Come here once or twice a week. Nice staff but only complaint is they don't repeat back your order or give you receipts so you have to double sometimes triple check they get your order right! Especially when ordering multiple drinks! Pretty unprofessional and happens consistently. Other then that it's a decent place.

It's okay. My biggest pet peeve is that they don't have anywhere to sit inside the store while you wait so you have to stand up for what seems like an eternity waiting for your drink & it's kind of awkward because there is no music or anything playing in the background. Sometimes I would rather just go to the Jamba Juice at Pacific Commons on Automall Parkway.

Jamba Juice has a good selection of smoothies and bowls, but the experience can be hit or miss. I ordered my juice without ice. And when I got it it was extremely cold; when I reconfirmed that my juice is without ice - they said yes and now even after 1 hour or more ; it’s super cold. I have sinus issues; this is not done

I ordered two drinks and yogurt waffle bowl yesterday around 2.40 pm. The drinks were good but the cashier behaviour was very rude. She didn’t greeted at all and was behaving like I am not paying for my order. Then I asked for two glasses of water and had to wait for 5 mins to get that. I hope this comment will enlighten jamba juice to improve their staff so they could treat their customers in a nice way.

They messed up my drink. I said they could just make a small and give me the other one so they didn't have to throw the other one. Minimize waste. The lady was very snippy in saying that can't do that because it is a different price. Had to wait for a long time just to experience more bad service and watch them waste food. Unnecessarily bad experience

Customer service is -0. Layla took my order and seemed annoyed the entire time… I sarcastically said, “you have great customer service skills”… her attitude did improve. The younger co worker made my drink , didn’t get her name but tastes great!

Poorly blended smoothie. No receipt was given. Worker at the register seemed friendly but the rest of the staff did not seem energetic and happy. The manager on duty (black shirt) handed me my drink with a smile but failed to notice the poorly blended smoothie. I also asked for TWO boost and as I kept my eye on the workers I did NOT see them add any boost to my smoothie which was paid for. As the girl attempted to blend my smoothie, she was very careless and we made eye contact as she poor this chunky smoothie into the cup. This is very unacceptable. I’ve worked in fast food and retail and never have I ever handed out an item that I myself would accept. I am very disappointed with this service. Actions need to be taken.

7/15/24 - Disappointing location. We arrived 8 min before closing time but the place was fully locked. The staff saw us and did nothing. They just stared back, 3 people, did not wave that they are closed. Why are they all closed up still during working hours?! First try of Jamba and already so unpleasant

Too dang expensive! Definitely you can make much better smoothies from home. I haven't been to a Jamba juice for about 5 years and I'll never return. 2 medium smoothies for $19 🤯

Poor service, untrained staff and beware if you are allergic, they have no information on contents of the smoothies…. We got watermelon breeze which said it contains milk.. we got it and it was extremely sour.. I asked the staff what it contains and he said it has watermelon juice and milk but it had a lot of other stuff like pineapple, peaches which we didn’t want.. Lesson learned! Have the feedback to clearly state in their menu so there is no confusion..

Also, I assume those black stuff are from other fruits?
