Was in this plaza for something else, and felt like getting a drink. There are quite a few boba tea shops in the same plaza! What ultimately decided for me was my needing a restroom ._.’ I ordered the basic milk tea with boba. On a Saturday around lunchtime there weren’t too many people here, just 1 party of 2 before me. My tea came out quickly. Flavor-wise it was decent, half sweetness was a good level. The boba themselves were on the soft side, still ok for me but I know people who prefer them more chewy. Overall a solid place, ~$6-7 for a drink with tip/tax which is about average. Service was friendly too so that’s always a plus.

I came here yesterday afternoon for their Valentine special - the lychee rose iced tea. The tea was refreshing and delicious, albeit too sweet. I got the drink with less ice and regular sweetness. The lychee jelly was yummy, too. There is hand sanitizer by the register and the only employee was obviously busy but still semi friendly.

The drink was great. My rewards didn’t process and that’s honestly what I’m most upset about. I know I’ve made at least 2 orders since February and I haven’t seen my rewards for either reward since the company decided to update their app.

Flavors are usually pretty good and the drinks usually are rather refreshing and not too sweet which I enjoy. Only negative is that the drinks are usually on the more watery-thin side rather than the full-bodied and creamy side compared to other milk tea places.

This place is all right but I can't stand stores that don't take cash also the customer service was pretty shady will not shady but Itty that being said they're Thai tea in the Boba was mediocre def was nothing to write home about

Disgusting. Tried the Taro Lover which was straight up the purple powder drink where you can't adjust the sweetness. If you have kids that just like a sweet drink, this is what you want. The drinks don't look like the poster image. You are getting a powdered sugar drink. We tossed ours after 1 sip. Worse than inflated price is getting a garbage drink. It says something like they'll remake the drink, but this isn't anywhere close. Interior was modern, but ruined by the older Asian crowd. Workers were nice and efficient and it's not their fault.

I brought my own cup for environmental reasons, and they couldn't make my drink in my cup. Why? Because they need to count cups. ...even though they take orders through a machine and I'm sure that software can tell you how many cups you've sold in a day. We don't live in cavepeople times anymore. This shop is located in one of the most technologically advanced places in the world and they need to manually count cups? I drink boba a lot and I actually really like Teaspoon, but for this reason, I'll choose any of the many other boba shops that will let me use my own cup.
