It's my favorite bk in Michigan. No complaints. Friendly staff. Sometimes there's a wait but only if it's really busy, and that's what I'd expect. Some hard working people here.

Matthew was awesome. He was so professional and friendly,I saw he got a bad review and I must say that is all completely false about matthew he is a great worker! He deserves a raise he definitely does more then the rest of the ohter employees! Thanks Matthew!

Better than any other BK in Michigan. Mostly super nice friendly workers, a few dry humans, but, 94% success rate at getting what I ordered right the 1st time! It's better than MCD thats 4 sure!

Great burger King! Love the staff, the breakfast is my favorite, burgers are huge, and their coffee is better than you know who's lol.. the only thing I am super upset about is they switched to hidden valley ranch. I HATE that ranch so much. I guess I'll have to bring my own next time :P

The food is free of food dyes so they deserve 10 stars. Burgers are flame grilled not flat pan fried like McDonalds. Their fries are fat and taste like real potatoes. I love their sandwiches, they are quite large if you order the right ones. Prices are in line with other fast food. This store is clean, has friendly staff. If we do have fast food, not often, we choose BK due to the quality of products. Real fresh cut onions, tomatoes and whole fresh lettuce!

The line is always slow but the food is good. It's a more quality fast food burger than you would find most other places. The shakes are super thick and yummy.

Good place to eat out. The customer service is pretty good. Whenever I have an issue with my order, they try to resolve it while I am still at the store. The food is usually put together pretty well; orders aren't usually messy. Very rarely, they will mess up an order.

So I said just give me the fries and call it good. When I asked why so much, about 4.00 more than I anticipated. She looked away like she knew she'd been caught. After telling her I wanted half to go and half dine in. She put everything on a tray so I asked for a bag so I could take half of it home.

Ordered a combo meal with coupon. Attempted to substitute regular fries for cheese fries and chicken fries. It seemed like she was pushing regular fries instead. So I said just give me the fries and call it good. When I asked why so much, about 4.00 more than I anticipated. She looked away like she knew she'd been caught. Prices are high and food quality is low.

It's fast food how hard can it be. The fries had so much salt we has to ask for new ones. Then they gave us sandwiches we didn't even order. The employees acted like they had no idea what they were doing very poor service

Why I don't order food but from Andrea's! the price vs quantity and quality isn't worth it! Order/payment taker eating an ice cream cone while taking payment is just not cool. Legit wasted $16 on a whopper meal. Halfway through eating the whopper I see a short black hair sticking out from between the bun and the patty, im absolutely repulsed. I normally dont leave bad reviews but man im disgusted right now

Matthew sucked. He didn't know what he was doing. We ordered buy one get one free original chicken sandwich off the app and he somehow turned our code into meal for 2 on the charge. Need smarter employees. Stop hiring from mocha and other programs as such.

Went to the restaurant drive thru. Waited 10.minutes to order. Paid for our food and waited another 10 minutes asked to pull forward as our food was not quite ready. We pulled forward for 20 minutes called the restaurant and they said our food was done and that it would be out shortly and then waited another 20.minutes to be told we needed to move forward again as people who were behind us were getting food and they still didn't bring us our food needed to get out of the drive thru. We let them we are done waiting and will not be moving unless we get our food or our money back as this was crazy. We ordered 1 burger combo that is it. We were told by th e punk kid we will not be getting nothing with that kind of attitude and so we could leave. We mentioned to him either we get food, our money, or we would call the police for stealing our money. We waited another 15 minutes for another employee to throw 15 dollars at us and tell us to get out of the line and quit bothering them.
