I finally had my best experience with a chicken express restaurant here in Frisco TX compared to all of the other restaurants I have eaten at. Great and welcoming customer service along with delicious food. I would definitely eat again there and would recommend it to my friends and family!!!

Here's the deal... There's chicken everywhere, and experiences can vary. This Chicken Express is outstanding every time (nearly... as one reviewer notes). But the key is to have great management, and order what they're great at, because no fast food restaurant pays top dollar for every product or ingredient. Here, they have experienced and great people. Ask for Scott, Nick, and Colby who together exceptionally operate this Chicken Express. GM Scott is coming in on Thanksgiving to fry up some Thanksgiving turkeys for valued customers. They are good, and they care (but also manage teenagers). As for the food, stick with what they invest in and do well... marinated chicken tenders, hot wings, rolls, sweet tea, fried okra, and hush puppies; These are amazing because they invest time and money into them! Ask for one of those three men, they will specially cook up whatever you want!

Perfect chicken strips every time! We always use the drive through and so far our order has been correct every time.. That is a huge plus.. Staff are pleasant and wear masks. That also makes my day for sure! The biscuits are always a big hit at home with the yummy gravy and we tried their fries this time which made everyone wish we had gotten 2 orders.. Our corn nuggets were also just right as usual. Ohh, and if you like fried okra.. Don't forget to try theirs!!! If prices were lower on the fried chicken plates and buckets we would order those but for now we stuck to the strips... I'm sure they must be good though.

It’s been a while since my last visit to Chicken Express, but I’m so glad I stopped in! The manager and staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and efficient. My food came out hot, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The restaurant was spotless and clearly well-managed, even with a steady flow of happy customers coming and going. It’s easy to see why this location stays busy! I’ll definitely be coming back soon. A great meal and an even better experience—what a perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend!

Came through the drive thru Friday after work, service is usually not the greatest at Chicken Express but the chicken has me always coming back. This time around however I was welcomed by some of the best customer service I’d ever experienced in fast food drive thrus- a very pleasant surprise! They forgot my okra but we just went through the drive thru again and they quickly got the issue fixed! Can’t wait to come back soon.

I have lived in Frisco for 7 years. And if I have any advice to give you it’s that you should come here to chicken express, it’s worth every dollar. This restaurant is perfect for me: it’s right next to my parents office, working here sits very well with me and the food served here could rival McDonald’s.

Still good food, but interesting the lobby is closed after 430 pm. Need to remember that. I like to walk into the lobby to order larger orders to make sure everything is right. Don't want to get through the long drive thru only to be missing something.

Ate here once a week and always had wonderful service and food. Even when they raised their prices by 30% we continued our frequent trips. However once they implemented charging extra to pay with credit card that was the day we decided to stop eating here. :( I miss Chicken Express.

Love the chicken and especially the tenders! I also recommend the sweet tea. There are those out there that would definitely think it's to sweet but I do quite enjoy it. I would rate it even higher but my one problem is the fries, much better at other places. Also I recommend always choosing a roll instead of the biscuit!

Best chicken strips in town. Fries are good too. Attention to detail isn’t always there, I always ask for a biscuit and 50% of the time I get a roll. Chicken strips are excellent though. Oh....and the crushed ice for the fountain drinks, love the crushed ice.

My favorite chicken place so far. Order takers speak my language & get my order correct more times than competitors. I like giblets best- hard to find a place that has them. Tenders usually fresh & not dried out like most others. Keep going back.

This was the first time that I had everything in the bag that I asked for. The young man at the windows also gave me enough napkins and ketchup when I asked for them. The food was hot and fresh. The rolls were so soft and warm! Great job today Chicken Express!!!

So I haven't been at this location for 8 mths because of my last experience. Gave them another chance! OMG! They are already high, but then you had the nerve to put over baked and almost burnt rolls! To be honest, I don't think the owner cares about the reviews because the reviews are consistent, but no change! Sad! Won't be back!

It's just another chicken place in a DFW Metroplex that has thousands. I only get their potatoes and gravy now, which both have way too much pepper in them. But they are better than other chicken places out there. Nothing spectacular. The service, similar to others, is subpar and should be addressed. Half the time, I have to ask for both napkins and a spoon... as if I could eat mashed potatoes without Utensils if some kind. The atmosphere is empty. And not clean.

Good, consistent chicken. Love the corn nuggets and Cole slaw. Went through the drive thru and they handed me the wrong order (should have checked it before driving off). I went back to exchange the order and they did it promptly with no special fanfare. They should have done something additional for my trouble but I won't fault them that. It just felt like mediocre service overall.

Have to say I had the "manager special" - 2 chicken breasts, fries and drink... it was gross... didn't even feed to the dogs. I had them before and it was good... that's why they get 3 stars... but never get the special

I have to say we normally like going to this place. But our last visit wasn't that good at all, but maybe that is because we took it to go this time and was given the old stuff? The chicken was dry and not really tender like usually and we tried the fried pickles which we do like at other eateries, but these were just terrible. They had sooo much salt on them you really couldn't even eat them. I am not sure if that is the way they make them, or if someone made a mistake when making them, but we'll definitely avoid them should we go back. Chicken Express manager.. You have a great location, so take care of it and you'll have great business for years to come. But don't take anything for granted, there are too many options available to for consumers in the area.

!!! BE AWARE, THEY CHARGE 3.5% FOR USING A CREDIT CARD !!! The notice is not displayed on the menu board, they don't ask you cash or card, the cashier had her hand out with receipt before I got to the window so the charge was already there before she knew my payment method, and finally the notice is on a 5x5 card taped to the drive through window. It makes me wonder how many cash customers paid this and didn't know it, this is deceptive practice in my mind Not only have their strips gotten ridiculously expensive, smaller it appears...I can get a nicer sit down meal for the $43 I paid tonight. I completely understand things are more expensive, but Mr Franchise Owner, you lost a customer today because the fee isn't made known before you order. I know my $40 won't bankrupt you, but if enough people read this and take their business elsewhere, it will put a dent in your profits

The staff they are hiring have made this place go down hill. I asked for regular chicken strips and I got spicy. The rolls are always hard and burnt now. AND they charge a fee to use your debit card which is illegal in Texas! TEXAS AND CREDIT CARD CONVENIENCE FEES OR SURCHARGES In Texas, the Finance Code prohibits sellers from charging such a fee to credit card customers, however, sellers may offer a discount for paying in cash.

I stopped by on my way home from work and got a four piece tender, green beans and mash potatoes. I live 20 mins away, I got all the way home and my mash potatoes were missing. I called and the person was very nice. I returned the next day when I got off work only to be given the mash potatoes they left off my order. I was confused, so I tell the young person that I understood that whole meal would be replaced for the inconvenience. His response was “ oh that’s all was written down.” I will not go back to this location. Customer service and courtesy needs I’m improvement.

Food can be made quick and is decent quality, but triple check (and do a fourth check to be safe) that they give you all sauces that you pay for. They will manage to charge for each sauce requested, but somehow will not put a single one in your bag. Multiple visits over the past half a year and I've been given none of the extra sauces I ask for - even while being reminded that it does cost extra. Honestly it's a joke because it seems like it's the only thing they can be consistent about.

I used to eat here about once a week. I enjoyed the military discount they offered. That's gone now. I also purchased a discount card through a school fundraiser after seeing this store offered a discount through the fundraiser. Chicken Express has now stopped honoring the discount that was supposed to be valid for another 5 or 6 months. They used to be in good standing with the community, but things are changing. I know Raising Cane's supports their community. I may start going there more often now. I really hope the management thinks through some of the recent changes.

Tonight was the first time I’ve picked up food here in several weeks, and wow have things changed! First of all, even if you don’t want drinks with your meals you still have to pay for them. Also, I could no longer get the senior discount. The chicken strips were small and dry. The french fries were okay, but you should have seen the biscuits!! They looked like tiny pancakes and were so hard they were totally inedible. Yep, things at this place have changed.

Tonight the drive through clerk was rude and yes we were placing a large order at 930...20 pieces of chicken. She told us we could not so we ended up with 10 pieces...their loss. At the window she rudely threw the sack into the car. Once home I called a manager to complain and she was NO help. Olga is her name I think. As we were speaking I opened my box to find all pieces burnt. I will continue to go back to Custer and Eldorado location where food and service is better, but I will be petty and dramatic and share this story with EVERYONE I meet in life. It's a pandemic, I have time on my hands. I have pics to prove it.

Went to pick up an order for dinner and the young lady preparing my order was eating chicken… meanwhile her coworker walking around eating mash potatoes!! Just GHETTO…. And had the nerve to look at me as if I was in the wrong! They charge 3 1/2% to use a credit or debit card??? They have a small handwritten sign at the register, which is hard to read and easily missed, so you're tricked until you pay and look at your receipt. What a rip-off!! I feel conned and most certainly will not be back.

Terrible. Was 3rd in line and was there for an hour. Didnt give me straws. And completely wrong order. I ordered 12 chicken tenders. With mac&cheese and fries. Got bone in chicken with fries and rolls. The employees seemed to just be playing around inside meanwhile everyone is waiting forever.

I am unsure why this location is even still open. The customer service is horrible and the employees are very unprofessional. The team members at the drive thru, act as if you are getting on their nerves when you order. Every time we attempt to order the fish on the menu, they tell us they only have one left. We have went at all different times of the day/evening to only get the same result.

There’s not a chicken express within miles from where I live But this one on Main in Frisco I’ve been coming to for a minute I was bragging on this store because when I say fresh I mean fresh food But a few days ago I went maybe 20-30 minutes before closing I spent over 40 something dollars to get home and food taste like it has been sitting under the light longer than a hour I called back after I made it home to realize how horrible my food was The manager I spoke with said to come back and they would redo the order I called before I went back and of course my order was not replaced I’ll never go back

I was visiting family after work, and decided to stop and get a few family meals... ( i live across town and love my local Chicken express).. anyway i guess she didnt not hear what I had ordered ( 15 pc. chicken tender family meals- $22- as it was posted on the windows, and on drive thru and some add ons with drinks) she sarcastically advised they did not have 15 pc gizzard meals.. So I again spoke slow and repeated myself, advised sides, she then asked is that it? She was Very impatient as if they were extreamly busy ( 2 cars in the parking lot abd one car before myself. ) she continued to interupte as I was trying to finish my order, finally I just stopped ordering, advised to let me know when she was done so I can finish ordering. I got to the window paid and waited.. when they gave my food I checked it.. and asked to have honey mustard and bbq sauce..she sighs, slams the window, then opens it and hands me 4.. I then ask for 4 more sauces.. she says " 4 more What?" I advised sauces for the tenders as its a family meal.. and ther are 3 kids .. she didnt advise " unfortunately, or im sorry we would have to charge for anything more after the 1st 4.. or anything remotely close to that.. instead it was ..I GAVE YOU 4 - YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR MORE!!!! With an aggrivated face and rolled her eyes... i advised i had no problem paying for more.. all she had to do was be courteous and advise in a polite manner. If u dislike your minimum wage job... dont take it out on those who provide your salary... eith out us customers... you wouldnt be employed there...Will NEVER RETURN TO THIS LOCATION..ohhh and the food... on a scale of 1-10... id say a 2... tasted like it was old grease.. and everything was soggy...

At 9:15 Friday night the dining room doors were all locked. The hours of operation sign on the door showed that the lobby would be open until 10pm. I rattled the door loud enough for employees to notice me. Two of them looked right at me and then turned their back to me. There were no vehicles in the drive-thru and we could see lots of cooked food in the display.

Ordered family tenders and they wouldn’t give me sauce unless I paid .40 a piece. Shame on you. I spent $50 and no sauce. I wanted 10 minutes for food and then given t the wrong food. 😡😡😡

Rancid oil, 15% inedible fish due to thin sides, old frozen soggy -mushy okra. Made me so very sick I'm reporting to Corporate. The wait was over 15 minutes for food that gave me horrible tummy ache. Will never ever go to any Chicken Express again. Rather wait 15 min at Chick-FLay in line for fresh oil that has never made me sick like today's experience with fried fish filets and okra at Frisco Chicken Express, Main St.

Don't EVER use the drive thru!!! Far less than half of the time have they gotten the order correct. Today, they gave us drumsticks instead of breasts. In the past they have forgotten the apple pie or the roll or charged us for someone else's order. Even after checking the order, while holding up the drive thru, the order was still not correct. If I want to take my chances on whatever I get, I'll go to Vegas. At least if you go inside, you can have a chance of getting it corrected.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in all of Frisco! They are doing nothing to protect themselves or their patrons from covid. I went in to pick up an order and was shocked by how rudely I was treated. I was literally chased out of the store with the woman yelling at me because I didn't want to have a conversation with someone not wearing a mask. I had literally been silent in the store other than to tell them the name for my order. It was insane.

*DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICE* This location charges a fee to pay with a credit or debit card. The fee is not posted on the menu board and is not included in their posted prices. Instead they have a tiny little sticker on the payment window that mentions it. The worker doesn't tell you either. I've apparently been unknowingly paying this fee for months. To the owner: Do you really want your employees handling cash and counting out change constantly? That's what happens if people stop paying with cards. There are probably 5 chicken restaurants within a mile of this one, so they'll be getting a bit more business now. Just include it in your prices. Don't be deceptive.

This store is ran by children with no customer service skills . They lack common respect although I may look like one of their piers I'm actually old enough to be they're father. #2 my food was cold fries were wet but them hot wings are good hot or cold ! But I will never spend another dime at the Frisco/ main st location and if they close it I wouldn't miss nothing but those wings they can keep the poor service

This location needs to shut down and the staff needs to find new jobs!!!!! This is the worse place ever!!! They are not worth the money. The quality of the food sucks!!!! They mess up your order, food isn't fresh AND they want you to bring back day old food which is a HUGE INCONVIENCE!!! When you take it back they count it and make sure it's all there as if your lying and will only replace what you brought back. What happen to customer service? This place has ZERO!!!! All of the reviews on here are true! STAY FARRRR AWAY!!!

If you're reading this, please check your bag before you head home. I just spent $61 on food from here for my family only to get home and notice that almost all of our sides were missing. All we got were chicken and biscuits in our boxes. No French fries. No fried pickles. No green beans. The order was so big that I didn't want to spend an extra 2 minutes holding up the line and going through all of the boxes in the car. But I just asked the guy are you sure everything is here? And he said yes. I get home and NOPE! I called the store to let them know and requested a refund for the missing items. They told me I would have to come up to the store with the food to get a refund and then repurchase what they gave me. ??? Huh?? None of that makes any sense at all. Instead of doing the right thing, this location decided to lose a customer for life. I just had to take food off of my kids plates, tell my wife to stop eating and to put everything back in the bags so I could drive back up to the restaurant with half eaten food and return everything. (This was by request of the restaurant by the way.) I guess losing a customer for life is worth it.

I made a call in order For a 15 piece tender 2 large mash and one large Mac and cheese. I drove from the colony. I specifically told the lady over the phone that my daughter will not eat the chicken so we need the mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. I get all the way home Which is a 15 minute drive. I start pulling food out of the bag and the mashed potatoes were missing. I call the store And she refused to make the Mashed potatoes. However there were 3 single mashed potatoes with gravy but my daughter will not eat the mashed potatoes with the gravy. My son took a bite of one of the small mashed potatoes and it tasted rotten, I smelled it and it smelled rotten. This is unacceptable. I would like a full refund back. 35 dollars for a meal that is rotten And food is missing Is flat out ridiculous. This location has poor customer service and I do not recommend this to anybody.

They are so inconsistent which sucks because I live chicken express and it’s the only one near Little Elm. They close at literally anytime after 8:30pm no matter what the website, posted hours, or anything says. It really sucks to have to go to another chicken spot because k actually like the company just not this overpriced franchise. Please for Gods sake build another one with different leadership.

This review is for the Chicken Express located on Main in Frisco but I'm sure what I have to say probably applies to most locations. I don't even know where to begin but I'm sure if a customer experienced what my wife and I did they would be writing a review as well. After picking-up our Dinner through their drive through and upon arrival back home we quickly learned they failed to put the chicken tenders in the box. It only included our sides. So explain something to me. How do you miss the chicken when this is the first word in your name and it's your main dish. As you might guess we were very unhappy and returned everything. My wife asked how does this happen and my reply was, "No One Cares Anymore". There is no such thing as good customer service. Lastly I'd like to say to all employees of Chicken Express including the Franchise Owner of this location and the founders, that apparently you have forgotten who keeps you in business and who pays your salaries. Answer - YOUR CUSTOMERS

My wife and I ordered 2 seven peice tender meals and they both only had 5 tenders when we got home. I blame myself for not checking before driving away…I didn’t realize it was so hard to count to seven for adults anyway. The manager asked if I wanted to return to get two thenders…who wants to drive back over two tenders. The young man at the counter was very friendly and polite. Wont be returning

This location is the WORST location ever and the owner needs to re-evaluate the type of employees that is there representing the business front. First they messed up my order, then when I called the lady who answered proceeds to tell me that the people taking the order don’t know what is placed in the bags. So there is no communication to ensure the correct order goes out. She then got upset and have a VERY stank attitude when I suggested they check orders before giving them out. The mashed potatoes tasted like boxed potatoe flakes-NOT done at all. On top of all that the rude lady wouldn’t tell me her name and hung up in my face. I’ll never spend another dime at this location and if you expect good clean customer service you shouldn’t either! Research for yourself, they have numerous of horrible reviews!

While I am not one to leave reviews, my experience with this chicken express location today was shocking. Not only was the employee rude while taking our order through the drive through microphone, but then purposefully placed the order wrong, had an attitude when asked about it, and between the chaos we realized that she wasn’t even wearing a mask as she handled our food and spoke to us through the drive through. Chicken express is one of our favorite places to grab a bite, but we will NOT be coming back to this location. What a shame.

I was most displeased to see the drive through cashier (Esther) NOT wearing her mask. I assumed we’d be okay with another employee handling the food, but I found out that was NOT the case and the unmasked employee did instead. Upon talking to the rude manager (who refused to tell me her name), she divulged that “this location has a ‘mask optional’ rule with employees... but we wear them anyways.” Once I called her out on her lie of ‘wearing them anyways’ since we were just there, she shrugged it off and offered no assistance for the inconvenience. We ended up trashing the food so we didn’t have to worry about the possibility of getting sick. Stay away from this location, very unsanitary and even worse customer service.

Slow service. Did they had to go in the back and pluck the feathers off a chicken? The chicken even ain't that great but they serve livers and gizzard so that is their only saving grace. My receipt shows that I paid for the meal at 3:30. Its 3:55 and still waiting and I look out the window and it's the same thing, she's also waiting for her order. It's not bad if this is a one off but every time I come here it's the same thing. And smile a bit. It doesn't hurt, service with a smile, the franchisee should teach that. But seriously. The wait time tho. Ok, lady in the drive through got her order. Still. Waiting. For. Ours. Go elsewhere for your greasy fried chicken fix.

I love Chicken Express. I have been known to stop by just for unsweetened tea, several times a week. My last visits have been disappointing to say the least. I run through the drive through, get my order home & every time it's wrong, every time. I have paid for okra that I never received more times than I can count. I've been given sweet tea instead of unsweetened tea several times, dinner roll missing... . About a month ago, after a disastrous trip to CE, I decided I'm done, which really makes me sad. Tonight, I gave it one more try. I made it home with my dinner, only to find 2 cups of gravy & no mashed potatoes. CE, I am done.

Chubby red head cashier was the rudest ever. I boughy a family 16 piece mixed chicken combo and she only gives me 3 seasoning packets and 3 hot sauces packets. I go back because my wife really really loves the seasoning packets and I had requested extra packets when I placed my order. I have to go inside the store and request more packets politely the lady says she has to charge me 25 cents a packet. I agree. I ask for 10 she rolls her eyes and brings out 5 of the regular. I politely ask her for the SPICY she rolls her eyes again and makes a comment. I IMEDIATELY walk out of the store. Mind you I have never gotten charged for the seasoning packs or hot sauce packs, the WORST LOCATION.

Every time I order here for some spicy chicken tenders they always put in the regular and this time was literally the 4th time this happens. Sometimes want to give the place a chance but this time not only was it the wrong tenders and gravy was All over the box smh

Ordered a 2 piece fillets along with a drink and the hush puppies and fish was dried out to the point of the edges of the fish was like jerky because I can assume sitting under a heat lamp, so it is not made to order anymore.Called to let them know that it was not satisfactory and the phone kept hanging up. This location use to be the best. Totally disappointed!!!

Shout out to the manager on duty P, who’s eating off of the food line with a tray where cooked food is… Not only does he have a disregard to safety and food pathogens but it’s a total disregard what professionalism is… When I requested the operators contact info I info was declined any type of info name email phone number etc… Of course, queen princess always has an attitude which makes no sense to raise my awareness to another level of management… BAD BAD BAD FOR BUSINESS

I have never received more horrible in my life! I drove all the way home just to find out my drinks were wrong and that my order was partially wrong as well. I expressed to the very nice young men that were assisting me at the drive through that I was not satisfied what I received. Instead of the manager taking ownership like an outstanding leader would do, she was reluctant to interact with me at first and when she finally did, it was an extremely unpleasant experience. I truly regret giving my money, time, and energy to this establishment. I am very familiar with how management works considering that I have been in management for over 10 years. I am extremely disappointed and embarrassed due to the fact that I spoke so highly of the chicken express brand to someone who accompanied me on this visit. I will never visit this location again if any other at all !

Lazy and unprofessional. How do you decide to shut down the diner area two hours before you close because you already decided to clean and mop it. On top of that, you make it look like the location is closed so the only cars in the parking lot are employee cars. Not surprising that Braums next door was packed. That location was well lit, professionally staffed, accommodating and friendly. This chicken express location is trash due to the staff.

Stopped to get something for my 5 yr old to eat while we wait for my 14 yr old yo get out of practice. All of my food is old and gross, and none of it is hot, not even warm. Tried to call ahead and let them know I'll be bringing the food back ....we'll it's seems they have the line set to auto hangup, and the mailbox is full, so you can't get through. Now that I have read the reveiws, I'm not sure if I even want to take this stuff back smh

Stopped by for lunch today and the food was terrible chicken was very dry and old, I ordered an additional side and did not receive that side and to top off my awful meal I found a hair in my food. Needless to say didn’t eat my meal and I feel cheated out of my money for not receiving what I ordered and paid for. I would have gone back but by the time I brought my meal back to work there wasn’t anytime for me to return the food. Spicy frier has also been down for as long as I’ve been trying this chicken express as well. Terrible experience today with this franchise and not a food safe eating experience will not be returning.

This is the worst Chicken Express you can go to. Terrible employees. They charge extra 3.5% for credit card transactions. Tacky paper sign on drive through window talking about they charge extra for sauces. Yes, they can’t give you more than a couple of hot sauce or honey packs with your $16 meal and on top of that, food is often cold. Simply horrible.

Wow, how special this place is. I pull up, "Yes, I'd like a number 2" her response..okay, what kind of chicken would you like? After the 2nd time, I had to tell her a #2 was the 7 chicken tenders. She said l, oh okay. Then I pull up ask for seasoning salt. She asks regular or spicy. I say regular. I stop to eat. Open the box, to like 12 tenders, no seasoning salt, and a roll that looked and felt like it was used in the last Dallas Stars game. Absolutely horrible service...

Place is great. I've been going to chicken express for 30 plus years. But this one charges for any dipping sauce. All locations give you some with any meal. This one says $$ for extra. Well I did not get any and they want me to pay extra for something that's included..

I went through the drive-through. I don’t go here very often and the employee who took my order extremely rude and had lots of attitude when I asked just a few simple questions about the menu answer every question with tons of attitude. I don’t think I’m coming back.

Went here on Saturday 19th of July and walked in and the floor was greasy and slick didn't mind that stepped to the counter worker gave me crazy look placed my order and a new worker popped up it was a roach the roach told me not to eat here because all of his friends were eating in the back so people take your own chance eating at this place because this place is full of roaches

I like the chicken here but I drove by today and just left because I saw they’re advertising hiring workers for $12/hr?? Utterly depraved to pay hard working people that low of a wage. I have years of experience in the food service industry and we shouldn’t patronize restaurants that don’t pay their employees a living wage.

If I could give a negative, I would. I did not receive all of my order. I called and was told all they could do was replace what waa missing. I the meantime, I have drove 20 minutes back home and have to drive 20 minutes back. I did everything as I should have and you cannot spare something extra? My food is now cold and your staff are rude and admit that this is not correct! Do better!

Food tasted like it came out if a freezer. Absolutly awful. The bread tasted like plastic and was totally garbage. The chicken was rubbery and the batter on it was chewy. The fries were literal garbage, and whatever sauce that was, it was horrid, tasted like pure butter, and chicken fat! Save yourself, DON'T COME HERE! The best thing I got was the coke!

How much rude attitude can someone have taking a complaint about the bad Catfish dinner order? Whatever you do, do NOT PATRONIZE Chicken Express 2720 Main St Frisco, TX 75033 and if you do… “DO NOT” order the CATFISH DINNER. It had no flavor, cooked really hard, and dry. Horrible customer service., the GM was awful and rude upon me calling to request a refund, or an order replacement upon my next visit. She refused to give me the district managers name or number, and when I told her I would be calling corporate, she stated, and you will be talking right back to me because I am the franchise owner. I was picking up food for my aunt whom had just had hip surgery, and hadn’t had Chicken Express, so I assumed it would be a good idea to treat her to dinner. Upon arrival to my aunts home we proceeded to open our dinner box. Attempted to eat the Catfish, but it was so horrible I decided to make a call to the restaurant and speak to managment. When I called Chicken Express, I actually had the call on speaker, and to my aunts amazement, she was very much surprised at the rude tone, and snappy attitude of the GM. It was a simple request… Which was to replace the Catfish on another day, not the other items included with the meal. The GM Requested I bring the Catfish back to the restaurant later in the evening in which I explained I was in another city tending to my aunt. The GM failed to have any empathy regarding the matter which I find hard to comprehend, being at the end of our call she kept saying to me “You have a blessed day” I looked up my previous orders via my credit card with this location, and have spent hundreds of dollars, but I will “Never” go back to this location again. #you #lost #a #customer BTW I leave will also leave positive reviews when applicable.

Good place to go to get your money stolen on multiple occasions when purchasing a number 2 7 piece tender I have only gotten 4 pieces. You pay 5 more dollars for 3 more tenders then not get it. Went a another time and got two numbers 2's and when I got home one of them was a box of rolls. I have given them one to many chances hoping it gets better. I DO NOT have these issues at any other chicken express I go too.

I went into the chicken express with my house mate and unknown to us,they were sprayin for bugs . On top of that , the girl who retrieved our order off the warmer was holding on to the nasty broom she was sweeping with and retrieving our bits of fish and putting then in box. She didn’t wash her hands , and continued to hold onto said broom whilst preparing our order .I asked the young man who took our order about it and he said “ I didn’t do it so it’s not my problem “ I talked to the manager who seemed very confused . The girl who prepared the order had to explain it to him . TWICE ! After I told them multiple times that would not be eating this, they made no attempt to ratify situation . And the young man added “ well , you saw the bug guys walking around so you prob shouldn’t have ordered “ he further went on to say “ we told them to spray after you left but they didn’t “ I for one find the attitude of the young man who took our order not conducive to a company / team mentality and the girl who loaded up the fish into box DID apologize saying “ it won’t happen again “ how does it not happening again work? Right now , I ve got a nasty kettle of fish and chips . No . I won’t eating there ever. If they have this cavalier attitude about their food prep in front and in public what goes on you do not see? Nasty.
