Their short stafted but that's okay they did their best to get our food out fast and were very polite and kind with myself and my mother's crazy order lol

It's just a burger and some fries I was surprised how much more it cost an oil since I ate a Burger King probably going to be a lot longer with those prices

My experience today was absolutely amazing!!! The employee that took our order, Julyn, was so sweet and helpful!! Her smiles and personality made my day so much better!! As we sat and ate our food she was walking around cleaning up any time she wasn't taking orders!!! Such a great employee!! It is people like her that made experiences worth coming back!!

I went through the drive through and the gentleman on shift was very friendly and sweet. I don't know his name but he had a cane. I just want to say he knows how to interact with customers!

I love their sandwiches, they are quite large if you order the right ones. Prices are in line with other fast food. This store is clean, has friendly staff. If we do have fast food, not often, we choose BK due to the quality of products. Real fresh cut onions, tomatoes and whole fresh lettuce!

Quiet place for a morning coffee meeting. It's burger king, about the same as everywhere else. The one thing I find frustrating (and it may not bother you) is that there are no seats that are not in view of a TV. I get distress fed easily, but if thats not an issue for you, then 5 stars!

I love Burger King, but when I ask for no ketchup, please don't be mean and give me extra ketchup. You wouldn't like me to do it to you, so now I just order the pairs cause you can't scrape it all off because it soaks in the bun. It's happened many times. Other than that, I love your food!

Seem to be pretty well. Service wasn't bad except there was no silverware. There was no napkins. There were a lot of asking for services to be done. Little different when I was used to

New swiss cheese and mushroom burger was good. The restaurant itself needed tidying up. Almost every table needed cleaning. Pop machine was out of zero coke on one side.

Their Bacon King burger is the best burger to get. I love how there is so much juicy flavor in the burger itself, let alone cooked with the bacon in it to give it that savory taste. You definitely pay for a good priced meal when you get a great service from the employees. Also love the redesign of the restaurant I used to remember of how it looked back when I was younger.

Drive thru staff was great. Bummer they missed the condiments, again.

Ok.... If you want something quick, quality is really never there. 50/50 if they get what you order correctly.

We went thru the drive up and ordered the Whopper meals. The cashier was extremely friendly and the fries and onion rings were hot and fresh. The whoppers, however, were disappointing. we ordered one with no pickles and one without pickle and onion. They were barely warm. Not very good.

This is my normal store that I stopped at to eat because I really like the service and the food is always fresh. The murder I got that night and the fries were very hot and fresh and delicious. The staff was very friendly and the store was clean. The only issue that I had and the reason that I gave only three stars was that there was one car in front of me in the Drive-Thru no one in the dining room and they asked me to wait to get my order and I waited at the drive-thru 9 minutes before they even took my order although once they took my order I received my food quickly and it was hot and fresh it was just a waiting time

Let me start out saying I had been craving burger King for a few weeks before I caved in and stopped after work at the Fremont Michigan location around 10:40 pm last week. I should have kept driving.. The original chicken sandwich I ordered had clearly been held in the fryer with prongs... one end was cold and soft, the other end piping hot, dripping with grease and cruncy. I almost liked the crunch but the grease taste over powered the chicken. I also ordered heavy pickle onion and extra mayo. Everything was in the center of the bun that was a little stale and hard on one end. clearly it had sat out for a while as well and instead of tossing it they used it.. The whopper I ordered with extra mayo. The bun was the same, stale. The patty was old Luke warm and rubbery. Clear sign it had been sitting in the plastic bin warming for way longer then the time allowed. Most the onion had no taste and were listless... tomato had a very odd texture.... The fries, what I had craved the most were room temp and rubbery. ..... I used to run a burger King in Lansing. We had timers on all our food to ensure freshness and quality and I clearly remember what a burger should taste like and how a chicken sandwich should taste even after sitting in the bin for close to the max time. I'd only ever stop here again if I could make it during lunch. Window service was great though.

What can I say it's Burger King, if you're looking for a fast burger and you're running out of time on your lunch break don't go here. The average wait time for Burger King at lunch time or any High rate food times. And leave you sitting in the Drive-Thru for anything from 3 to 20 minutes.

The food quality depends on who's working, the last few times we got cold fries under our hot fries. So disappointing to be eating hot fries then they go cold. I don't know how many times we left without checking the bags, and there are sandwiches missing. I now open the bag before I pull away from the window.

Nuggets taste like kids lunch. Cashier got upset with me cause I didn't want the coupon book.

The ambience is relaxing however the food is waay to salty. When at the counter two employee's were arguing, completely unprofessional. The way the burgers were put together made it close to impossible to eat.

Fries were good ..burgers sucked had couple whopper jr..cold small burger hardly any toppings nothing to indicate Whopper of any kind.. should have gone to Taco Bell

I did not like the food and some of their kitchen machines or appliances sounded like all of the bearings were burned out of them. The noise was horrific!

We went though the drive threw,they had a young man who could not take orders, left us sitting and was only taking orders on one side, i blame the shift manger for this, there should of had someone working with him till he was able to take orders comfortably, when we ordered our food the order was not right,no we didn't return to have it fix because so much time was wasted on our order, the young man called his supervisor up who took our order,hopefully if we return there things will be run better.

Poor customer service. New worker didn't know you could get "baby cones" for kids and when I ordered off the menu he got the order wrong. After I pointed directly at what I had ordered from the menu, they still acted like I didnt know what I was talking about. Not the best service. Mistakes are okay, poor customer service is not.

I previously left a 5 star review for this place but just found spit in my Dr pepper. Not spending my money here again they can go to hell.

The burger king in fremont treats there employees horribly. I seen first hand how a woman was treated, and then my neighbor went in and was also treated with the most disrespect iv seen in a long time i cant believe they are even open. Sad what happened to customer service 😠

I was Burger King in Fremont this morning and the manager coughed into her hand then wiped them on her pants and said " I hate allergies". She then goes to the frier to handle food WITHOUT washing her hands.

No one in line at drive through but still had to wait before leaving bcuz night crew doesn't know how to take an order in a timely manner.

guy behind me in line was greeted and served before me for some reason. after sitting and waiting for my food, i was given very soggy lukewarm sandwiches. i ordered online and suspect the food was done before i arrived but the extra 15 minutes of just sitting there while a guest who arrived after me got served before i even got a hello probably contributed to the sogginess. it looked like one sandwich had half a chicken patty but maybe thats how its supposed to be made. they didnt give me a receipt or ask about one either, i suspect they didnt want me to leave a review. i am disappointed in so many ways from this transaction

The gentleman running the drive thru tonight 12/4/21 was very rude. Did not ask if condiments where wanted. Honked horn with no response, knocked on window and had rudely said don’t bang on the window. Slow service as well. Unimpressed. Added tonight 4/2/2022. Review is still a one star. Just went they the drive thru very slow service. Order a milkshake expecting whip cream on top as usual get handed a not filled cup all melted with no whip cream! Fries where cold. Server was rude!

Sat in drive-through for 20 minutes they forgot to put all my food in the order and for gotta a drink so don't go here this place sucks Whent back in side to go get the other food and a nother 15 minutes. Not to mention the guy that took are order was very rude and disrespectful

(No exaderation) we waited for our food for over 30 minutes, over 10 different cars just gave up waiting and left. The service is terribly slow. And every time I get a sweet tea it's not sweet, not only that our burgers were burnt, to the point where it hurts to eat them.

I think after today is the last day I'll ever go here. Always missing something in my order yes I do big orders and today I was checking my bag to make sure I got everything but was told that if I could move because their on a time limit so I get home to find out 2 orders of chicken fries were not in the bag. I call and they ask if I can come back but 30mins away to drive back for them. So now I have a niece with no food 🙄.

I got the $5 box with a chicken sandwich but got a fish sandwich and got a sweet tea but what I got was a unsweetened tea other than that the fries and chicken nuggets are good but I don't know how you switch up chicken and fish and sweet and unsweetened tea

This is the second time within two months that I ha e been rather dissatisfied with Burger King. They need to learn what goes on their salads. I ordered a chicken club salad, which was supposed to contain bacon and croutons and it contained neither. Also the employee acted as though he didn't know how to take the order.

I Ordered the #1 Whopper and when I sat down to eat it the sides were burnt ..When I removed some of the items to get a better look half of it was burned.. When I went up to ask for another Hamburger the young lady at the counter turned an laughed like this was funny ..Sorry thats not how you serve your customers ...I will never be going back again the worst service from employees they were eating and playing I will take my business to McDonald's so do not go to the Burger King in Fremont Michigan.

Matthew sucked. He didn't know what he was doing. We ordered buy one get one free original chicken sandwich off the app and he somehow turned our code into meal for 2 on the charge. Need smarter employees. Stop hiring from mocha and other programs as such.

Went to the restaurant drive thru. Waited 10.minutes to order. Paid for our food and waited another 10 minutes asked to pull forward as our food was not quite ready. We pulled forward for 20 minutes called the restaurant and they said our food was done and that it would be out shortly and then waited another 20.minutes to be told we needed to move forward again as people who were behind us were getting food and they still didn't bring us our food needed to get out of the drive thru. We let them we are done waiting and will not be moving unless we get our food or our money back as this was crazy. We ordered 1 burger combo that is it. We were told by th e punk kid we will not be getting nothing with that kind of attitude and so we could leave. We mentioned to him either we get food, our money, or we would call the police for stealing our money. We waited another 15 minutes for another employee to throw 15 dollars at us and tell us to get out of the line and quit bothering them.
