This location (especially at night) always forgets to add ALL the ingredients. For example, a bean burrito...I don't think I've ever gotten onions or the red sauce that it's supposed to come with. What am I supposed to do, remind them?! I even paid for extra red sauce once and they still didn't give me any lol

They're friendly. But there is never a time I get home and my food is made correctly. You say no tomatoes they out extra tomatoes no onions. They put extra onions it seems. It's convenient to get to as it's down the street from my house. But they do not give much attention to detail.

Who’s the district manager? And how can we get a hold of him/her? The 2 days in a row I bought the $7 box and both days 2/1/25 - 2/2/25 I received my taco broken this is unacceptable. Then when I call they don’t answer at this location on kings canyon. Poor customer service to say the least

The workers were so mean when I asked for extra hot sauce I said I just needed five more and he gave me like 20 then my burrito said no beans these people didn’t put beans instead they only put chicken cheese and extra onions which is not how a five layer is made at all let alone I’m allergic to onions so I had to use my epi pen so Now I have to go buy a new one and I dam near died. I’d say out of the 5 times I go here a month they get my order right just once but this time they really over did it I almost died I ordered one dam thing I was the only customer there I don’t understand why this store hates people so much.

This location is a franchise and a horrible one at that. They charge more than a corporate Taco Bell but don't offer the full menu. Compare their menu to a corporate one and it's easy to spot the difference. They offer no "Sugar Free" drinks other than Diet Pepsi. No Baja Blast Zero or Unsweetened Tea. Unacceptable. Who doesn't offer unsweetened Iced Tea. The only reason why this location wouldn't offer what a corporate one does is simply because the franchise owner is being GREEDY and maximizing thier profits. Employees are disgruntled and unprofessional. No drive or motivation to be there. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Order a 5 layer beefy burrito that's definitely not beefy at all and they were definitel greedy/lazy with the cheese. Also order the 3 soft taco combo and half the tortilla was wet.

Came on my lunch and they didn’t put in the sour cream they pushed as an add on in my taco. When I called to tell them they didn’t answer the phone. So no more add ons in a hurry, if so check it there.
