Went here with my family today and the young lady with the nose piercing was very patient and nice while completing our order, and the nice manger coming around to check on each table. The food is always consistent with quality and comes out fast. Definitely recommend this location for lunch.
We had a great experience here, the food was fresh and tasted wonderful. I am huge fan of the Pick 2 Managers Special because I like to try new items. This time I chose the Turkey Panini and Broccoli Cheddar soup. They both were great and would order again. Staff was friendly and pleasant, which was impressive when you consider how busy they were. I also appreciated the cleanliness...tables were quickly cleared and cleaned for the next diners. This is a great place for solo, lunch meet-up and dining with kids....they love the free ice cream!
If I were rating DoorDash, I’d leave zero stars — my order was cancelled, and when I reordered, it still hadn’t been picked up after an hour and twenty minutes. Enter life saver Jason’s Deli manager! He personally remade my order so it would be fresh and warm, and even better than before. For the inconvenience (and since I had to drive from Celina), he didn’t charge me. Dinner was saved, and the food was absolutely delicious. Huge thank you to Justin for going above and beyond truly outstanding service!
I ordered a California club manager special with no cheese and bacon and chips with fruits on the side and it was so delicious. I love to go here because the food is so good and it’s such a friendly place to go to. I always go here with my family and we always have an amazing time. Something else that’s amazing is that there is literally barely any wait time! It takes around 6 minutes to get your food. I would definitely recommend to go here!
Always Reliable. Food is always consistent, but I could do without the cashier eyes staring when the tip screen shows up during the transaction. They make you feel as if you don't tip then something could happen to your order. This is probably never going to happen, but it's the "feeling" as if. Weirdly, there has been service issues lately with the staff, very aggressive and not so nice when you ask them a question regarding an existing order. For example, yesterday I asked where my order was while showing her my receipt. She looked angry, ripped it out of my hand and then lost it. The issue was that the cashier made the order to-go, but it was supposed to be for here. So, it was lost and they got emotional. The food is always consistent and onpoint. The atmosphere always has a buzz, nice vibe. The ice cream section is always a GREAT touch, well received by families. I consider yesterday a simple hiccup, as it's always a great experience at this location.
The cashier for that day was amazing and energetic, he made my day honestly~ The manager with the beautiful red braids was also helpful despite them being a bit busy. I know the ice cream in the picture might look a little goofy, but we enjoyed it~ I just loved how the swirl came out, had to take a picture~
Very good dining experience at Jason's Deli. The staff was very accommodating. I had the toasted roast beef which was very good. Lettuce, tomato and pickle all fresh and crisp. The free ice cream was good too. Restaurant dining room was clean and was being monitored and bussed promptly too. A great Jason's Deli. I highly recommend this Jason's Deli location and we will be returning customers as well.
Love coming to Jason's Deli. Been eating at Jason's for years, so I was happy when this location opened up earlier this year. The restaurant is clean and has a nice open feel to it. They also have comfy chairs in the waiting area for to go and pick up orders. Love the drive thru as well. Also, I'm so excited that they finally brought back the red beans and rice!
UPDATE Jan 2025: WOW! Its been forever since eating at this location. We more often go to one closer to home but this place was just fine. Especially when given a free dessert for birthday loyalty club membership. We go choc cake and put ice cream on it. Yummy! We both got different Muffuletta sandwiches which was plenty of food. 2017: 1st visit to this new location, just east of Costco. Different layout compared to older locations but still a great place. Fast and efficient food ordering and delivery to table. We were there on a busy weekday and the staff was quick to take of you. At one time they had four cash registers going to take orders. Table clean up prompt to make room for next customers. And the ice cream is still included.
Needed a quick bite to eat before a football game just around the corner. Nice large location in Frisco texas. Very clean all throughout the building. Good large menu and choices for sandwiches and drinks. Plus the salad bar. The roast beef with au jus gravy was very good. Nice and large accompanied by chips and a sweet tea. The only downside to the visit was as a walk-in customer I walked to the register to order while the cashier was helping people over at the to go line window and the pickup register. Turns out that they were not using the cash register for walk-in customers somebody actually told me I had to walk around and order at the to go line for an order that I was eating in. None of the workers told me that cashier didn't tell me or wave me over to her line. It was another customer that told me I was in the wrong spot workers either need to let you know where to go or there needs to be a sign that tells you to go over to the other line. Other than that good experience good food definitely recommend.
90% of our orders are incorrect . Food is good and the staff is nice. However, when Mike was the manager, orders were accurate due to his personalized care. Before he arrived and since his transfer, order accuracy has declined tremendously. We eat here at least twice a week and have a family of 5. I always check the orders thoroughly. Often times my husband goes in for take-out and something is overlooked. Please consider re-training your staff on accuracy and efficiency. It’s a crucial component of customer service!
I was craving a sandwich and saw that this location so I decided to give it a try. The cashier was friendly and took my order politely, which I appreciated. However, when my order came out, it was completely wrong. I did order chicken, but I specifically asked for lettuce instead, they gave me what looked like a garden mix or spinach. I had to throw it away. I also requested extra mayo, but the sandwich had none. The meat was very dry. The chicken itself tasted cheap and unappetizing. Unfortunately, this was a disappointing experience, and I won’t be coming back to this location. It felt like a waste of money.
I usually order lunch through the drive-thru, but I decided to try their breakfast instead. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for at least five minutes, maybe even more. I would have pulled off, but this was the closest location to my house, so I decided to walk in. As I walked in (I never said a word), a gentleman standing near the door immediately apologized, saying, “I’m sorry, I don’t work mornings, so I don’t have my headset on.” I responded and asked if they were open. He said yes, and we kind of looked at each other for a moment. He then asked if I wanted to order. I ordered the avocado toast and tomato basil soup, which I believe I would have enjoyed at a different location. Both dishes were not fresh. The coffee, however, was amazing. Lastly, I walked to several tables to find a seat, but all of them were dirty—the tables and chairs were both dirty. I sat down, stomached my toasted, and left. I never got my change! The gentleman was nowhere to be found. There was one lady stocked the salad bar. She was very friendly, she greeted me with a smile, said good morning, guided me to the coffee and left me with a pleasant “enjoy”. I wish I would have gotten her name
I am a frequent customer and have always enjoyed Jason’s Deli, especially for offering a healthy and tasty menu. However, once again, I left the store feeling completely neglected by the service at the cash register. This is the third time that I have been ignored while waiting to be served. Today, again, when I arrived, the attendant simply started closing the cash register without even looking at me or saying a word. When I politely asked how much longer I should wait just to pay and serve myself, I didn’t even get a look of consideration. When I went to another employee (red shirt) to report what happened, I heard the response that if I didn’t like the service, “just don’t step foot there again”. This is a regrettable attitude that shows total disregard for the brand’s reputation and the customer experience. I leave this report in the hope that something will be done to improve the way customers are treated. Service is also about health — emotional health. And respect should be on the menu.
