My husband and I came here for lunch and it was FAR BETTER than any other taco fusion place (Velvet, etc)! Fresh ingredients, great flavor combinations, perfect portion sizes. I had the Fried Chicken Elote taco and a side of elote and chips - DELICIOUS! My husband got the Grilled Steak and Spicy Rooster! The Rooster is spicy, but he loved it! Chef Moe - you’ve done well, Sir!
I ordered from Uber Eats and everything was phenomenal. Beyond my expectations. The elote, the elote chicken taco, the Spanish rice, the dill pickle taco, the chipotle grilled taco. I can't eat a lot of red meat so I appreciate the chicken options, the jug margarita. Perfection 🤌🏿. Definitely will be ordering again. Found my new found monthly guilty cheat meal.
Crush Taco is fantastic. The variety of tacos and other menu options is impressive, and everything is full of flavor. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, which makes the experience even better. This is easily one of my favorite spots and a place I keep coming back to. Highly recommend.
I live an hour and a half away, but this is my lunch restaurant of choice when I'm in the area. Service has always been great. Very friendly and quick. My meal of choice is the California burrito with cheese. Absolutely delicious.
I ordered my Baja Fish Taco and my Buy1Get1Free corn flaked shrimp tacos….. I am Mexican, grew up on authentic Mexican food. Like ranch Mexican food lol. So I know a thing or 2 about Mexican food. These corn tortillas taste SO authentic.. not even the Mexican places have corn tortillas this good. I haven’t tried the flower tortillas but MAN THESE CORN ONES. The Tempura breaded fish and the shrimp was absolutely amazing. It even tasted authentic. I went yesterday and ordered again today !!!!! Idk what all yalls negative reviews are about but this place is the best I’ve had in a very long time and no it’s NOT an authentic Mexican food place but it’s okay !!!! It’s still really good American tacos down to the veggies they put in there too !!!
My go to Taco place! Never fails to leave me in a happier more fullfilled mood💯 Some of the best frozen margaritas you can get (get one of the jugs its worth the price). And their chicken elote tacos🤤 Thank you god🙏 and DON'T forget to leave without grabbing yourself a dulce de leche churro! Seriously, this place is oober underrated, give it a try!
We had been hearing a lot about this restaurant until we finally went to check it out. I really enjoyed the Caramelized Cauliflower taco and the Panela Cheese taco. The Owner was very nice. Since it was our 1st time we were given a desert card for our return visit. It was great to get a different taste with tacos plus the atmosphere and the service was spectacular!! It's a long drive but worth the trip!!
UPDATE May 2025: We have eaten here a number of times since 2022. Way over due for tacos and so we came back here. Tried new items with rice and another coleslaw. Both very good. Changed out beverage station and replaced flavored fruit drink with iced tea. Much better for me. Usual assortment of cola drinks. UPDATE June 2022: Still great food as we have our favorite taco along with the sweet corn. Yummy. And we have been often enough with their loyalty club to get a $10 gift card. Today's Sat lunch was only spoiled by a full house of kids and parents taking a break from the game for lunch. They were so loud that next time if we see a full house we will go somewhere else. The restaurant's concrete walls/floor and metal ceiling make it very loud. UPDATE Nov 2021: Be a loyalty club member to get buy one get one free taco offer. That brought us back again. Special this month scallop taco. See photos. They have unsweetened tea now. Much better. UPDATE Apr 2021 Back for more with free caso with chips; see photo. Optional for customers to wear masks now. UPDATE Feb 2021. Back for more. We were lucky during Sat lunch as two youth sports teams and parents/coaches showed up for great tacos after us. Back for return visit (Jul 2020) and enjoyed their tacos again. Setup for virus precautions; table separate, wearing masks, etc. We like the shrimp taco best and found a new favorite with the brisket one. Try both next time. OooRah! 1st meal here base on local newspaper recommendation (2019). We got there at peak of weekday lunch hour and lots of customers chowing down. See photos. Great menu and served up fast and hot. Next time we might get one order and split it as there was too much food, which is a good thing. Seating inside limited for time being.
You know the food is good when you get it, get some to go home and come back next week for more. These tacos were so flavorful and full with whatever they come with. The marga are good too. The staff is very friendly and even helped with suggestions because it was my first time, but definitely won't be the last.
Wow! Absolutely satisfying food. I had the elotes bowl which is by far some of the best I've had in the life I've lived. I also had the buffalo chicken and cornflake crusted shrimp tacos. Delicious is an understatement. Try it or lose out on the best, period point blank. Thank you guys for this place I will be back again and again.
Food was ok. Good customer service & dope vibe!! ***** Update 10 months later: Thanks for my generous bday coupon, which prompted me to come back! 🫶🏾 Customer service is still phenomenal! This time, I ordered the Chicken & Waffle Taco, the Rice Bowl, and a side of tortilla chips! The C+W Taco got a 3 out of 5. The Rice Bowl and side of warm tortilla chips got a 5 out of 5!!!!! So good and fresh! I do wish the guac was a little more seasoned, and next time, I'll get no pickled onions. Other than that, I'd def get the rice bowl again!!
My wife and I came here for a quick lunch date. There was no line and we got it order taken quickly. We ordered three tacos: cornflake shrimp taco, braised beef barbacoa, and the spicy rooster. All three was very good! Yum! The only reason why I gave it four stars instead of five is the price. We paid $19 for three tacos. I would recommend that they throw in some rice and beans to justify the price. I would come back.
I have been coming to this place every week foe their elote and it is just as good every time. Service here is great and the employees are friendly. I was a little hesitant about getting their rice bowls because of the price $9+$2+ for meats). I took off a star because I finally tried the bowl with the fish (+$3.50) and the fish was cooked perfect but the portion was very small. The plate was huge but it was about 90% seasoned salty rice. I would still keep coming back for their elotes and cauliflower but wont be getting their plates again.
For two people, we bought 4 tacos, 2 fountain drinks and an elote that were ~$40USD (w/o tip) in total. The elote didn't include any chips, compared to other places :(. The tacos were OK, we tried the chicken chipotle, cornflakes shrimp tacos (I think these were the best), blackened shrimp, baja fish tacos. Overall the sauces don't have a lot of flavor, but everything was cooked well and the tortillas were good (they only offer wheat tortillas here). The cool part of this place is that you have a great variety to try from. The service was nice, if you dine-in they bring your tacos to your place.
First of all, I am a Southern California native, so I grew up with tacos and taco places. Im not Hispanic, but I grew up surrounded by the food. If you are looking for delicious, affordable, and authentic tacos, this place was a disgrace. I bought 6 tacos, 5 fish and 1 steak. The amount of food in each taco was disappointing. Each fish taco had one small fishstick, was mostly filled up by "fries?" and dry lettuce, and had ZERO sauce. What the heck? The beef taco had no size in it, and the meat was DRY. Even if the food was subpar, it still would've been 3 stars. But 1 star for food comes from the PRICE. 40 dollars. For 6 of the emptiest/medium sized tacos Ive ever bitten into. Each fish taco was 6.29. From places in the expensive state of CALIFORNIA for 8 ish dollars I can buy 2-3 fish tacos filled to the brim. To their credit, this place was clean, and the man at the front was friendly. But that aint saving the food.
The food was pretty good. The cornflake shrimp was a little too sweet. The spicy rooster was not that great. The chicken elote was my personal favorite. The chorizo fries were essentially just chili cheese fries. I purchased 3 tacos + a fountain drink + 20% tip. Totaled $30. A little too pricy for the products that are offered. The cashier was very helpful.
Used to be our go to spot. Last time we went the queso was basically milk (watery in consistency and had no cheese flavor). I asked the woman at the front about this and she said “sorry, this is just how it comes, maybe they changed the recipe”. Waste of money as it was inedible. The amount of meat on the tacos has also been slimmed back. It’s a shame as we used to come here often. I hope their Leadership works on bringing this place back to what it used to be.
