Pulled up on a clean, fresh mission — and Snappy Salads delivered. 🥗 Salad was crisp, toppings were generous, and the dressing hit just right. Staff was professional and moved with pace. Didn’t feel rushed, but they kept it moving. Atmosphere was chill — good for a solo stop or a healthy lunch meet-up. I could not have asked for my salad to taste better. I got the sesame ginger dressing and it was fantastic. I loved my salad, but I did not get full and my salad was $14. I got the regular size and added chicken. I am a regular size girl so I would have guessed a regular salad with chicken should fill me up and especially for $14. Again, I loved my food, I just think it was a dollar or two too expensive for how much food I got.

Overall I love coming here for a healthy meal choice. I would agree that they get a little over zealous with dressing at times. I usually order mine without any dressing, but that request doesn't always get remembered, so you do need to pay attention if you've got special preferences. It gets a little chaotic in there at peak times, but staff has always been friendly. I highly recommend the warm riced cauliflower salad with salmon. I was very impressed with the flavor and freshness of their salmon.

I wanted to share my experience! I go to snapped every week in downtown Dallas and I order the same thing every week! Literally my order is saved in my favorites! Today I decided to try the one in Frisco. When I went to pick my order up I noticed my order was incorrect, assuming my order that I placed didn’t come through the system properly, hence the modifications I made on the app weren’t done to my bowl. So I took my bowl back unaware that was the case and spoke with the gentlemen about remaking my bowl which he was very kind and helpful with. Well another lady working there comes out the back very aggressive and rude asking “what’s wrong, what happen” I again explained to the lady that my order didn’t have the modifications and she processed to tell me well we didn’t get the modifications so that’s why it’s like that, as though she wanted me to keep the incorrect bowl! At this point the gentlemen has already apologized and has explained to me that the modifications didn’t come through, he also began making my new bowl however that lady continued being very rude telling me “I need to fix my attitude”!!!!! It was as though she was mad at me because I brought my food back! For someone who is a loyal customer and gives business to snapper salads I never in a million years expected to run in to such awful customer service at your establishment. And to the young man working he handled the situation very gracefully.

Love snappy salads but it is so inconsistent. Just spent $11 on a salad to go no protein that was made by the manager. This thing is maybe 3/4 full. Love your food but only when some of you make it.

Their salad was mediocre, was more disappointed in their service and infrastructure of their trash set up. Their service was extremely slow, seemingly undertrained as the store itself was not packed. Had to wait 15 minutes to even have my order started. Selection of food is decent, no cilantro however. Comparison of their full bowl and half bowl is attached. They should have locations for their bowls and their trays as some customers just leave it out and about and it becomes difficult for other customers to place their own used materials. It should not be the customers duty to also organize the dirty items in order to place it back. I have no issues with self service and putting my items back, but when they don’t have an organized system and it’s just there it’s disappointing.

I think Snappy is just losing the plot. The change of bowl size considering the amount a regular salad cost is crazy. Same with the pineapple juice. For about 10$ (2.75$ more than a juice) I can make around 4-5 servings at home (I’ve done it). And same for the salads, for around the same cost I can make 3-4 hearty servings at home. MIND YOU I can also pay 11$ at chipotle and still get a heaping bowl with a better serving for protien. Obviously Im going to snappy for convenience but for a regular bowl with the 2 smallest tenders in the world plus a juice being 23$ in THIS economy for a bowl of lettuce.. be so fr and then cutting the portion sizes. So unfortunately, just off of principle I won’t be spending money here anymore. The staff was great though.

We ordered chicken Caesar salad wraps and there’s barely any filling. It’s all tortilla. For the price that I paid, that’s ridiculous. Won’t be coming here again

Worst customer service. There is a $5 reward if you download their app and I saw that reward screen just few seconds late after giving cash to the cashier. She said we can give that it you download. I asked can I get that now she said yes. I did downloaded and showed but one other lady came said very rudely that we will not give this with todays order and this is for next time visit. I was like surprised and asked she said yes to give and you came saying no but she wasn’t ready to answer n laughed at my face.

I ordered a taco salad WITH MEAT and there is ZERO MEAT in this salad. It's bland and I'm not going to eat it. I get to starve today thanks to your poor execution of my order. I also ordered a marshmallow bar and that was missing as well despite having PAID FOR IT. I order from here all the time, but I've noticed in the last few years your quality has slipped down in a major way. And now you can't even get an order right despite it costing so much! I'm no longer going to be a customer. I'm angry and hangry thanks to you. Good riddance. I'll be sure to leave reviews everywhere online as well.

If I’m spending 16 dollars for a salad, I’m expecting the bowl to be filled. I got a pick up order and it was barely filled half way. Additionally, my shrimp was undercooked and just tasted off. Horrible.

This is the second time I buy Southwest Salad and the rice is hard!! The first time I brought home 2 salads and had to throw them away!! On this second visit, luckily I thought of trying it before leaving the store. And it was hard again!! I told the girl and she told me they had just made it... but it was hard!! I told her I didn't want them and chose 2 different ones!! You guys have to pay attention to the quality of your ingredients!!!

Absolutely baffled by the service of this location. Bunch of high school kids no authority for mannerism in this place, zero energy or emotion from the staff. I honestly think I was better off cooking the Baja shrimp myself cause at least I was wearing pants in the kitchen… shorts in the kitchen is absolute first for me, I’m not in the business for health and food safety but that just doesn’t look or sound good to me. Choose to go to this location at your own risk, zero people in this place by the way wow what a surprise.
