos - no sauce, three or four days a week here, so what is there to say? They are expanding a bit soon so that will be nice since the parking and even the dining on occasion can feel a bit cramped. Be sure to try the shrimp scampi.
Went through the drive thru. Most McDonald's now have dual lanes to order but once you order everyone is in the same line to pay and receive food. So it really doesn't save much time. Download the app. to get money off specific food purchases, you get points and can redeem for free items. Food was hot and came out in reasonable time.
It was good, but they had to remake my chicken sandwich because it taseted as if it was over fired then left out for an hour. Im glad they remade it with no problem and the second one was delicious. So i give them four stars.
I was happy to learn a few months back that this store was open late night since the one on union st closed by the time I'd get there or wanted to serve me dried out food that had been sitting out. I get out of work at midnight in downtown Albany so there are many days I'm exhausted and hungry and just want to get to bed as soon as I take care of my dog etc so the drive thru service/employees are great at that time of the night. Especially one gentleman whose name idk but there was one time he forgot to give me the bag with my fries and I drove back around and he upgrade it to a medium for his mistake which I shared with my dog ... The drive thru can be jammed up some night but rarely is it a long wait in line. There have been nights don't get me wrong but rarely. Only thing I suggest to those on drive thru please stop saying is that all, is that all because it sounds rude and as if you're pushing me. I've said it to many employees at various drive thru whether it's mcd or Dunkin or CVS... I have yet to go inside so idk what it's like
I gave this place on lower state street a 4 overall For the Food I gave it a 3 cause sometimes the food is fresh and so good, sometimes the food is cold and fries are burnt come on throw them away and make another bash please the customers, Service I gave a 5 the workers are very pleasant, please tell them keep up the good work bosses, and the Atmosphere got a 3 too many people just hanging around so I really won't eat in.

The employees are always nice and the place is clean but this place is ratchet. You get hit up for money by customers regularly, orders are messed up constantly and there is a steady stream of weirdos hanging around. Reminds me of the Bronx. Lol. Home sweet home. The staff acts like your annoying them by entering the establishment. I'm sorry it cold out can I please have a large hot coffee? What no I didn't place my order at the machine I came straight to the line (sighs) "I will help you this time but next time use the machine". I like McDonald's just like everyone else. This location got a structural update...also,they no longer take orders at the counter. Don't be afraid if you dont know how to self order on the new systems,an employee will be there to assist you. However, their needs to be some differentiation between being a friendly staff whiles still carrying ones self with a degree of professional decorum.
Everytime I purchase from this McDonalds, drive thru is always the fastest bet! Long lines in drive-thru led me to go inside to purchase this last meal and I waited over 30 minutes !!!
Good quality Tyson chicken options. The service was also pretty quick. I would definitely go back if I ever need a quick cheap meal and are you thinking on the health quality. I really like how McDonald's have been changing.
Since they've upgraded the place with those self ordering touch screens it's easier to order faster. But I have noticed of the 4 times I've gone there, 3 out the 4 times they have either almost forgotten or have forgotten an item that I've ordered. I think they need to work on that issue. It kind of feels like they're rushing to get things perfect and served and not so much making sure that all the items are in the bag. I think that's the issue with the self ordering, based on my experience.
In general, a terrible restaurant, or rather its location in such an area. Unsafe to say the least. That's why we wanted to eat inside, but realized that the place is so disgusting, as if nothing has been repaired here for several years. We took food with us and had to eat in the parking lot in the car
I’ve never had a problem with the day shift, they’re quick and get the orders right. But now that I work overnights I’m very disappointed in this restaurant. They have signs claiming they’re open 24 hours, but I’ve gone at various times on different late nights only to find all the parking lot lights out and, after minutes of silence at the drive-thru, a sleepy ‘system is down’ dismissal. Get rid of the false 24 hour signs and this would be a five star review, for a McDonald’s.
The employees were very nice. My mom and I ordered a filet of fish with extra tater. It wasn't hot it was warm and it tasted like the filet of fish have sat there for a while under the heaters and they just added tartar sauce to it. It was not freshly made.
Almost never get my food right. I don't typically like to make complaints... but I've been here a few times and customer service kind of stinks here.. bad attitudes.. food is always missing, have been handed soda in broken cups that have spilled all over my car. And when I do have to ask for missing food they often seem agitated with me.. it sucks.

The restaurant is kept clean. They are quick on orders. I don't like how when the youth comes in and act all loud etc. That's something that shouldn't be tolerated in any restaurant. Also, I had ordered from a breakfast menu, and it was ok. From now on I'll be ordering my food freshly made from now on

The cashier was really helpful, he came in on his day off to assist customers, however people were being rude to him and nasty because things in the store was not working it's not his fault! No working bathroom! Most of the machines to get special drinks was not working... No hot chocolate.... It's cold outside....
Went through the drive-thru for pies and a Shamrock shake. They were out of the Shamrock shakes, got a small McFlurry instead, it came to nearly $10. This is supposed to be cheap fast food..? The owner remodeled this McDonald's a few years ago and it still looks good!
We ordered perfectly fine, but when we got to the window they gave us our drinks and we sat there for like 5 or 7 minutes just for a few other things, and we could see someone sitting there on their phone and not doing anything. We ordered mchickens and they cam out wonky. The buns are super hard and gross to eat. Not recommended.

I placed my order for two hash browns I waited 6 minutes or so in line so I got to the window got my food parked and went to go eat at they were cold when I went back to the drive-thru the girl that took my order was very nasty towards me rolled her eyes and they brought me out two more hash browns which took them another 15 minutes almost and they were crunchy like they took the old ones and put them back in the deep fryer for a little bit of time I know they're contingency of the food I worked at McDonald's and that was not up to code for McDonald's and customer service there is really bad the manager made a comment because I took a bite out of one of them I don't know if I'll go back to this McDonald's for a long while and I'll be sure to pass the word around
We got lunch at McDonald's today on state st. Absolutely awful. We got one of the "new" crispy chicken sandwiches they charge $6 dollars for. The chicken was burnt to a crisp. It had no mayo or any kind of sauce at all on a soggy bun. And seeing as how we were there 12:45pm I don't see how they can serve something that looked like it had been sitting around for hours. For a McDonald's, in the lunch rush, you have to do way better than that. Especially for the rip off price your charging for this garbage chicken.
If 8 could give this store 0 stars I would. Dont come at lunch time. They get a one meal order wrong every.single.time. sent a basic grilled chicken sandwich back twice just begging for any kind of condiment on it🙄 go to the one on Union. It's worth going out of your way
My friend places a call to the 1224 state st Schenectady asking a question about an order. When the manage missed understood her question he hung up. She was bewildered to say the least. She decided to call back to ask again and make sure she was being understood only to be called a liar blantenly and told if she knew she was calling McDonald's she wouldn't have asked a stupid question. Bc of a language bearer she was basically discriminated against for fair customer service. We will be filing a formal complaint with our attorney!!!! The manager refused to give a name but proceeded to say he has been working there for 20 plus years.
Workers there are very rude and disrespectful, my food was cold and as I was waiting for fresh food, they continued to be snotty and rude about the fact that I asked for my food to be remade.. honestly this store should be closed down, the bathroom has also been out of order for months now.
Worst McDonald’s I’ve EVER been too. Night staff are slow they don’t care at all. Sat in drive thru for 32 minutes with only 3 PEOPLE INFRONT OF ME! Ridiculous. Staff look like they haven’t showered in days. Food is cold fries have zero salt. And they don’t COOK THE FOOD ALL THE WAY AT NIGHT. Never an issue durin the day it’s always at night
Ordered uber eats today and my order smelled like it came out of the trash. It was two cheese burger meal large and 4pc kids happy meal. My 3 year old son ate those French fries before I could stop him and I don't recommend ordering from this specific McDonald's ever again. Disgusting.
I guess the night crew doesn’t feel like actually doing the job they get paid to do. Stopped here at 12:15 and no one answered the speaker, tried to pull up to the window but they had a car parked next to the window so no one could pull up to it. Could see them standing inside doing nothing. Don’t claim to be 24 hours if your night crew isn’t actually going to work
The food was terrible. Cold hard fries. The locks in the woman's bathroom weren't working, And yesterday there were three people in line and the cashier walked away towards the back. A lady appearing to be returning from break asked him as he was walking away if he had taken anyone's orders and her said no and kept walking. All while there is another gentleman leaning on the counter where you fill the bags and a young lady on a cell phone. Not very professional and definitely won't be returning there. Says open 24 hours on your app and your store is actually lit up but there’s a line of cars waiting for over 10 minutes with no one answering the drive-thru. Also phone line was busy, employees literally hiding in the store with the line off the hook. How’s any of this acceptable?
Service was terrific... food very good... but what’s up with the Men’s Restroom? I’ve stopped at this McDonald’s a few times and the Men’s Restroom has been locked (seems like there’s been a few guys go in, lock the door and don’t come out for a very very long time)....My wife has used the Women’s Restroom which doesn’t have a lock ... so why is the Men’s Restroom locked at all???
I went there last night and placed an order when I received my stuff I checked it and it was not exactly what I ordered so I told the manager because she took my order and she was like you have to go back around and join the line for her to correct my order I waited almost 15 minutes before I made my order and she wants me to join the line again instead of correcting my order so I said I'm not going around again she said ok so she can't help me and I should go somewhere else and she slammed the window on me I was paying for the mistake she make as a manager she's very rude and unprofessional she have no respect for customers and me and my family support that McDonald's 2-3 times a week .

Order 3 happy meals and a triple cheese burger meal thru door dash. Only 2 of the happy meals came. with no drink in either. Door Dash won’t compensate for the missing meal so I’ll be using Grubhub from now on and ordering from different McDonald’s even though this one is the closest
McDonald's is trying to bill themselves as a fine dining restaurant with the prices they are charging for food these days. It's still the same old cheap quality but now you need to take out a mortgage in order to take someone there to eat.
Waited for at least 20 minutes in drive thru line before I could get to order. I only needed a shake, and come to find out the machine is broke🙄 wth. I ended up buying a coke and an apple fritter. I sat by the pay window for another ten minutes before they could collect my money. What is up with that, is like they want customers to go away🤔. Dont you want my money
Fish sandwich was chewy and bendable. Clearly it should have been discarded and not served to the public. The atmosphere is really unprofessional. It's like high school but instead of class (which doesn't seem to be a concern) they show up to the registers late and instead of taking notes, they take their time expediting the orders. I would suggest any other place around this McDonald's if looking for something to eat.
Customer service sucks here no smile no greeting nothing just saying what the last 3 digit of order number, this place need to shuffle their staff get new people with a sense of humor,a business is all about Customer service not longing your face when it already long....
I work overnights and went there because it was 24 hours. Even had a huge sign saying the Drive-Thru was open 24 hours a day. There were a couple of runninf cars in the parking lot. Ended up sitting at the speaker for 5-6 minutes with no response before I left. I guess they didn't want my money. I will not be going there again.
This is the sketchiest McDonald's I've ever been to. There was a syringe lying around, the bathrooms are locked and you have to be let into them, rude workers, and more.....
Absolutely terrible McDonald’s in a terrible location. We ordered via the kiosk and grabbed a number tent for our table, 20 minutes later food was not delivered. Had to go up there and get it. The bathroom was not accessible. The dining area was absolutely disgusting with tents and food all over the place. Same people in and out. Not a family friendly establishment. Manager was yelling at employees whom looked miserable and as a result the McNuggets were way over cooked. Absolutely filthy place full of filthy people. STAY AWAY!
Took forever to get food, drug addict in the bathroom was chased out by employees, many patrons very belligerent and foul language was rampant. The staff, fortunately, were very pleasant. However, not a good location to visit with a child for a quick Happy Meal. I had my 5 year old with me. Never dining-in there again.
Came here after Union St. turned out not to be 24 hours with its drive through screens shut off. Here, screens are on but no one’s home. I said, “we open?” Into the intercom but no response. Left the line to see if people behind me would have better luck, but there’s been a line of cars here now for 15 mins with no attention. At least they let unhoused people sleep on the sidewalk outside the front door when other places might shoo them away.
This place needs better management, you can order the right stuff and hoping you have everything in your bag and yet they don’t put everything you order but charge you for it , just ripping ppl off .
i am trying to do my job yet the worker thinks she can close for 10 and try to make everyone wait . so she can go hang out .best part friend thinks she had a manger shirt on but not positive .This is one of the reasons i normally don't do late night anymore
In the morning they're usually a good stuff that makes sure that you get your food at a good time but I just went there today around 6:30 6:45 and there were too many kids and they're playing around and it took too long to get our food after we placed our order. A bunch of little girls flirting with a bunch of guys that's coming in and out the place is not a way to run a business. If these kids want to remain working in a fast food restaurant they need to understand it it is a business that needs to be ran professionally not as a game. And definitely not as a place to find a date. I was very uncomfortable noticing how all these little girls were too busy flirt with all the male customers coming in. So my opinion is that there needs to be more adult employees that will do the job and not have all these little kids playing around in the restaurant it's uncalled for
After leaving the hospital all day, I just wanted something quick & cheap. The manager was out right rude. I didn't want to spend 5bucks on fries, so I asked for a medium... I didn't get it. I also forgot to ask for my burger plain.i didn't feel good . My bad .she was so rude telling me I should of told her sooner & they can't fix it.!!! After she gave me a dirty look & out right being rude, I said forget it. Just give me the bag & she did ! How rude !
I went to this McDonald's today with my family and it was the most pathetic experience I have ever had in any McDonald's ever in my life. McDonald's is the first restaurant known for free refills and this specific McDonald's on State Street in Schenectady literally stopped free refills and they locked the emergency back door so if anybody tried to get in they could not get in or get out... The bathrooms are also locked and you have to ask permission to use the bathroom all the desserts were not prepared at all and there are far too many children working in there at one time. They had so many flies the floors are disgusting and having anyone coming in there would be an absolute joke. This will be my last and final time I'm ever going to that McDonald's ever again because it was the worst experience I've ever had in my 42 years of living. To be completely honest I wouldn't even recommend my worst enemy to go there.... Because of all those kids working there you might end up walking out sick.

Went thru the drive thru at night around 2am on 11/20/24 the man was very rude and said was only taking Uber eats and grub hub orders i ordered thru the app and he said to cancel the order people were yelling in the background seems like they were just being lazy and didn’t wanna make my food
Edit 12/10/2023: Internet's down here today, again, no compensation or any effort to take app offers from other customers. I made an order on the app, but they didn't have what I ordered available. So I could be okay if it was just the app that was at fault, for taking my order when it shouldn't. But instead of telling me at the drive-thru ordering station, they make me wait in line behind 4 cars until I'm at the pickup window to tell me that the ice cream machine is down. Then they ask me if I want to buy something else. So, I can only assume they put me through the wait in hopes of having me spend on something else. Instead, they have another low rating for their service and for McDonald's broken app. I didn't appreciate that I had no attempt of compensation for my wasted time. But there clearly wasn't any indication that they wanted me to be a customer there in the future. I know that the cashiers have no means for this, so I'm not blaming them regarding this specific issue.
Would give none if I could. Only good manager is the male night manager. The people making the food can't listen or read. They constantly get my order wrong so I'm sending my food back and when we informed the manager Debbie that it happens almost everytime we come here her response was to stop coming here than. Very good managerial skills Debbie way to make your store money by getting rid of a customer who spends almost a hundred dollars in food a day.
The absolute WORST McDonal's to order from at night. I have not had a SINGLE good order from them at night time. I literally can see into the window from the drive thru and they are just not motivated at all. This location HAS TO hire more night time staff there is CLEARLY a need for a cohesive team at night when you have people waiting over an hour for their food only for them to not have it accurate or at all. My worst experience was waiting literally 2 HOURS for a DIET SODA. I was in the middle of a Dash and the customer was all the way in Clifton Park and if I didnt absolutely need the money at the time I would have left. When I was a Shift Manager back in the day we ran lines of customers like that with 2 people so fast because we wanted to get them their food. McDonalds is missing out of revenue by keeping the current night time crew/setup and tarnishing the image of an otherwise decent daytime Mcds
Got here at 1 am, waited in a line of cars for 48 minutes. Couldn't leave cause I was between cars near the drive thru speaker. When I got to the speaker no one said and thing, went to the window had to tap in the window to get there attention and still no answer until from a distance a worker said they were closed. They kept us in line for fun, something's wrong with the joint here.
3/3/2019 at 3:50pm at in drive thru #2 for 7 cars to be waited on in line #1. We just pulled to the window and ordered. The girl working the window rolled her eyes and then took 2 other orders instead or ours. It it were not for the promised happy meal to my little girl I would have left. I cant believe the rudeness and lack of care!

Don't come here, the ownership group doesn't want to pay anyone to work so the wait times are always 10+ minutes. Constantly understaffed because of bad ownership. The only way it will change is if you don't give them any more money. The workers here get constantly harassed by gig workers, aggressive customers, people stealing door dash orders and the owners of the store don't care. Everything wrong with this McDonald's is because of the ownership group not paying and retaining ppl.
Went to McDonald’s today and noticed that the soda machines on the side were completely off. I also noticed that one of the other entryways were blocked off which is a fire hazard and you order for you to use the bathroom you have to be buzzed in probably the first McDonald, I felt it’s lacking and with young workers working having fights seeing police every now and then this particular McDonald’s is not good. flies on the inside, but the most important thing for me is the fact that I have to pay extra for another drink or refill the machines right there so I will no longer be coming to McDonald’s. I will go to a different location or competitors. Hopefully somebody will investigate it and make better changes for me to come back thank you.
If I could give this McDonald’s zero stars I really would. I ordered (& paid) two big breakfasts and two orange juices at 10:15, I show up at 10:27 but due to the drive thru having two cars ahead of me I wasn’t able to tell them my mobile code until 10:33 in which the lady in the mic said they cannot give me any of my food being that breakfast ended at 10:30. You would think they would try to figure something out or maybe prepare the food when I ordered it at 10:15 or something, terrible experience just trying to get breakfast before work smh
Most ratchet McDonald's ever. It's currently 1:40 AM. I placed an order on the app and I get there and they are saying their closed. Won't even give me my refund, I'm honking my horn and yelling at the intercom and no ones coming to talk to me. Your food is not that good to be charging high prices and delivering shitty customer service. I worked in food business for 15 years. The incompetency of your workers is at an all time high.
Rude as hell. Staff today by the drive thru didn’t utter a word and had a smug on her face. They must hate their jobs! SMH ! If I can give 0 star I would.
i was waiting for my food for about 25 minutes while there was nobody in the drive-thru or in the line in the store.
I am a frequent late-night customer at the 24-hour McDonald’s located at 1224 State Street, Schenectady, NY 12304. I often stop here after work because it’s the only place open overnight, which makes tonight’s experience especially unacceptable. I placed a mobile order through the app, yet waited over 20 minutes because the car in front of me was still placing an order, followed by another 15 minutes just for that car to be served. When I finally reached the window, I was told the latte machine wasn’t working. I asked for an iced coffee as a substitute since I had already paid, was told it wasn’t available, then told it was available but only if I waited another 15 minutes which I was okay with so I proceed. This is a 24-hour store. Customers should not be waiting 20+ minutes for a basic burger and fries, especially when orders are prepaid through the app. That is not acceptable service and shows a lack of proper overnight operations. What made this worse was the overnight staff and management’s attitude. There was no apology, no urgency, and no effort to resolve the situation for the wait. It genuinely felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the priority. This reflects poor management and employees not doing their job to expected standards. This location serves many overnight workers who rely on it being efficient and functional. Broken equipment, excessive wait times, inconsistent communication, and unwelcoming behavior should not be normal at a 24-hour McDonald’s. I am specifically requesting that McDonald’s corporate review this location, particularly the overnight management and staffing at 1224 State Street. Loyal customers should not be treated this way, and this level of service does not meet McDonald’s standards. Thank you !
If u want a tasty coffee don’t go to this mc Donald on a Friday Saturday or Sunday with the two elderly woman that worked there. I ordered an iced coffee and paid for extra caramel they literally drizzled two drops caramel and load it up with milk. When I was given the coffe I asked her if that was the extra caramel I paid for, with a nasty attitude she replied yes.
Rude, unprofessional employees. Just stood there looking at me like they needed to be factory reset or updated or something. Apparently being a customer is the worst thing you can do because taking my order seemed to be very painful and difficult. Good is trash anyway.

I am currently in line at this McDonald’s and I’ve been stuck behind 4 cars for 30 minutes, they are very disrespectful speaking through the intercom and there is no reason or rhyme on why they should be taking this long. Save you money and go elsewhere, definitely not worth it.
After 11pm this store serves who it wants too. If your a delivery or order service you won’t be getting your order. They do not come to the service window designated for delivery pickups..it’s terrible.
THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION WHERE THE CONUTER EMPLOYEES WILL LOOK YOU IN THE EYE AND STILL NOT ASK YOU WHAT YOU WANT BECAUSE THEY ARE PLAYING IN THE BACK (all i needed was some sauce waited 10 minutes for somone). THIS CHUBBY OLD ONE WAS MESSING WITH HER COWORKERS ON BREAK THEN WENT BACK AND STARTED MAKING FOOD COMPLETELY IGNORING 6 PEOPLE AT THE COUNTER. After the fact I told the coworker who's on break that the counter service sucked 🙏😭 she looked at me in full uniform and said I don't work here 💀💀💀 maybe shes from the mcdonald's across town but thats me trying to give the benefit of the doubt
Ordered two Mcdoubles and a Deluxe Chicken meal for $18 and change from the drive thru. Was asked to pull forward and sat there for TWENTY minutes waiting for the food. When we FINALLY got it, the fries were barely Luke warm, the hamburgers were dry and overcooked, the chicken sandwich bun was hard and the chicken itself was cold. 🤬
Customer service is terrible. I ordered my food, pulled up to the last window and was told to pull up further to wait for my food. As I was waiting for my food a weird older man was standing uncomfortably close to my car. So I pulled my car over to the pick up station across from the entrance. I saw someone heading towards the door, I was getting ready to get out the car to meet them. Then the weird old man gestured to the mcdonald's employee to hand him the food and stated he'd hand off my food to me. I was annoyed and very pissed that my food was handed off to a stranger and I drove away without my food.
Spent 10 minutes in the parking lot trying to order on the app, but it wasn't letting me check out. Gave up and pulled up to the drive through to order and was told they were only accepting mobile orders. I tried to explain how I just tried that, to which there was no response. I then asked, 'so I can't order anything?' To which there was again no reply. They just don't give a f--k.
